  When you get the new iPod, you can use iTunes on your computer to select and synchronize the music you want on it, in the same way that you synchronize your current iPod - your iTunes will recognize them as different devices and will remember your choice of synchronization for each, it will not (unless, for example, you restore the backup of your current on her iPod) put the same content on both.

  The fastest way I can think of would be to go to the Albums, go to all the Photos tab, highlight the photo you want to delete and press 'Select' in the upper right corner. Place your finger on the first complete line, you want to remove (if you have pictures that do not have a complete row that you want to remove these institutions, select them individually first), slide your finger on the line so that they are all selected, and then slide up so that it starts automatically at your old photos of scrolling. Once the photos you want to delete are selected, press the trash in the lower right. This will move them to your album "Recently deleted", then they will be always on your phone for 30 days, unless you remove them.   Try to go to iCloud.com to see if the elements are there and whether the device or the computer. That should indicate if the device or computer is not synchronizing. If the computer, try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop synchronization. Wait a few minutes, then recheck the timing. If the device, go to settings/iCloud and do the foregoing. You can also try connecting to iCloud and then reconnect.

  I use a 27 Mac end of 2013. "  El Capitan and 10.1.2 running iMovie.

  I use iMovie for about 2 years and edited with her for hundreds of hours.  I am a heavy user and myself as 'intermediary' in skills.

  So on to my question.  I have a project that has the video and still images.  It has an audio track with the video, and usually, I add an audio track at bottom as well.  I want to synchronize my fixed video changes with the rhythm of the audio background track.  I do this by putting markers on the audio track and then by dragging the video/photos of these markers.  It works well (maybe there is an easier way?).

  In any case, I almost always find clips that I want to add to the project after the fact.  The problem is that this hits all my changes synchronized to audio out of alignment for any change after the insertion point.

  I tried pinning audio for the clips as well as to let it float free down.  Whatever it is, I hate to add them later because I have to run through the whole of the project new setting of transitions.

  Any ideas?  I hope there is a solution!

  iMovie 10 has no function to make clips automatically snap to beats. Because you set markers manually, I don't see any way to avoid having to readjust after adding clips to the timeline.    You want your images fixed/vids to show at specific points along an audio track to keep pace.  Add multiple clips will disrupt the sequence unless the replacement clip has the same duration as that to be moved.  That's maybe having to readjust.

  If it remains the way your film can be partitioned logically, you might be able to work on a segment without disrupting the next segment.   In other words, create a new project to work on a single segment and then re-import this segment in the main project.

  Maybe others will weigh with some ideas on this.

  Hi xaggi, must differentiate here - a master password is to protect passwords locally on a device.
  strong encryption is already built-in sync, if you need any additional measures to protect passwords on synchronization servers except that choosing a password for strong account first (technical details at https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-auth-server/wiki/onepw-protocol - your data gets encrypted locally before being transmitted to the servers in synchronization, with no way to access these data to third parties such as mozilla without knowing your credentials).

  If you want to use master passwords on other devices as well, you can do it, but configure them manually - this isn't a parameter that is transferred through synchronization...

  Reminders is not synchronized on my phone, on the ipad, they are there and match what's on icloud, but my phone was not synchronized.

  what I've done so far:

  -added a reminder to see if that will force sync

  -force the sync calendars (I think that the two applications are related) to see if that will force a synchronization in reminders

  -disabled setting > icloud > reminders and items left on phone

  -disabled setting > icloud > reminders and items deleted from phone

  reminders now just on demand shows, can't add anything to it, a reminder or a list.

  -asked siri to create a reminder, she says "I was not able to create your reminder. Sorry about this. "

  I recently installed Thunderbird and added my Hotmail and Gmail account (both using IMAP). With Gmail, everything works well, but for my account Hotmail, only the Inbox is properly synchronized. The sent folder contains the emails I sent to Thunderbird and these emails are also in the webmail sent folder. But the old mails sent and emails sent from another device do not appear in the sent folder in Thunderbird. 'Projects' and 'Sent' is checked in the menu folder subscriptions.

  Your server settings seem to be good. I have no idea what is wrong.
  Have you tried to delete and re-create the Hotmail account in Thunderbird?
  Since it comes with all the messages on the IMAP server, nothing will get lost.
