    Hi eniboy,

    If you have a subscription to Acrobat, you need not use the ExportPDF online service to convert files (ExportPDF is a separate service, with its own subscription). To convert a file in Acrobat, open the file, and then choose file > save as other > Microsoft Word (or worksheet).

  • Using 'tag' a photo in my emails

    "I had a lot of fun 'place brand' El Cap suddenly now in a short period of time - MARK UP IS ABSENT as a choice to" well... tag "my photos" information and the arrow etc. Any idea what's going on with this new program of El caps? Hate that "change of batch is"M.I.A."long now. Hope that will come back with Sierra.

    Annotate images with a tag

    If you add a picture to your document, you can use the markup to y to add shapes, text and captions in TextEdit. You can even draw on your picture by using your trackpad.

    1. Move your pointer over an image, click on the context menu of the tag , then choose the markup.
    2. Select a tool to annotate your image: to crop an image, place the pointer near the edge of the image, and then drag the blue handles to adjust the size of the crop window. To move the cropping window, move the pointer over the edge of the image and between the blue handles, and then drag the window where you want.
      • Sketch : sketch of a sudden. If your drawing is recognized as a standard form, it is replaced by this form; to use your sketch instead, select it in the palette that appears.
      • Shoot : draw with your finger. (This tool appears only on computers with a touchscreen trackpad Force). Press more firmly on the trackpad to draw a heavier, darker line.
      • Forms : choose a form to add to your image, then drag the blue handles to resize the shape.
        • Zoom in one part of a picture: Click on the magnifying glass tool , and then drag it where you want. To increase or decrease the zoom, drag the green handle; Drag the blue handle to change the size of the lens.

  • How do you get the tag line in last-one click on a tree control?

    The API for tree controls is infuriatingly obtuse.

    In response to an event initiated by the tree control, I need to query the currently selected item in the tree and get his tag, so I can handle the element and its children. How this is done? I found the method of 'Set the tag', but there is no Tag «get» In fact, the only way to get the tag of any element seems to be through the 'Point to the column line' method, which takes a pair of coordinates entry component! It's confusing!

    Oh hell. Value of tree is the tag of the element currently selected. It's so easy that I never thought to look there for it, given the complexity of almost all other actions in the API.

    * sigh *.

  • ReplayGain and better FLAC tag based on Fuze (please)

    Hello everyone. As I read, Fuze can't stand the ReplayGain, it would be a really nice feature.

    I know that I could handle my files to get audio already normalized, but which could change the file forever, with no "undo" as possible (at least that I keep two copies of the files, of course). Many people prefer not to convert audio files, not only because the normalization of the audio collection is a task that is more to do, but also because of the additional audio processing involved. I try to keep my audio, as I had originally.

    On the Fuze FLAC tag support: Fuze does not recognize 90% of the audio tags of my files FLAC. As I read more people are finding this problem. I've heard say that files tag work "AudioMonkey". In any case, I use "easytag' (Linux) and all my devices read them fine, but Fuze don't. I checked this with some software players and with my XBox, and all them work very well with my tags. "metaflac - list filename.flac" presents all the tags correctly. Don't know what is happening, but maybe my rocket should not be so 'tricky' understanding FLAC metadata.

    I could send more details if necessary (or a sample file FLAC). Just contact me.

    I was very happy when the latest firmware has been launched because support FLAC. This two things probably would be really appreciated.

    Thanks for reading.

    We have identified the problem with the tags FLAC posted by the user.  The next version should display.  The problem is that tagging added ID3 tags for records that are not in the specification FLAC.

    ReplayGain is evaluated for feasibility, but habit probably be in the output this month.

  • Required for .mp3 files ID3 tags?

    I recently bought a rocket (2 GB + 8 GB SDHC) to use on Suse Linux 10.1.  I have updated the firmware of the rocket to V01.01.22A.

    I quickly discovered that the "rocket" does not display a directory and file names, but the ID3 data. I also discovered the CD I ripped with Clary gave ID3 and present as unknowns.  So, find mutagen (python code that implements ID3 stuff) and writes code to add the tags I thought would be important, for example (ignore the line TCON for awhile):

    Tuxr. Demento 30th Anniversary Collection (CD 1) = > mid3v2 - list-gross *.
    RAW IDv2 tag info for 03. The Elements.mp3:
    TCON (encoding = 3, text = [u '57'])
    TAREK (encoding = 3, text = [u'Dr.]) ([Demento = 30th Anniversary Collection (CD 1)'])
    TRCK (encoding = 3, text = [u '03'])
    TPE1 (encoding = 3, text = [u 'Tom Lehrer'])
    TIT2 (encoding = 3, text = ['03 u. ([The Elements'])

    RAW IDv2 tag info for 05. Charlie Brown.mp3:
    TAREK (encoding = 3, text = [u'Dr.]) ([Demento = 30th Anniversary Collection (CD 1)'])
    TRCK (encoding = 3, text = [u '05'])
    TPE1 (encoding = 3, text = [u 'The Coasters'])
    TIT2 (encoding = 3, text = [u'05. Charlie Brown "])"

    RAW IDv2 tag info for 06. Dungeons and Dragons.mp3:
    TAREK (encoding = 3, text = [u'Dr.]) ([Demento = 30th Anniversary Collection (CD 1)'])
    TRCK (encoding = 3, text = [u '06'])
    TPE1 (encoding = 3, text = [u'The Dead alewives])
    TIT2 (encoding = 3, text = [u'06. ([Dungeons & Dragons'])

    A file copied by itunes long time presents:

    Tuxsounds of the Islands > mid3v2 - list-gross *.
    RAW IDv2 tag info to 04. Let the Guide your Heart.mp3 love:
    COMM (encoding = 0, lang = 'en', / / desc = u 'iTunNORM', text = [u' 0000192D 000019F8 0000E1A4 0000BDFE 00007A0A 000079F0 0000817F 000080E1 0001DC05 00004EE0'])
    TCMP (encoding = 0, text = [u '1'])
    TPE1 (encoding = 0, text = [u 'Torla, Gayle'])
    THOMAS (encoding = 0, text = [u '2002'])
    TIT2 (encoding = 0, text = [u'Let Love Guide Your Heart ""])
    EVEL (encoding = 0, text = [u 'iTunes v4.9.0.17'])
    TRCK (encoding = 0, text = [u'' 4/19])
    OPC (encoding = 0, text = [u'1: 1'])
    TAREK (encoding = 0, text = [u'Sounds of the Islands])
    COMM (encoding = 0, lang = 'en', / / desc = u 'iTunes_CDDB_IDs', text = [u'19 + 957CE2ACB34B27EDE59206D31FC80BC6 + 2748326'])
    TCON (encoding = 0, text = [u '(80)'])

    The works of reading itunes file, those that I've updated unknown/unknown/track display data during playback, and I don't see what could miss with the exception of this kind (see thread some MP3 files are not recognized by rocket).  So I added that TCON I said to ignore for a bit and that didn't change things.

    So, are there other ID3 tags that are a must have?  Another oddity, it's that when I plugged the "rocket" in the Windows box, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Windows Explorer displays metadata when you right-click on a file and select Properties.  However, the files that I have problems with had their metadata displayed.  Open the contextual menu properties, but the data were empty.

    I'll try to drop the 0 TRCK and a few other things.

    I just noticed the encoding = 3 in my files.  I better go learn what it is all, if things set of character, it could be a problem of ascii/utf-8.

    Yes, Yes, I use MonkeyMedia or something else, but this means the implementation of Samba or the transfer of several GB of data around this laptop.

    I redid my experience of coding UTF-8/ISO-8859-1, this time take an mp3 file, making 16 copies of it and the definition of artist/album/song/track with each of the 16 possibilities.  I knew that the song would be displayed with an encoding, so I used that to save each permutation.  I used the first character to specify the encoding used in the editing software, so the 0c3a0s0t3 song meant c3 = artist/composer in 3 encoding (UTF), a0 = album in coding (ISO) 0, s0 = 0 coding song and t3 = encoding 3 track.

    I don't know if the track is displayed everywhere.  The artist and the Album appear as unknown in 3 encoding and while the song arises to 3 encoding, changed - the top 3 goes and the rest is converted to uppercase.  Odd.

    So I guess that means that the "rocket" does not handle UTF.  I think I can live with that, but I have a few drives in Russian, and I could get into trouble with different classic tracks.  (Who would have more problems with illegal characters in filenames FAT, I was trying to use album and follow channels under the names of directories and files.)

    I'll mark this as the solution, assuming I say that...

  • Why microsoft does not update Windows 7 to add support for ID3 2.4 tags?

    Most media players these days write 2.4 ID3 tags for MP3 and Windows Media Player or Windows Explorer can read these tags. And because of this all my music files will appear as unknown track, artist, album. And it's really annoying.

    Hello Yvette,

    Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community!

    I'm sorry to inform you that Explorer Windows and Windows Media Player can not handle the ID3 version 2.4tags in any version, up to and including Windows 7/Windows Media Player 12. Windows can understand ID3 until and including version 2.3.

  • Tag Windows 7 ID3 2.4 and Windows Explorer ID3 manipulation

    Is there something in the works to update Windows 7 to manage ID3v2.4?

    Also, I noticed that Windows Explorer incorrectly manages ID3v2.3 TPE1 "Artist" tags like 'Contributing artists' and TPE2 ' Band/Orchestra/accompaniment' as 'Artist of the Album'.

    Simple thing, it is that many programs automatically convert ID3v2.3 to ID3v2.4 tags when changes are made from within the program. In some cases, the program may be forced to use ID3v2.3, but all cannot. It would be nice if Windows caught up with the current format.

  • Under Android Runtime NDEF tags with 10.3.1 write error

    I'm trying to get an app Android our company wrote working under Blackberry using the NFC support newly added to 10.3.

    I use a Q10 to test 10.3.1 running, and I'm able to get the installed application and reading our NDEF labels without problem. Attempt to erase or write tags but seems to fail, while this works very well on our test Android devices. I get the following in the logcat when debugging:

    The calling code is something like the below:

    /**Writes out a URI Ndef record along with a text record in one go*/

    private void writeNdef(String text, Tag tag) throws IOException, FormatException {
        //First record is a weblink, then our ID data so that unanticipated tag scans respond gracefully
        NdefRecord[] records = {NdefRecord.createUri("http://www.google.com"), createRecord(text) };
        NdefMessage message = new NdefMessage(records);
        issueNdef(message, tag);
    }

    /**Performs the actual connection to the NFC tag and writes out the given message to it*/
    private void issueNdef(NdefMessage message, Tag tag) throws IOException, FormatException {
        Ndef ndef = Ndef.get(tag);
        ndef.connect();
        ndef.writeNdefMessage(message);
        ndef.close();
    }

    Shows the system to launch a "BBNfcTag_nfcNdefWrite: error 7" when he tries to deliver scripture to the tag in question (the exact IOException occurs at the level of the line "ndef.writeNdefMessage (message);" '). We use fairly standard NTAG203 tags and they are tested as works fine on other devices. Any ideas as to why I have trouble getting these tags to write on the BlackBerry?

    Mark,

    Thanks for the sample; It was useful to detect the problem (now resolved) by comparison.

    For someone else who comes across this thread, the question was how I was manipulating the intent of NFC tag. On my other test devices (android), immediately call my intention of onNewIntent() handler as shown below:

    @Override
    protected void onNewIntent(Intent intent) {
        intentHandler.Dispatch(intent);
    }

    works very well. On BlackBerry, an NFC unsubscribe occurs immediately when the triggers of the intention and the context seems to be lost if try to call directly. Instead, I needed to run a setIntent() and then manage OnResume intent, taking care to add a boolean indicator so it tries only to interface with the NFC tag only once and that the curriculum vitae triggered by the intentions of the NFC. See below:

    private boolean intentHandled = true;

    @Override
    protected void onResume() {
        super.onResume();

        //...

        if(intentHandled == false &&
            (NfcAdapter.ACTION_TAG_DISCOVERED.equals(getIntent().getAction()) ||
            NfcAdapter.ACTION_NDEF_DISCOVERED.equals(getIntent().getAction()))) {

            //Decide what to do based on tag type and current program view
            intentHandler.Dispatch(getIntent());
            intentHandled = true;
        }

    }

    @Override
    protected void onNewIntent(Intent intent) {
        intentHandled = false;
        setIntent(intent);
    }

    With these changes, I am able to get writing reliable tag on my Q10 without negative impact on my ability to write on my other devices Android test.

  • Bluetooth and sensor Tag Texas: list of services of the gatt evil?

    Hello

    I have some experience with my Dev C ALpha and the Texas sensor tag.

    In fact I am following this guide: https://www.bluetooth.org/en-us/Documents/Bluetooth%20SIG%20developer%20Training%20day%20-%20Woolley...

    I would like the list of all the services available on the sensor Tag

    I have a function within my app that does something like this:

    the initialization of the BT
    {if (bt_device_init (ApplicationUI::btEvent)==0)}
    qDebug()< "device="" init="">
    If (bt_ldev_get_power ())
    bt_ldev_set_power (true); turn on the bt
    {if (bt_gatt_init(&m_gatt_cb)! = 0)}
    qDebug()< "gatt="" init="">
    }

    searchLab-> setProperty ("text", "investigation of departure!"); a label

    {if (bt_disc_start_inquiry (BT_INQUIRY_GIAC) == 0)}
    deviceCount int = 0, i, z;
    bt_remote_device_t * remote_device_array = bt_disc_retrieve_devices (BT_DISCOVERY_CACHED, & deviceCount);
    QString newDevs is QString ("devices found % 1") .arg (deviceCount);.
    searchLab-> setProperty ("text", newDevs);

    It is different from my request... why?

    Thank you

    1 matching is not always necessary. It depends on the device. What you should do in general is to go into settings Bluetooth on your BlackBerry and when you see the Tag TI sensor for the first time, select it. If you are required to enter a PIN, you will need to at this point. The status of the device in the settings must now move on to the connected mode or matched depending on whether or not he had a PIN. Other devices in the list will probably have a status of 'Saved' which means that they have been connected to or matched with previously and their details recorded in the cache device Bluetooth BlackBerry. If a device is in the correct state (connected or combined) in the list of parameters, then you need to perform a pairing programmatically.

    2. regarding your apparently different service lists, they are in fact equivalent. I'm interlaced the BlackBerry API output with that of your Linux tool below:

    The reason why some of them are "short" is that the two 16-bit 128-bit UUID and UUID are defined and the specification defines a UUID of base to convert 16-bit versions in the 128-bit versions. It is probably making your Linux tool.

  • Custom ActiveTextHandler: handle #hashtag and @mention in the label

    Hi all

    Can we do a manager of custom text in the Label control?

    Example: I want to handle '#somehashtag' or '@someuser' when'm typed by the user.

    Currently, only html like 'http' if I using standart ActiveTextHandler, tag would get shares.

    Thank you.

    Yippee... I think it should work...

        Label {
                text: "www.w3schools.com;\">Visit W3Schools"
                verticalAlignment: VerticalAlignment.Center
                horizontalAlignment: HorizontalAlignment.Center

                activeTextHandler: ActiveTextHandler {
                    onTriggered: {
                       console.log("Seems to work fine"+event.text);
                    }

                }
            }

    I used the HTML in the text of the label...

    activeTextHandler can be used to handle the clicked event...

    Note: I havnt been to manage the click... I just checked with newspapers... If I m able to get the event.text.

  • tag with html content - supported tags?

    In one of the beta label could now handle html in its data from text content:

    Label.setText(")

    ASDF

    ")

    But I was not able to find the html tags are supported... someone has seen a document concerning the supported tags or knows what are the supported tags?
