• Why no Alt - Tab feature (true last asset, not only to the top or to the bottom of the line)?

  I see the keyboard shortcuts to go up and down the tabs open (ctrl-shift-tab and ctrl-tab) and go directly to a section numbered etc...

  what I really want, it's a last tab function if you press several times simply would take you back and forth between the last two tabs. As if I have 8 tabs open and am currently on 7 tab and then click on tab 4, then I press this hotkey I should directly back to 7. If you press on again, he would go back to 4. etc.

  Take to fill out a tax form or something as an example. I have my browser open, tax assistance, taxes and other code as well as with my paystub and the info I enter data in multiple pages. Several times, I need to bounce back between tabs with the info about it (paystub) and with the entry of data on it.

  I suppose you could get around having only two desired tabs open in the window of the browser or by having two browser windows open every page necessary, but it is this rooted function (alt - tab in windows goes directly between your last two open applications, regardless of how you opened) that it just seems very natural to want to so the tabs of the browser to only go back between the last two.

  really think that this should be developed... seems simple (to a POV without instruction) and serves a specific purpose.

• upgrades that cause my laptop to sht doan

  I install and run the software tax.  When there are updates tax-the laptop goes through the update and tells me that windows has encountered a problem and needs to close without completing the upgrade.  Then, the software is not usable.  I think that there is a compatibility issue or my device is defective.  help, please.

• "Ethernet (or WiFi) not a valid IP configuration" error

  I have 4 volunteers helping to prepare tax returns. All use the same brand of laptop running Windows 7. Fine, but two two works cannot access an unsecured WiFi network (my Dell laptop running 8.1 Win don't.). Everything worked fine in the second week of March.  The two who fail with the above error message were not used between March 16-29.  (My old Vista has no problem either.)

  When trying to connect, WiFi is detected, but has a yellow shield on it, tag as secure sites, which we cannot access are not. When trying to connect to the WiFi, get the message that it takes too long to connect to the WiFi. Try Ethernet cable gives gives above error too. When troubleshooting, make a request for password and IP address?

  Finally, the laptops will connect so connected to the secure network.

  Help! We desperately need to have these two computers before Saturday. And I need to be able to use my laptop on the hotspots too.

  My guess is that there are a few updates driver in recent weeks. I'd appreciate any help.

• Problems with uninstall Turbo tax

• Tax records from old computer movement; which directory should I put them given that Application data is just a junction point?

  By train to move my old data files from my PC to the new laptop, I found the files that resided in the Application Data (XP) cannot be moved to Win 7.  The year next Turbo tax will get my files in C:\Documents and settings //Applicaton data and will conclude not just her.  Where should I put my old Application data for future use because I can't access the request data AND don't know how to load if I have access under the new configuration?

  I see two answers to your question:

  • Check the Turbo Tax FAQ or ask their assistance service. A lot of people would have been in your situation.
  • The hack by creating a symbolic link to the new location. Not recommended because it is not robust.

  If you want to point one or more variables in the setting of a fixed combination of dimension calculation, you must use dimension cross members predefined function. It's easy. Say the % tax is only available in 2010. then you call it in a formula of Member or business rule would be '% Tax'-> FY10 (or better 'tax %'-> & BudYear1 assuming & subs BudYear1 var is FY10).

  Me and my friend bought an IPA in a game and when I saw my Bill it said that I was charged tax. I then asked him if he accused tax and he didn't. So why am I having charged taxes?   Taxes are charged when they are legally required to do so.  Rates change based on the location, may so that taxes are charged at all.

• migration Assistant

  So disappointed with the migration wizard. I have a brand new mac book pro. Cannot use it. He's sitting in waiting for the box and my excitement to get a brilliant new machine is likely to dissipate.

  I have an old Mac book pro (mid 2010) and a lot of content. After you purchase the software (Office, Logic Pro etc) for this machine, I don't want to have to buy it all again. Assistant Migration will sort me, so I thought.

  So I ran assistant migration on both machines (with two computers connected to the same wi - fi network) and it seemed ok. The new machine saw the old man and if he said it will take 5 to 6 hours, which doesn't bother me. Unfortunately, after about 4 hours, I came back and the connection has been lost. Who knows why.

  So I decided to connect using an ethernet cable. Faster and more robust. The new macbook doesn't have an ethernet port so I looked into this and realized I needed a usb-ethernet adapter. On the Apple store, I had one in my hand, but the helpful chap he said I'd be better off with a thunderbolt cable. So I'm one of those.

  However, when I ran assistant migration on both machines a new did not find the former. Looking at it, I found that thunderbolt connection you must initialize the old machine in target disk mode (press T during startup). I did this and ran assistant migration on the new machine, but he did not find the old machine or drive. Depressed.

  I tried to get support online. I got a window saying that my chat session was to start soon. But he never would.

  The question is: How can I do this? I wasted my money on the Thunderbolt cable or if I buy an ethernet adapter will I have the same problem (with the new machine, do not recognize the old one)? Is migration wizard, the only way to do it?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. At the present time, I have my new book mac just sitting there, looking sad. I don't really want to start using it until I get this resolved and, indeed, there is not point - without the software, I need to do things. Why is it so difficult?

  Just past the same thing! I followed the instructions and updated my old MBP before, after the update error #1, all my files in the documents had disappeared and moved anywhere! Many of my photo papers are lost and only display the descriptions, not photos! After a full day of trying to transfer, I finally used my backup "passport for mac" and manually transferred files and tried to re - assemble all my document files. Before the migration and update, back up or store your old files on an external drive mac, time machine or cloud, in this way, you still have all your original documents.
