  If i ' right n in this reading, you want to add the empty partition to the OS X. I don't think that this is possible. The only thing you can do is a clean install of the OS X after you wipe and merge together.  I always do a clean install on a USB. Let me know if you need instructions.

  My problem is that when I click on the menu item "Just Do It", the application does not appear. I see in the debugger, that requestForeground is called, but nothing happens after that. I tried different things, like using GlobalEventListener instead of launching the app again (which resembles the app in the background does not receive events) or by calling requestForeground directly in the menu item Manager, but nothing happens.

  I don't think that this causes you a problem in this circumstance.

  I would like that you try to move your code to the main() in the run method ApplicationMenu.  There is no problem with this code getting your instance of the application and then by running requestForeground() on it.

  If this does not help, you can do two things:

  (1) create activate(), deactivate() methods in your Application, simply d put something out of System.out when these are run - call super too of course!  See the Application section to determine what these do.

  (2) put a breakpoint in acceptsForeground() and see when it is in the order of things, it is called.  I have an idea it is actually called earlier than you expect.

  Thanks for checking on me Brett!  In fact, I discovered that JPEGs could not be opened directly in CS5 or CS6 either.  I could only export them on the hard drive.

  BUT I just got the phone with Adobe again... and it works now!        So happy!

  We tried to uninstall LR again.  But this time, while screen sharing, she helped me to browse my computer for almost all things Lightroom and deleted files (there were 2 exceptions who could stay).  When I reinstalled right there, it worked!  I don't know which file was precisely the problem or how it became a problem in the first place since I've never been install from a disk or update from the Adobe website.  But right now I'm just esctatic that it works!

  OS X does not come with Python 3.4.4. So, everything you have installed is somehow jamming your terminal. I suggest that you contact this part.

  Try to install recovery disks. I feed all four discs, a lot of progress through the test bars. Lots or that it recharges. Looks like it's done nearly completely when the installation process falls down. Looking at the newspaper said something like:

  I suspect one of the following conditions is true:

  (1) curiously, 120 GB is too small to build a c:\ drive base for a newish computer. Especially when you talk about all the bloatware included in a recovery disk HP base install.

  (2) HP and Intel have found a way to prevent people from using SSDS on newer computers. Maybe they did things in the BIOS. They want to analyze the benefits brought by the SSD in incremental blocks and sprinkle them to the top of the line. Note that HP includes only the SSD in their more expensive laptops.

  (3) pilot error

  (4) the SSD is broken

  For your case, there is a getValuesDescriptionMap() method that returns a map that contains an entry for each value and maps the values of their descriptions.

  Have you tried to use Boot Camp Assistant to delete the partition that it created? If you do not, then you should give it a try. If instead you tried to solve it using disk utility, then you have garbaged s disk RDB. Either you can take a long time to find out how to solve this problem using the Terminal or you can clone your OS X volume to another disk using disk utility or Carbon Copy Cloner, boot from the clone, erase your internal drive, the clone of restoration on the internal drive, then restart your computer from the internal drive.

  Step 1: Fix the hard disk and permissions

  Boot from an OS X install disc

  1. Insert the OS X installation disc into the optical drive.

  2 restart the computer.

  3. immediately after the ring, press and hold the C"" key.

Wait until the operation is complete, then exit FROM and return to the installer.

  If Disk utility reports errors, that it can not solve, then Disk Warrior or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you do not have one of them or none of them can fix the disc, then you will need to reformat the hard drive and reinstall the OS X.
