Af:table unwanted behavior

JDeveloper 12.1.3

Benefits: I tried searching the forums but I do not know how to use appropriate terminology to describe what I see. Basically, I have a table of the ADF that returns the results of the query. The table is read-only with unique, select enabled.

However when the results appear, more a folder is grayed out. I can't say it is "chosen" because when I actually select the line, it's another shade of gray. It seems that the recordings to greyed out are grouped by the first column of the results set.

See this screenshot:

http://I58.Tinypic.com/15qypfd.jpg

If it is a function, how to disable. I really want to see just selected line

A primary key can be of several attributes. Together, they identify a row.

  • Awkward table refresh behavior

    We stumbled upon a behavior attached display objects that bother us. This happens with the 11.1.2.2.0 and 11.1.2.3.0 versions. But I think that it would also have the same way in 11.1.1.6.0.

    Sine qua non
    -Create a VO based on at least two EOs that are joined.
    -Create an editable for this VO table.

    When you now change the data of a record in this table and change the selection to another line, the table is updated. It is a boring behaviuor, especially if you want to change a lot of data.

    I tried to change the attribute of the second entity refrence in the View object, but it doesn't seem to help.

    Is there a way to change this behavior? I mean, with your 'normal', based on the only entity you do not get this behavior refreshing.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

    don't think it has to do with the way which is built the VO. Open the file view PageDef (page or a page fragment) and change the property PolicyChangeEvent of 'ppr' to 'None '. This should fix the behavior

  • Unwanted behavior by a fast current buttons on...

    Hi friends, I am relative new to edge host. While comeing to adobe flash knowledge. Well I did a new private no commercial Web site here: mac4best.my3gb.com and in fact his works as I wanted, but there is a problem with it. Whereas if I move slowly, one by one button, it works as intended, but when I pressed and slide quickly on the buttons, he made an unwanted mistake. Can you please be so kind and explain to me why this is happening and how to fix it? Would be nice to you if you can spare a little of your time, thz.

    No, that isn't what I mean - when you move your cursor anywhere on the web, this happens too quickly. It's a HTML thing, not animated.

    That being said, I took a glance at your site, and you may want to consider reducing the amount of time it takes for the button of "bland". I think contributing ot the undesirable behavior that you see.

  • The unwanted behavior of pure Android... different in Flex and ActionScript selection... Why?

    Hello

    I'm doing the light text selection behavior on my Xoom Android in different circumstances:

    1. in a pure ActionScript mobile app, selection and copy / paste is controlled by a control floating appearing on the screen without resize or move or nothing

    2. in a mobile Flex application, selection, and copy / paste is controlled by a bar of the user interface that appears at the top of the screen, pushing the entire down application, loses focus on my textfield, ballsing upward every bit of control I have further confused the hell out of my user whose finger is therefore more pointed at the piece of text , they wanted to select but rather something that is about a half inch above this point...

    Then...

    Of course, I want to get to 1. for Flex - for example: I want to allow the selection and copy / paste without loss of activity, without repositioning and confuse the hell out of my user.

    Does anyone have a clues how I can achieve this?

    Thank you

    G

    I have it. Two selection behaviors depend on the underlying skin.

    It works with Flex:

    skinClass

    : ClassReference ("spark.skins.mobile.TextInputSkin"

    );

    Where it shifts the application down, set a bar above and usually live with any interactivity that you would want to do with your selected text...

    skinClass: ClassReference ("spark.skins.mobile.StageTextAreaSkin"

    );

  • Table autoscaling behavior

    I use leaving the graphic scale automatic for my program, but it seems to use a minimum value by default to zero instead of something near the lowest values in the chart. So since I have 15 series on the chart, they are all bundled together in the upper part of the graph and it is very busy and unreadable. I know that I could manually set the minimum value for each series, but the point of this program is to autoscale intelligently and apparently the default Flex behavior does not work. Is there another way to change the default behavior? Or do I just have to manually set the minimum values?

    Okay, my bad, I finally thought to it. If you look at my code above, I create the vertical axis IN the loop so it keeps changing. That's the problem. When I pull this code:

    Set the vertical axis
    var vAxis:LinearAxis = new LinearAxis();
    vAxis.labelFunction = formatVertLabel;
    vAxis.autoAdjust = true;
    vAxis.baseAtZero = false;

    outside the loop, it displays correctly.

  • Table insertion behavior

    Quick question: the table Insert method sends the SQL string once or once for each link? That is, could the wire size of text sql to network problems?

    You referring to the links table, or passing an associative array? In fact, it does not matter, the sql statement is sent once in both cases. If you have messed around with SQLNet trace, you can use it to see the actuall with db communication to confirm that.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "the size of the sql text could lead to network problems.

    It will be useful,

  • Problem with a master tree table and detail table

    Hello

    I have a treetable master showing on a page and a separate detail below the treetable table on the same page.
    To clarify things, the three tables are involved here: a master and detail table to compose the treetable and another table of details for the current line in the treetable.

    Usually things work well if they browse the detail table. However, if I create or delete some lines of the secondary table and press Rollback, some unwanted behaviors happening.
    In fact, the Rollback, the treetable master both the secondary table are redesigned page.

    However, once updated, despite the current line selected in the treetable still appears as the one that precedes by clicking on restore (don't guess the premiera), the secondary table is always the first line of the master treetable.

    Is there a way to make the first line the master treetable selected current or (preferably) to make the secondary table reflect the selected line that is currently visible in the treetable?

    Thank you

    As far as I know, there is no cancellation line level. Restore is done to AM in all versions of Jdeveloper.

  • Bad Behavior Bin in 2015

    I prefer to change the settings of default PP so that double clicking opens a bin in place.  In this way, I do not get detached bin windows on my screen.

    It seems to be an unwanted behavior a few new with this configuration in PP 2015.  When you move up a level VAT with the arrow upwards under the name of tray, the tray, I just "closed" by moving to the top level is now spinning open with the triangle.  This isn't a correct behavior.  If I wanted the tray twirl open, I would use the triangle to do.  Having never did it, why he's now open?  Especially after I just "didn't" move to the top level.  In all previous iterations of PP, going back to a baccalaureate level does not affect the status open under the bins.

    Everyone sees this behavior?

    Yes seeing this too.

  • Tecra R850-117 starts 5 minutes after calving

    My Tecra R850-117 off, it restarts automatically after 5 minutes exactly.

    This is an unwanted behavior because it drains the battery while I don't use the laptop and it could also damage the bearing drive around during the race...

    Anyone know what could cause this problem and how can I stop it? The laptop is 6 months old and I notice this behavior only in recent weeks. I have already noticed that the battery could be emptied after not using it for a few days (probably because of the same issue?), but never noticed the unwanted reboots...

    Thank you very much in advance for all the tips.

    Hello

    You have disabled the wake-up options in the BIOS?
    Check it!
    The permit * wake-up options could power on the laptop, even if the power is turned off.

  • Explorer Windows in Windows 7 change suddenly last updated Date of the files attribute

    I'm moving from XP Pro to Win 7 of last month during this process, I came across a disturbing behavior in Windows Explorer in Windows 7.

    In Windows 7 (and I hear Vista as well) Windows Explorer will sometimes change the file Date changed when slide it / file to a new location.  I spent hours researching this issue.  In some discussions, some participants said it is a reasonable thing, since copying a folder with files creates a new folder and new files, so a new modified Date is guaranteed.  I can understand that as a basis to change the creation Date.  This was the behavior under XP and I think that NT as well.  However, changing the Date of change is a fundamental departure from how the system of files are featured in the past, and it is also a serious departure from good sense.  At the very least, it will make it impossible to find or organize files by date of update, since the original modification Date (date the actual content of the file may have been modified) is lost.  It also seriously decreases the possibility of finding files duplicated by this attribute when simply copy a file it modifies.

    Change the folder view options can prevent this behavior (Options: view folders: check always show icons, never thumbnails).  In addition, edit a file to read-only will also stop this change of Date of modification.  However, none of these options provide a viable solution to this problem.  All first, change the option to display file then prevents look a thumbnails of the image files.  Change once the copy of file causes the copied files to change Date change date created.  The same is true for the readonly attribute (removing it causes the modification Date change), not mention that it is often impractical to effectively apply this strategy.

    I also note that this behavior is not consistent in all areas.  Files copied from a shared disc on a PC network do not seem to this behavior.  But, files and folders transferred by using Dropbox (www.dropbox.com) show the unwanted behavior.  Worse still, the behaviour was not consistent within the folder.  I transferred a file with the 2007 via Dropbox eml files.  In most tests, once the folder has been moved and dropped on the Win 7 machine (whether copied or moved) the Date of editing files has been changed to take account of the date and time that they were dropped.  However, in one case, two of the files has not changed the Date of change.  By clicking on the file or even open it to read has not made a difference.  The modification Date remained unchanged.  I don't really know why this was the case in this instance, given that these same files has been modified Date change in previous experiences.

    Frankly, I'm puzzled and dismayed that this did not become a more important issue.  Do not have a lot of imagination to see how this problem might affect users old files of e-mail to archiving as LME and anyone copy older files, who later need to search or sort them by the Date of change.  There are solutions that I know, as the compression of the files before any copy or use Robocopy with the appropriate options, but they are much less practical as drag - drop.  Furthermore, drag and drop is now so embedded in users what their likely natural choice for file copy or move.  Once the modification Date is lost, it cannot be found without a restore of backup files - once again, an unrealistic option and a lot of time.

    I think it is a serious problem that needs to be processed quickly by Microsoft.  Good design keeps logical and mitigates the factors that can lead to human error.  The above behavior fails both these needs.  Anyone found a solution for this (maybe change registry) or to know if and when Microsoft plans to approach this?

    I've just dealt with the same problem when copying all the contents of my hard drive and found an impressive (and without :-)) Microsoft Utility called RichCopy which solves this problem and makes it much easier to copy a large number of files/folders :-))

    Here is a link to the article about this in Microsoft TechNet Magazine described the tool, which has a link to download it as well: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/2009.04.utilityspotlight.aspx

  • Impossible to remove/bypass Windows 7 login screen

    Can someone please?

    I have had my machine for about 2 years, and since the beginning I set it up to work around the 'Welcome' (also called logon screen) screen where you can select the user and password type after the start of.  I've never had a problem with that.  Today out of nowhere (probably due to an update of windows), Windows is returned to its default value and is forcing me to select a user until it connects to the office.

    I am the only user of this machine and have no need for this step/hassles...  Yet once again, as I did when I first implemented the machine 2 years ago, I followed these steps:

    1. run netplwiz

    2. uncheck the "users must enter a user name and password to use this computer"

    3. Save and select a default user to connect

    Which should have solved the problem, but the machine is totally without considering this.  When I restart, he always asks me to click on the user name before it can connect to Windows.

    After trying 5 times, I found this link, which, in addition to the steps above, also has instructions to keep the changes in the registry: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/377-log-automatically-startup.html

    I followed the steps and STILL nothing.  As soon as the shut down and restart, once again Windows asks me to select the user name before can connect you.  I'm pretty frustrated at this point.

    Already passed through it: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/answers?tId=320a0261-737a-452e-917d-22187fd37b47

    All to nothing does not.  What is going on?  Were there a windows update that requires now that the logon screen?  Is there another place in the registry that prevents me to bypass the logon screen?  Help, please!

    SYSTEM INFORMATION:

    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

    Model: Dell Latitude E6320 (laptop)

    Processor: Intel Core i7 at 2.80 GHz x 2.80 GHz

    RAM: 8 GB

    DD: 680 GB

    Certainly not an effect of intentional release.  I think that I run RSTRUI and return on the eve of the day it happened, and then monitor very carefully what updates are installed if you can identify one causing the unwanted behavior.  Make sure that you do this quickly before the restore point is no longer available.

  • VPN client 3-party which connects to ASA

    Hi all

    There are some users allowed to connect via VPN using the Cisco VPN client.

    We have seen some users who connect with different clients e.g.: http://www.shrew.net/download/vpn

    I just tried it myself.

    Simply download the client, Import FCP, and connect to the ASA.

    The question is...

    The only way to prevent VPN users to connect with any client besides the Cisco VPN client is by defining the type of customer authorized to VPN on the SAA?

    The fact that anyone with a VPN profile can use another client to connect does not any security risks?

    Federico.

    Should not be a problem because it uses the same protocols IPSEC to encrypt/decrypt packets. A possibility is that if she is not comply 100% with the standard, it can could potentially cause unwanted behavior on the SAA.

  • AF:message inline in a dialog of the fragment page (BTF)

    JDeveloper 12.1.3

    Overview: I'm trying to implement the validation of complex forms. The entry form contains several text input, select a choice and entered date. It is also inside the dialog box pop-up, and things of fact-pleasure, it's all part of fragment (BTF) page jsff of overall jsf page. My goal is to show online message of a certain nutrient if the validation fails and stop the closure of the dialogue window. As part of troubleshooting a unwanted behavior, I found this example of Frank: https://blogs.oracle.com/jdevotnharvest/entry/strategies_for_controlling_the_af

    Big dialog popup will NOT close if an af:message a message. Example of Frank works well when it hits and popup are on the main page of jsf. But what happens if everything is inside the page fragment? So, I modified a little example of Frank:

    1. I built test BTF with jsff page fragment, place button and popup dialog. I have simpler code Frank just to make sure that whenever the user clicks "ok", it will display the inline message.

    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
    <ui:composition xmlns:ui="http://java.sun.com/jsf/facelets" xmlns:af="http://xmlns.oracle.com/adf/faces/rich">
        <af:panelGroupLayout id="pgl1">
            <af:button text="Open Popup (in fragment)" id="cb1">
                <af:showPopupBehavior popupId="p5"/>
            </af:button>
            <af:popup id="p5" contentDelivery="lazyUncached">
                <af:dialog id="d5" title="whatever" dialogListener="#{backingBeanScope.backing_test.testme}">
                    <af:panelGroupLayout id="pgl5" layout="vertical">
                        <af:inputText label="whatever" id="it555"/>
                        <af:message id="m5" for="it555"/>
                        <!--af:message id="m5" for="0:it555"/-->
                    </af:panelGroupLayout>
                </af:dialog>
            </af:popup>
        </af:panelGroupLayout>
    </ui:composition>

    then in the bean to support (tested with two scopes of application for support):

    public class Test {
        public void testme(DialogEvent dialogEvent) {
            if(dialogEvent.getOutcome().name().equals("ok")){
                    FacesContext fctx = FacesContext.getCurrentInstance();
                    FacesMessage fm = new FacesMessage(FacesMessage.SEVERITY_ERROR,"Validation Failed", "I am not letting you out of here");
                    fctx.addMessage("it555", fm);
            }
        }
    }

    2. I have modified and simplified the main page jsf code in the example of Frank just to make SURE it is the same for both cases (jsf fragment and jsff)

    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <f:view xmlns:f="http://java.sun.com/jsf/core" xmlns:af="http://xmlns.oracle.com/adf/faces/rich">
        <af:document title="MainPage.jsf" id="d1">
            <af:form id="f1">
                <af:button text="Open Popup (in top jsf)" id="cb1">
                    <af:showPopupBehavior popupId="p1"/>
                </af:button>
                <af:popup id="p1" contentDelivery="lazyUncached">
                    <af:dialog id="d2" title="whatever"
                               dialogListener="#{backingBeanScope.DialogContentHandler.onDialogAction}">
                          <af:panelGroupLayout id="pgl1" layout="vertical">
                                    <af:inputText label="whatever" id="it555"/>
                                    <af:message id="m5" for="it555"/>
                          </af:panelGroupLayout>
                    </af:dialog>
                </af:popup>
                <af:region value="#{bindings.test_me1.regionModel}" id="r1"/>
            </af:form>
        </af:document>
    </f:view>

    Hello

    you wonder if it has to do with this "it555" is not available in the page parent region. The region is a naming container, which means that the id of "it555" in the regions of execution should be something like regionId:0:it555 for example r1:0:it555. You should be able to see the id, for example by using Firebug in Firefox. The FacesMessage is created at the level of global FacesContext, and therefore would not find the element in the dialog box. It would be my hookpoint in the issze survey

  • What happens if we drop a constraint?

    Hi all

    I have a table that has more than 10 k inside lines and is in the production database, I had a request to drop a constraint.

    What happens if we drop a constraint in a large table?

    What will be the impact?

    With a constraint such as test_chk where it checks for a value between 1 and 9999, a null value can be in this area?

  • HA Question - planned power outage in data center network

    We have a 6 node vSphere 4 cluster set for HA.  There is a network planned a few nights from now, in our datacenter outage that will last about two hours and perform all the servers in our datacenter.  I'm debating if I should go ahead and disable HA during this downtime may prevent any unwanted behavior, because all servers must have no network connectivity, including the vCenter, I would still rather not chance VMs in a loop to be switched to other servers, making this time.  It would be advisable to go and disable HA before the network outage and then reactivate later?

    I would disable HA during the scheduled interruption.  I would also turn DRS, if use you it for the more convervative setting there.
