• I have problems with my phone

  I Got a new phone, it worked sincerar Wong first day I got it. I back to the store and it is saying it's ok the Kost then crash or Get freesen applications all the time. I can't send a photo in whataap of the application for a few weeks. I have to take the picture with the phone, and then select the image and send it. FaceTime works horrible. Several times phone calls does not similarly. I don't know what to do because I work too much to go to the store and get the 0 solution.   There is no magic solution.  Try the basic troubleshooting steps recommended by Apple: reboot, reset, restore from a backup.

  If these steps fail to resolve the problem, restore the phone as a new device.  DO NOT ADD APPS.  See if the phone and all the applications provided by apple, such as messages, FaceTime, etc work correctly.  If not, then you may have a hardware problem and will need to bring the phone to Apple for the assessment.

  If the phone works properly after the restoration as a new device, then add some dos applications.  Use the phone for a while and see if it works properly.  If this isn't the case, then one of the 3rd party apps is at fault.  If it does not, add another app or two and use the phone.  Repeat the process.

  It is recommended to use only the USB cable provided with the product itself. But if it is a Sony USB cable, then it should be all right. I load all my Sony products with different cables Sony too (as long as the load cables shown in the port of loading of the product), and there is no problem. They all work very well. No problem whatsoever. I never use another cable other than a charge cable Sony with my Sony products. If the is a charger for Sony, there should be no problem using it as a charging cable. Make sure that it fits into the port of loading of the headphones. The DSC-HX90V is also a Sony product, so it shouldn't be a problem using the Sony camera cable to charge your Sony headphones. In other words, make sure you only use cables from Sony to charge Sony products. (But we must ensure that the cable Sony fits into the Sony product)

  If you install the laptop with initial recovery media, it is not necessary to install anything. Maybe now is some conflict there.
