  If you ask how a file on the remote site via FTP without FTPing any dependent files?  That the answer is Yes, you can do this by changing the SITE > dependent files: option in the PREFERENCES to enable the option "prompt on put/check-in."  The next time you download a file, you will be asked if you want to also download dependent files.  If you say NO and check the don't ask again option, then you will always simply load the file and not the dependents. You can change it back at any time by changing the preferences of this setting.

  Hi I have a mix of photos and video clips loaded into my Mac Adobe organizer of the external drive, where they show (on PC) in the correct order as, still images and videos mixed. After loading in the Organizer, and chronology in first 12 items, I select more "old first". But in the timeline, stills appear first in the correct order, then after that video clips, in the correct order in themselves. Is it possible to actually load everything in the right order, IE pictures and videos mixed. Thanks Chris

  If your "Vista recovery disc" is provided by the manufacturer of your computer, be it Dell, Gateway, Hewlett-Packard, etc... Then chances are he's doing a thing. Well, my contract is over and now I get another call from another simuilar to the last company telling me that the reason why my computer is slow and frezzing up is because there are hackers hacking in and using my manufacturing system can work slowly and for package $149.99 a year they can clean up all this and get the pirates on and my system running smooth new.

  Sounds like the song and dance, except that I don't want to dance with them this time.

  Can you help me sort this issue and if I have to buy some kind of package, I want to keep him here in the United States instead of going abroad. I'm not that catchy with computers and don't get internal not with them. I'm 62 and good enough old school when it comes to such things. They also said my McAfee Security was not working, but I receive regular advice on the updates he says is is me.
