Table autoscaling behavior
I use leaving the graphic scale automatic for my program, but it seems to use a minimum value by default to zero instead of something near the lowest values in the chart. So since I have 15 series on the chart, they are all bundled together in the upper part of the graph and it is very busy and unreadable. I know that I could manually set the minimum value for each series, but the point of this program is to autoscale intelligently and apparently the default Flex behavior does not work. Is there another way to change the default behavior? Or do I just have to manually set the minimum values?Okay, my bad, I finally thought to it. If you look at my code above, I create the vertical axis IN the loop so it keeps changing. That's the problem. When I pull this code:
Set the vertical axis
var vAxis:LinearAxis = new LinearAxis();
vAxis.labelFunction = formatVertLabel;
vAxis.autoAdjust = true;
vAxis.baseAtZero = false;
outside the loop, it displays correctly.

Awkward table refresh behavior
We stumbled upon a behavior attached display objects that bother us. This happens with the 11.1.2.2.0 and 11.1.2.3.0 versions. But I think that it would also have the same way in 11.1.1.6.0.
Sine qua non
-Create a VO based on at least two EOs that are joined.
-Create an editable for this VO table.
When you now change the data of a record in this table and change the selection to another line, the table is updated. It is a boring behaviuor, especially if you want to change a lot of data.
I tried to change the attribute of the second entity refrence in the View object, but it doesn't seem to help.
Is there a way to change this behavior? I mean, with your 'normal', based on the only entity you do not get this behavior refreshing.
Thanks in advance.Hello
don't think it has to do with the way which is built the VO. Open the file view PageDef (page or a page fragment) and change the property PolicyChangeEvent of 'ppr' to 'None '. This should fix the behavior

Af:table unwanted behavior
JDeveloper 12.1.3
Benefits: I tried searching the forums but I do not know how to use appropriate terminology to describe what I see. Basically, I have a table of the ADF that returns the results of the query. The table is read-only with unique, select enabled.
However when the results appear, more a folder is grayed out. I can't say it is "chosen" because when I actually select the line, it's another shade of gray. It seems that the recordings to greyed out are grouped by the first column of the results set.
See this screenshot:

If it is a function, how to disable. I really want to see just selected line
A primary key can be of several attributes. Together, they identify a row.

Quick question: the table Insert method sends the SQL string once or once for each link? That is, could the wire size of text sql to network problems?
You referring to the links table, or passing an associative array? In fact, it does not matter, the sql statement is sent once in both cases. If you have messed around with SQLNet trace, you can use it to see the actuall with db communication to confirm that.
I'm not sure what you mean by "the size of the sql text could lead to network problems.

Behavior when the BootP table is empty
What is the behavior of a cFP-2220, if it is configured to use DHCP and it gets a contact with a BOOTP server, which happens to have a cleared BOOTP table? Always starts the RT app (stop over TCP is set to False) and function normally, but with a link-local address?
Is there a difference between having online with a DHCP server and using a BOOTP server?
We have a case where one such controller seems to freeze upwards, the status LED starts flashing 4 times in a row. We cannot recreate it with a DHCP server.
(This particular case is a bit special because it also involves an application that will try to reconfigure the controller to static (using the System Configuration API 5.0) IP if it does not get a valid IP address in the DHCP boot AND it has a valid IP address of a previous start saved in an INI file, and it is difficult to say exactly when the accident occurred... But there is a difference in the startup behavior to predict?)
FYI - this issue is now explained and fixed in part in another thread here on the forum:

The table of fixed size control: avoid behavior "scroll enter."
I have a table control that will be always 6 rows of 8 columns. I want to prevent the display of scroll that would display one or more empty lines at the end of the table.
I tried to turn off 'Scrolling selection' in the menu contextual and disabling "vertical scroll bar see the" under properties - appearance. However, even with these two parameters, if the user creates an entry in the last row and press the Enter key, the table scrolls a line and exposes an empty line at the bottom.
Is it possible to remove this behavior?
Return will scroll, enter will not, use a key event filter: http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Detecting-change-in-edit-position-of-a-table-control/m-p/1829131#M62...

Strange behavior of the CAM Table SG300-28
We have two switches SG300-38, both set to update to the latest firmware (1.1.2.0) and the two experience a strange problem in the MAC address Table. It seems that switches cannot learn the mac address, or forget too quickly learned in MACs.
The switches have a very basic, just configuration of VLAN, but the problem is constant in all the VLANS. Whenever we start a file transfer, we can see (and we have confirmed with packet capture) traffic is flooded among all other ports.
To test it, we added a few MACs static, and the traffic to these Mac works correctly.
Please, can I do to stop this behavior? It seems that we have gone back to the time of the Hub!
Natalio,
This firmware fixed some issues with the MAC address tables. Factory reset switch and reconfigure and test it. I've seen a few problems when upgrading to the latest 1.1.2.0 fabless switches - 10% of cases have to factory reset reset.

strange behavior of a list of values in a table
Hello
I have a jsf page, which is a region in a jsf page.
This page has jsff header item identifier of the image carousel of documents (which are in the table) and in the center of a table. Some attributes of table are a list of values. So far I have no problems, everything works normally.
However, jsff page is "inserted" as a region in a pop-up a JSF page. And that changes the behavior of the lists of values. Let's get select with the mouse. I wear the selectOneChoice of the arrow and the component opens and closes. Always has this behavior. If I want to choose some options have select the component and choose with the arrow keys. And it's not supposed to.
Is it justified to do so? In jsff page doesn't have this problem.
Tell me something please.
Thank you.
PS: mi jdev version is 11.2.4.0
I solve this problem, change my skin.

Table generated by the system type: behavior or bug WAITED?
I understand that Oracle, in the execution of a SQL statement, sometimes automatically generates objects SQL not explicitly created by the user. One such example is with table in pipeline defined functions to return a collection type of PL/SQL (as opposed to SQL): in this case, Oracle will automatically create an equivalent SQL collection type for the PL/SQL collection type. All well and good...
However, here is an example where it would appear that oracle unnecessarily creates a SQL collection type, even when there is an explicit CONVERSION to an already existing SQL collection type. The problem seems to be related to the use of the function of COLLECTION (http://docs.oracle.com/database/121/SQLRF/functions034.htm#SQLRF06304).
First the test script...

ADF 11 g
On a table with active QBE, a user can type an entry in the QBE and the search always seems to do a search 'start with '. For example:
If I get a 'P' in the filter, then it will match '% P '.
I would like to change this option to find "exact", if you want to.
Is there a way to bypass this behavior?
Frank has written an excellent article on the interception the http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/adf/learnmore/30-table-filter-queries-169172.pdffilter.
I did this technique, and now I have a request to make '%p' without end '%' behavior when filtering. What this means, if a user enters "15.1', then the filter using '% 15.1'.» It should not find Let's say' Jade 15.1 +'.
Thank you.You can check the technique I showed in my blog https://tompeez.wordpress.com/2013/02/16/jdeveloper-11-1-1-6-0-escape-qbe-operators-in-filterable-tables/ and crush getCirteriaItemClause.

Strange behavior of the cursor to the row in the table
Hello.
I use JD Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.5.0 on Weblogic 11.1.1.5
I have page JSPX in taskflow bounded to view history records in the table.
DB table is simply with a single primary key and number of columns.
On the page, I show only little of them (Date, user, Rec.Number and State).
When I open this dialog box with records that hold these documents
ID Date user RecNumber State 67
02.01.07 User1 1 1 68
02.01.07 User1 2 2 69
02.01.07 User1 3 1 70
02.01.07 User1 4 2 71
02.01.07 User1 5 1 72 02.01.07 User1 6 2 I see highlighted records with status = 1. Click on any record highlighting disappears and when I try to move the cursor down through the cursor of the keyboard (arrow keys) Stoops (pressing "down") until that record 3rd then skip (press 'down' key) 2nd record and repeat this. When I try to move the top slider to 5th/4th then folder and back loop.
When I leave the body of the table and click outside the table then highlighting appears again.
If I show only records State = 1 then all records are highlighted and the cursor jumps between 2nd and 5th record.
ADF table is created simply by dragging and dropping of DataControl with RowSelection simple =, rowBandingInterval = 0, filterVisible = "true".
I can find no reason for this kind of behavior.
Please help me understand what can be the reason of this madness.
Thanks in advance
I check the original Version and compare it with the last good version.
I found at the end
This section is missing from the right version

and everything is fine now.
The same problem was in an another PK VO. missing base table.

Strange behavior while making the table operation DOUBLE... !
Hello
Can we do DML/DDL operation on table DOUBLE?
To know the answer, I have done below the operation and found a strange behavior...
-run 5 times...
INSERT INTO DOUBLE
VALUES ('P');
commit;
Select * twice;
o/p-
MODEL
1 P
2 P
3 P
4 P
5 P
---------------------------------
updated double
MODEL of value = "K";
commit;
Select * twice;
o/p-
MODEL
2 h
2 P
3 P
4 P
5 P
Odd: 1 single line update... Why? I was updating all the lines.
If I run new update of command like below...
updated double
set MODEL = 'K', where dummy = "P";
commit;
Select * twice;
o/p-
MODEL
2 h
1 h
3 P
4 P
5 P
STRANGE: Now next updated record with 'K'... like that, if I run 5 times this o/p is as below...
MODEL
2 h
1 h
6.
4 K
6: 00
-------------------------------------
REMOVE double; -This also has data of delting 1 by 1 row... Why?
Can anyone tell me about this operation of behaivor?
Please provide any information about the DML/DDl operation on DUAl

Tom says:
Let me start by saying:-DOUBLE is owned by SYS. SYS is the owner of the data dictionary,
so DOUBLE fits in the data dictionary. You must not modify the data dictionary
through SQL ever - weird things can and will happen - you are just a few of
them. We can do a lot of strange things happen in Oracle by updating the data dictionary.
It is recommended, supported or a very good idea.Double is just a convienence table. You do not need to use it, you can use anything you
Here you are. The advantage to double is the optimizer includes double is a special line, a
column table - when it is used in queries, it uses this knowledge during the development of the
plan.
...
the optimizer includes double is a special, magical table 1 row... It's just the way it works. If all goes well
you reset double back to 1 row after your tests, or you've just totally broken your database!
.. .dual = magic. Dual is a table of a line but with more than 1 or less is
dangerous. You update the data dictionary. You should expect naturally very bad
things are happening. -
table behavior difference between php and flex?
I think that this problem is probably caused by a difference in behavior of the table between php and flex I am not quite striking. It's the flex code that I wrote and the php code is shown below. I'm new to flex and this really left me speechless. Thanks a lot for your help.
The entries are father = [SB1, kit] dam [kit, kit] = sireLinkedP = E (P) and [e F]
Output should be (and is with PHP) random = [E, P, SB1], [E, P, kit], [e, P, SB1], [e kit, P],
What I get is random = [E, P, SB1, kit], [E, P, SB1, kit], [e, P, SB1, kit], [e, P, SB1, kit]
function randomlinks(sire:Array,dam:Array,sireLinkedP:Array):Array {}
var str:String [0] sire = .toUpperCase ();
var str1:String sire [1] = .toUpperCase ();
var str2:String dam [0] = .toUpperCase ();
var str3:String dam [1] = .toUpperCase ();
var x: uint = sireLinkedP.length;
var k: uint = 0;
var random: Array = new Array();
x--;
trace ("randomlinks sirelinked:" + sireLinkedP);
for (var i: uint = 0; i < = x; i ++) {}
for (var j: uint = 0; j < = 1; j ++) {}
random [k] = sireLinkedP [i];
trace ("random" + k + ":" + random [k]);
If (str == [0] sire | str1 == sire [1] | str2 == dam [0] | str3 == dam [1]) {}
random [k] .push (sire [j]);
}//end if
trace ("random" + k + ":" + random [k]);
k++;
} //end for loop
} //end for loop
trace ("randomlinks:" + random);
return (random);
{ } //end randomlinks function
function randomlinks ($sire, $dam, $sirelinked) {}
$x = count ($sirelinked);
$x--;
$k = 0;
for ($i = 0; $i < = $x; $i ++) {}
for ($j = 0; $j < = 1; $j ++) {}
$random [$k] = $sirelinked [$i];
if (ctype_upper($sire[0]) | ctype_upper($sire[1]) | ctype_upper($dam[0]) | ctype_upper($dam[1])) {}
array_push($random[$k],$sire[$j]) ;}
$k++;
}
}
Return ($Random);
}
You are right to make a copy. In Flex, the tables are references, if this assignment: random [k] = sireLinkedP [i] affects [k] random real behind sireLinkedP [i] matrix instead of a copy. Who is?

Insert server behavior into two tables with ASP.
How do I change the server behavior code INSERT to insert records into several tables using ASP? Information inserted into the first table includes the customer profile, including the legal name, name and surname. What I can accomplish easily using the server behavior. In the second table I want to insert hidden value in a field that corresponds to the value of the current customerID, as well as the model number of the item purchased. Be very specific that I'm not too familiar with the scripts.The standard insert behavior cannot be easily changed to handle multiple
tables. However there is a very simple tutorial on www.charon.co.uk on the way
to deal with.--

2.1 RC1 - strange behavior when you change the data in the table
I recently found a new strange behavior of the SQL Developer. On a small table or a table with a filter where all the data is loaded, but not all lines can be displayed on the screen, trying to change the data in the table. When I confirm the editing with the key enter, Developer SQL jumps always until the end of the data. Quite confusing and boring. The cursor seems to remain in the field that I have edited, then moving upward or downward line force SQL developer to this line.
Appears not to be the case when all the data are loaded instead of punch, but if you force Developer SQL to load all the data, I can reproduce this strange behavior.
SvenBug 9205959 is fixed.
