I don't remember what I did, but I did weird things complicated, and now whenever I connect to my account, I do not start noise. :( I HAVE TRIED to return to the menu control panel, sounds and audio devices and tried to change it on the Windows default setting, but IT won't WORK! I tried like 1000 times, but it still does not go nostalgic return to windows startup settings. Is it possible, maybe something to do with the registry (I think I accidentally played a bit with it) to restore my settings so that I can hear the sound of starting windows again? I will always be grateful to anyone who can help me.

  I think that your user profile account is maybe damaged. See if you create a new user if the default sounds work for this user.
