  Guessing here, but try to disable drag between pages on the tab more than movements in the system preferences > mouse. or a Trackpad. Depending on whether you are using.

  You can use the movement of scrolling panel to set the menu in place. Set all values to 0, including the key position (assuming that the menu is at the top of the page).

  The only drawback to this is that Safari on iOS devices will not hide the address bar and the footer bar.

  Your Firefox might have been invaded by the parameters and the unwanted modules.

  A "quick fix" is to use refresh, but if you have many Add-ons, then it is tedious to those put in place again. Here's the article if you are interested: Refresh Firefox – reset settings and Add-ons.

  If you want to dig a little bit first, I suggest starting here:

  (1) open the Control Panel, uninstall a program. After the loading of the list, click on the column heading "installed on" to group infections, I mean additions by date.   • Any other page = > full URL of the page
