  We have recently upgraded from RH8 RH10 and almost immediately met (seems to be) an old question.

  Use Adobe TCS 4.0, we create our content in FrameMaker 11, then link to Robohelp. After you generate Webhelp, we tested the output from a local computer. Everything worked as expected.

  Then we checked the files in Microsoft TFS and hosted the Webhelp on an HTTPS server. However, when we tested the output using Internet Explorer 9 and 23 of Chrome, we found that:

  1. Table of contents does not appear.
  2. Glossary (which we renamed acronyms) does not appear.
  3. Research does not (from the quick search or tab "Search" bar).
  4. SWFs (since Adobe Captivate) inserted in the subjects not appearing or play.

  We do not have a clue, but I guess that would not have worked either. I have attached the screenshots you can see the problem:

  

  Adobe previously released a fix for the file whutils.js RH8 and RH9, used to be hosted here: https://Acrobat.com/#d=WqbdTq-2R79ToU08-zfBEw (link now broken). I guess it's a similar problem with a similar fix. I will file a bug report, but I wanted to see if the community had any quick fix since we are on time.

  So after the commitment of our development team, we have solved the problem at the moment.

  We had two new variables with our process for this version:

  1. For the first time using TCS4 (prev 2.5)
  2. First check files in directly to Microsoft TFS using the Control Source of Visual Studio (previously zipped WebHelp, posted to SharePoint, sent the link to the developers).

  It turns out that the second variable is the culprit here. HR is off the hook for now. For unknown reasons, Visual Studio has been excluding logging files (without notice). Once we performed an additional step (click with the right button on the Visual Studio directory > add items), he picked up the missing files and everything worked as expected in the staging / QA environment.

  The missing file was WebHelp > resource > resource_.xml.js.

  Next step on our end is to test the integrated HR > TFS Source control. (We have no thought) we did not have enough time to test the published WebHelp directly to TFS using the plugin HR 10 - don't know if it would make a difference or not. We will test correctly between releases and see if it works or not.

  Very, very strange but that Visual Studio behave like that on such a simple, every day version control procedure. My dev team is baffled - and these guys are good enough to make it a real rarity.

• Web Content 'scale content to Fit' does not work?

  I don't understand why "Scale content to Fit" does not work with managers 'Web content '?  It does nothing but gives you a cropped view of the site seen on the iPad.

  It works very well with the desktop (overview on desktop) Viewer well.  Why is this and does any have an answer or a solution to make it work?

  It works for someone else?

  I found other threads to discuss this very issue, and there is no easy solution.

  We were, including the animation in the vertical rendering with a "rotation" to view the badge of the animation in the rendering of the horizontal, but I was hoping that there is a simple solution. Now it's the decision-makers to decide whether they want to invest in animation twice (not quite twice, since I can copy/paste the original animation, but I still have to resize, etc...).

• CS5 - table of contents never falling does not correctly

  I have a document where the table of contents is not following the pattern of the document. Subheadings are out of use (based on the placement in the document) and I subheadings appear in headers are not.

  I deleted all the subheadings and resettled them. I have deleted all instances of anchored objects. Neith has solved the problem.

  I just ran a little test. It does not work if you add picture in picture, but it does not work if you add the left indent to paragraph legend.

• Help! Siri randomly does not work

  I recently updated my iPhone of 6 (iOS 9.2) 6 s and restored from a backup to iCloud. Everything came smoothly.

  My problem is Siri.

  When I give the simple voice commands; as 'Call my wife', 'which is my brother address', "which is phone number (name)" or "launch Facebook." Siri said something like she can't help you now. Queries like present or the current temperature or the work "who is Rihanna?" very well. It seems to be a problem of access to things on the phone itself. In settings of Siri switching off / on does not work. A temporary solution restarts the phone itself, Siri works for about a day and then the problems start again.

  Does anyone else know this? I'd appreciate any help.

  Just had exactly the same thing happens to me. I could solve the problem by resetting all parameters. This can be found in settings > General > reset > reset all settings. After restarting my iPhone I tried Siri immediately and she was back to her old self.

  Note: This will not remove any content or media, but you will need to login to iCloud and iTunes, as well as re-setup a few things like TouchID, access code and location Services. Basically any parameter, which was not in a "factory" condition

• Subvi randomly does not work

  I feel very odd behavior of LabView and hope you could help us. I use a DLL to connect to, in writing, reads in and finally to disconnect a USB HID device.

  First step: init, sending a KeepAlive message, works very well (99% of the time)

  second step: getVer, ask to get the version of the device. There lies the problem. My SubVis reading and writing are the same in the two routines. In any case, in the GetVer routine, sometimes the writing part does not work. The DLL called tell me, 64 (the input buffer size) bytes written and returns a success message. Problem, it is nothing really has been written to the device. (I have another program to check the flow of the DEVICE to the pc and there is no answer / the Subvi waits for the input of the unit and there is none).

  Someone at - it already had a problem like this, where date does not have to be transported correctly? (Sometimes it works without any problems, I don't know how that could be possible.)

  If I have missed out on anything whatsoever, tell me please, thanks in advance...

• Search page based on query with Table on Layershift ADF Panel does not work correctly

  I'm on 11.1.2.4 jdev and deployed my application on glassfish 3.1.2. I've hosted this application on Layershift externally.

  I created a search page based on query ADF with table Panel. All fields of research are working fine on weblogic Server integrated and my deployment local glassfish.

  However, on Layershift, when I enter some criteria of research in certain fields, it does not record.

  UPDATE, it seems that the problem is with the fields which are of the "String" ie. Name. Fields of data type Integer and Date seems fine.

  any ideas please?

  kdario, you're right, ViewCriteria does not use the correct syntax for mysql for the concatenation.

  The generated sql statement looks like this.

  as DB MySql does not support | (double pipe sign), its sql causing failure.

  in order to support |, mysql requires to change the sql mode setting in the file my.cnf (on linux) in the

  After setting this parameter, its working fine now.

• Hyperlink in the cell of a table in object state multi does not work

  We have an app (DOS2015), which includes a gallery (with the status of multiple object) and on two of the pages State tables there.

  In certain cells in these tables are texts with hyperlinks. And all these hyperlinks do not work in dps 2015.

  (They do not work also in the folio Viewer. But they work if I copy the table into the object status multi on a normal page.

  It is by design or is it a trick?

  Hyperlinks in tables are not supported in DPS. I'm not aware of a trick or workaround.

• Complete clone of a linked Clone does not work

  I'm trying to generate a complete clone of a clone related with snapshot (power off). I am able to start the clone wizard and check the full clone option radio button. Even the cloning process works without any problem. But in the end the clone resulting is again a linked clone. I tried a few things to get a full clone without success.

  I just tested this feature for the first time. It is pretty cool. I just tested this version 30 and it worked well. Are there changes to the Application settings for email links? He remembers the preferences in this menu.

• Content aware fill does not work

  I have a spot on a picture in Photoshop CC 2014.  I want to remove it.

  I go to the Adobe tutorial and Julieanne Kost shows me exactly how high do this.  Lasso the question, go to Edition, select fill then Content Aware and press OK.  Nothing happens.

  Despite several attempts in a few months, I was unable to get any default replacement tools to work.  The PS is updated.

  Suggestions?

  I discovered what the problem is.  If I create a duplicate layer and change the overlap for anything but normal, so I am unable to do a content-aware fill.

  The onAction Manager must take a parameter of type ActionEvent, or no parameter (you MouseEvent).
