• How can I keep the option of an inner glow to reposition text on mouse over State?

  I've seen other old discussions on this topic.  I'm trying to use the inner glow on the mouse down state of a button.  When you apply the inner glow effect, the text is pushed down into the text box to the position that it is in normal state and the substitution of the.  How to do this?

• Problem with button 'Over' State

  I am just learning flash. I created a rectagle and converted to a button symbol. I got it so that it changes color when someone will find their mouse over it. However, I need the text there, too. My problem is that the symbol comes back to its original color when the mouse is over the text. I tried to make the text in the symbol, and I also tried to put above the symbol on the stage.

  I need the rectangel to stay in his "Over" State even when the mouse is over the text. Is this possible?

  In the properties panel, make sure that the TextField is not defined to be selectable.  There is an icon it for this property activation or deactivation.

• Button Rotation and States of text

  I'm working on my second project Muse right now, so I'm still kinda a noob.

  My problem is that I want to build the menu white angle with black text buttons which invert to black with white text for flight hover and active modes.

  I realized that although Muse says that "text ranges cannot be edited or formatted by the State [...]" Menu Widgets allow you to do just that by changing the color of text for hover, active, etc.-, but the text is embedded differently in these pre-built widgets when you create your own box (easily adjustable) with the square tool and include your own text manually.

  The only solution I can think is import my own touches several layer of photoshop but it's such a pain in the butt and if I still want to make a small change, it becomes an ordeal.

• Unexpected border around the text buttons

  Is it on any PC or only specific parts?

  I don't know if it still applies to Captivate 5 and 5.5, but it can. When you use a text button, it will adapt to the Windows theme used. Though it may appear to go on your own PC, but look differently on another, depending on the theme of Windows in use.

  This is why the Image buttons are useful. If you want to make sure that they always appear little any computer or Windows theme is used when you view your presentation.

  I'm buildding a button custom for a video gallery, which shows three animations different while flipping. The background image becomes more dark, the blades in a graphic element and text fades.

  The problem is that the text disappears only when the mouse is directly over the text. But the buton is much greater.

  Please check whether the transition of the State applies to the text only or the entire frame. The effect should be applied to frame so that on the law, the image effect will be rendered on the page.

• Roll Over state change the image

  I'm in the need to change the color of the image a bit when the mouse over this image and then remain in this state when it is active.

  I have an image created from Illustrator for a button that I need. The only way I know how to do it is using HTML and change the image of the same image on roll of place with slightly different colors to give that effect.

  Can Muse create this effect?  I read about Adobe questions and answers on a blog back in 2012 that he can only change state with colors for this State, no images.  For example, it will change the color of the text or "Field of State" but not swap on an image for a different image.

  How can I do this in Muse?  Is there a widget that will allow me to do this?

  Yes, the Widget "Button of State" must be what you are looking for. It is part of the band Muse not a third Widget. I would add that you should use the image as a fill for the button. You can then change the fill to a different image on any State you want.

  Buttons text takes up the style of the buttons system, you can't control them at all.

  Best way would be to replace the text by form buttons buttons, which you can style so that they perfectly resemble text buttons, but you can control the style of the three States. I recommend to do with the object Style (on CP8) Manager.

  Transparent buttons don't have any rollover State, you can also use image buttons but then you must create three different images with proper nouns, such as image buttons you have included in the CP.

  I should have said this before: filters work that on movieclips and text (it is possible to make the buttons using clips). Do you mean that the filter Panel is not open? Click windows > filters (somewhere in windows, search) to open the filters Panel. So to add a filter in the filter Panel, click the add sign and choose what you want (glow/blur etc.).

  I have Captivate 3.0.0 Build 580 on my work computer. Some of my colleagues have the same version as well. Despite this, if we publish any Captivate file with text buttons, text buttons look dark grey in color (with border only on the two edges) in the SWF file published on my computer while they look more light color Silver (with a blue border on all 4 edges) in the SWF files published on their computers. • Underlined text be upset by States

  My States

  Normal - black

  Tread - Red

  Mouse down - red

  Active - violet

  I have a problem that I need help with problems; It could be a bug.  I'm having this problem on all my pages!  I have a text that I converted to be a link, and I've changed this text to be red, and it is pointed out.  When I preview the web page with the text of the red link, it's still red, but the color of the underline of the changes; It is usually blue or violet.  If I close the preview and return to the edit page, the text and underlining are both red again.  Also, if I highlight the red text and open the States Panel, then it is said that you can not change the States of the text, but I think that the underline text IS affected by the States.

  The underline must always be the same color as the link unless you have written some custom CSS.
