• Cursor does not change with the selection tool

  If anyone has experienced this?  My cursor suddenly does not change with the selection tools when working on the photos.  Once I roll over the image, the arrow disappears and becomes a strange 3 little things, so cannot do any work with precision.  Still using 7 PS in Windows 7.  It wasn't a problem before.  Already uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem is still there.  I searched where this can be corrected.  So far, no luck.  Any suggestions?

  I have a 2015 mid Macbook Pro 15 "work (so I can't afford to take this service for a period of days). My specs are:

  

  I am running the latest version of El Capitan, 10.11.4.

  My problem is that USB devices - such as Logitech USB headsets, USB sticks, external hard drives, etc. - always and I always say, require two plugins to be detected by the system. It doesn't work the first time. I always have to connect once, remove it and plug it in again.

  In addition, if I try to boot the system with my Time Machine/external USB HD drive, it won't start at all. Only if I reboot without all the devices connected it boot successfully.

  1 remove any drivers from Wacom/Lenovo/Windows (compressed ISD) touch panel--> programs & features

  If that does not work, remove all new and try the same thing with the Lenovo update utility. Usually, when either one detects that the tablet drivers are missing, they pick those most recent. But when pushed the button does not change with reliability the appearance (i.e. of the gray 'off' red 'on' color)... Sometimes color changes; no other time not... If I remove the structure of the event and the survey button in the appearance changes as expected.

  What is going on? I would like the button to change the colors on the user interface to indicate that it works... Should I programmatically control the color?

  Can you please make sure you have a value of bandwidth on ALL your BGP peering physical interfaces? And you can also include the running-config 'router bgp XXXX' out of R1 as you have not understood what we (others are). Just to make sure that you have "bgp dmzlink-bw' configured on all peerings and overall in the process - it will still show in the output of the same community if it does not work on it.
