  • Error 10060 socket.

I use Windows Mail to consolidate my work and my personal e-mail. I have Verizon FIOS.  I changed the SMTP 587 which enabled me to send messages to my personal email from Verizon, but I can't always send messages using Windows mail on my job site. I get messages from two sources.

    Any suggestions?

I suggest that your site probably requires a different SMTP address - check with your workplace that address prooper is and change the account site accordingly.  I think that it is the cause of the problem and will fix it using the correct address (it could also be the SMTP address in your e-mail for site settings - so check that too).  If the people at work cannot help you, try contacting Verizon and explaining the problem - you may be able to use a different address and who can also solve the problem.

What is the error 10060 Socket?  When this happens?  How many times does it happen?  Do you know what program it generates (do you think it is Windows Mail)?

I hope this helps.  Keep me updated, and please answer the questions in your next reply.

  • Cannot send with SBCGlobal: socket error 10060

    I get this error message:
The connection to the server has failed.

    Subject 'Test '.
    Server: 'smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com.
Windows Live Mail error ID: 0x800CCC0E
    Protocol: SMTP
    Port: 25
    Secure (SSL): No.
    Socket error: 10060

I have the same problem. I tried to change the port from 25 to 465, but still unable to send email.

I get the same error message.

You will get better results with the settings recommended AT & T. follow the instructions on this page: check the e-mail for the AT & T email client settings

After, click work offline and delete all messages pending from the Outbox (below the records of account in the folders pane). Then close WLMail and wait a few minutes before resuming. Compose a new message to test and send it to yourself. Post a new message in your response.

It is enough not just to change the port, and you won't get the same error message if you do. Click on the error message to select it, and then use right click to copy and paste in your response.

  • ERROR 0x800ccc0e error 10060 - Socket what to do now?

Hello.  Lost ability a week or two ago to send emails (but can still receive) on Comcast accounts that are accessible through Windows Live Mail on the FIREFOX browser.  Found the instructions to change the port.  Changed to Port 25 and things worked for awhile.  Then loses the ability to send emails again from today.  I tried port 25 and 587 or 465.  Nothing works.  Impossible to send e-mail messages remain in the Outbox.  Convenience store is no help.  0x800ccc0e error 10060 socket error.  Thank you very much.

PS I just realized that Windows is busy trying to send 2 emails in the Outbox and I can't access another part of Windows Live.  So I am essentially locked until a solution is found.  :-/

    1: check work offline.

2: delete or move all the messages in the Outbox to the drafts folder.

3: follow these instructions to reconfigure your account. Note that there is a little more to do that just change the port numbers. A box or two to check out as well.

5: now try to send a test message to yourself.

  • Omega TCP IP 66 error

    Good Friday afternoon!

I used the web interface for my OMEGA with Option Ethernet iNFB counter successfully. Now, I'm rehearsing the communication in Labview. The program appears to write the data very well but then does not receive a response back, or at least Windows is not patient enough to wait one because I get error 66 to try to read. I added a while loop to re-establish the connection when an error trying to read is reported. I still get no response from the unit. The format of the command is:

    * - selected character recognition (any character from ASCII table)

X - read measurement data in decimal format

    01. address of the first sensor (actually only)

    -carriage return

When this command via the interface 'internet', the device reacts with (for example): X0100076.0.

Fixed probe is a probe of RTD and playback of content in the response is correct: 76.0.

    The attached program your dissection.

    Thanks for your ideas...

    Solution:

The attached above code works fine (less the while loop) when the i-server is properly configured to accept connections. Apparently, when you use the Web interface, this parameter is ignored and regardless of access. To configure the iserver for access set the "number of connections" greater than 0, most often 1 should suffice. Once it's done VI standard TCP/IP communication as fasteners at the top works like a charm.

I hope I can save someone else some time...

The likely cause is that you are not properly authenticating to the outgoing server, you use the wrong port or if you use the wrong encryption.  Ask your email service provider you should use.

  • OPEN TCP 63 CONNECTION ERROR

    Hi all

I got an error 63 when running in my case. Basically, I build this case LabVIEW as a station master to speak the prorocol Modbus slave device and now read the registry of her value.

The thing is that my computer can talk to the slave, I used the other monitoring software to detect as you can see in 'the slave data '. But in labview, I do not see data slave because of this error.

I don't know if it's because of something wrong with the code itself.

I hope all of you who are familiar with the implementation of Modbus labview could help me or!

    Thank you!

    Jinrong

Error 63 is usually thrown when there is no "listen" for a connection.  You have a standby server on a TCP connection to the IP address you provided?

  • order TCP/IP ping error and windows command processor errors pop up on my screen.

I met errors popping up on my screen.

    any ideas?

    Hi noahn,

    Method 1

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you configure the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See section to learn more about how to clean boot.

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    1. Click Start , and then click run.
    2. Type msconfig , and then click OK.
The System Configuration utility dialog box appears.
    3. Click the general tab, click Normal Startup - load all device drivers and services , and then click OK.
    4. When you are prompted, click restart to restart the computer.

    Method 2

I also suggest that you run a virus on the computer scan and check if it helps.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

You can also use Microsoft Security databases to scan your computer

  • WCF error when using the API of VSM

    VSM 9.1.4

    Oracle 10g R2

I am attemtping to use the "MessageSendMessage" command in the VSM API to send back the client permissions and I get the following error message when running it from the VSM server.

ERROR: The operation 'ContractUnlinkCIAsync' cannot be loaded because it has a parameter or type System.ServiceModel.Channels.Message or a type that has the MessageContractAttribute and other parameters of different types of return. When using System.ServiceModel.Channels.Message or types with MessageContractAttribute, the method should not use other types of settings.

It's an odd error because I do not use the "ContractUnlinkCI" command which tells me that there is a problem with the generation of the class file.

I ran the following command to generate my config file and the class in the directory "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Microsoft 4.0 Tools":

    Svcutil t:code /MessageContract. [URL ServiceManager.svc] / out: ISMAPI.cs /config:ISMAPI.config

The class files and generated config ok. Then I copied the game config to the Web site's web.config file:

    < basicHttpBinding >

    < connection name = "BasicHttpBinding_IServiceManager" / >

    < / customer >

    < system.serviceModel >

I put the ISMAPI.cs file in the App_Code to my site folder:

    DirectoryStructure.JPG

My code works fine when I run locally and include the correct querystring values, but it returns the error above, when I run the code from the VSM server. The query string I used: default.aspx? ajaxfunction = 2 & tasknumber = 425134 & agent = 2370 & recvofficer = 2370

I hope one of the other directors VSM has met this problem and knows a solution. I tried Googling this issue but with my knowledge of WCF, I don't know what I'm looking at. I also tried commenting on the problem area in the ISMAPI.cs file but it gives me an other errors so I obviously don't know what I'm doing.

    Thank you.

If locally it works fine I guess you should compare the versions of .net framework assigned to your web applications (application pool), and all the parameters specified in the web.config file.

  • WCF error - unable to authenticate using the ' DoLoginByPass()

    Hello

I can't run a WCF service in our new 6.1.1.1 test environment.
The WCF service is a custom web service, we have created to read the specific data of the object (e.g. plug) Prodika using Prodika framework.

The service works very well in 6.1.0.1-, it was installed in production
    6.1.0.1 for a long time.

Now, we are testing the WCF service even against 6.1.1.1 and seems not be working properly. I can read the WSDL for the server,

but when I call the service (using SoapUi) I get the following error.
I followed all the steps in the guide of Web services ' configure Application Programming Interface.

Based on the below error you have ideas why we get this?
