  Because the keyboard is integrated in the housing of the computer laptop, something so simple that the vibration caused by typing can cause the touchpad the cursor or initiate a click, depending on sensitivity settings.

  You must disable the touchpad when typing. Most modern laptops provide an option or a keyboard shortcut to get there.

  So, stupid me, I just bought a Sculpt Touch mouse to use with my work laptop. Has not even read the package, just thought that it is a mouse with bluetooth, my PC has that, it works perfectly. Except that it is only compatible with Windows 7 or 8 - my company is still (for now) using Windows XP.

• Tactile mouse Microsoft stops working intermittently

  As the title says. Sometimes, the left click out and would not work until I did a right click on something. He would sometimes stop working entirely. I thought it was my usb hub, but I had the same problems on other computers (I own two of these mice) and I tried many things including putting the dongle in another USB plug, re-install the software, etc. I think it may be a hardware problem on these mice, and it seems I'm not the only one with this problem.

  I was just wondering if there is an easy solution for this because I have not found...

• Tactile mouse does not accept Batteries

  As soon as Windows 8 free a little less than a year, I bought the normal mouse touch Microsoft. It has served me very well and I love it like a mouse in general. Unfortunately, a problem just occurred and I can't seem to find all the reports a similar problem online. The problem is that the touch mouse does not accept batteries, as if the battery slots are broken. One thing I want to emphasize is that the slots in the battery were always very tight; It has never been easy replace the batteries, and I found myself using objects as levers to raise the batteries sometimes. Today, I want to replace the batteries and it is a battle to get them out, but not so much of a battle that I thought I was never damage the mouse. However, the mouse now does not seem to accept the batteries and battery slots are so tight. I can actually shake the batteries in the mouse now. With inserted batteries, the mouse will not illuminate; It's as if the slots in the battery becomes elongated. Maybe something happened on the springs in the back (which seem to be not at all, but pieces of metal springs)?

  I had a tactile mouse memory of Microsoft Corporation, and I use Windows Vista on my laptop.

  Of course, I know that this is exclusively for Windows 7, but I had no PC Windows 7.

  Until I open the box of the mouse, I would like to know if Vista can support the mouse with basic functions such as the left and do a right click, return and scrolling.

  If these basic functions are not supported under Vista, I have no choice and have to sell the touch mouse instead.

• How to clean a Microsoft Wireless Mouse 5000

  The (keyboard and mouse) worked perfectly for the last four years, but today the function of scrolling the mouse begins to fail and I suspect that the failure is due to debris inside the housing.

  1 should I attempt to disassemble and clean & if so, do you have instructions?

  Sorry for the delay in responding.

  The mouse is more under the guarantee of several years.

  Impossible to extract tamper proof screws... guess it IS inviolable.

  Clean the bits that I couldn't with isopropyl alcohol, but then the stretched rubber ring and intermittently capture and probably due to the loss of aromatic compounds.

  Get sick of all this and bought a tactile mouse that just arrived today. Definitely additional value their loot!

  Visit your local computer store, box store/wholesale office supplies store and check out them.
  By their very design a tactile mouse should have a quiet click.

  What happens when you try to save the settings of the tactile mouse of hold?

  Have you tried to see if it moves the pointer of the mouse?  If Yes, then the trackpad's damaged, defective, or turned off.

Recently I had to take the laptop on the road and I didn't take the big KB wireless. But if I take the little thing USB wireless, the keyboard and the touchpad on laptop NOT WORKING.   PS: This laptop is a bargain! I bought new from Office Depot last year during a promotion of the tour-of-your-old-mobile and paid about $ 400 for it. I've also upgraded to professional Windows thanks to a college. I am extremely pleased with this machine and can't believe that I got it for a price as low.

  When you have connected wireless keyboard, was the keyboard and the touchpad works on the G550?

  otherwise and only the Wireless Microsoft keyboard worked, then it is a strong possibility that the pilots who came from the crushed wireless keyboard drivers for your G550 keyboard and touchpad.
