Text on a wheel in Photoshop?

Hey there! I was wondering if you could help me. I've been looking around for an answer, but all were related to something other than what I was asking.

I am trying to create a wheel in Photoshop, just like those that you see on the TV shows or in casinos, the type that you can spin.

This wheel has an odd number of sections, thus creating a little was a toughie, but I did. Now comes the part where I'm stumped: How can I write the text?

There are 47 slices, the text must be written vertically on each slice:

L

I have

K

E

T

H

I have

S

The problem is, I can't write every bit of text separately and then try to tilt at an angle, whereas it must align perfectly round and around the wheel, that's why I came here to help.

Thank you very much and sorry if my English is a bit confusing, it is not my first language.

P.S.: Please don't respond with "Oh you Illustrator this." I do not own Illustrator, nor can I afford to get ATM thanks!

The text must be inside brackets, as in the example! And I think that I figured out how do! I used to do the kaleidoscopes and I applied the same method of copy/transform angle that I applied with them and it seemed to have worked! Thanks a lot for your help!
