  I suggest you follow the methods mentioned below.

   

  Method 1:

  I suggest you unregister and re-register the Windows Installer on the system.

  a. sign in to your computer as an administrator.

  b. Click Start and then click Run.

  (c) in the Open box, type cmd and then click OK.

  d. at the command prompt, type msiexec.exe / unregister and then press ENTER.

  e. type msiexec/regserver, and then press ENTER.

  Now, check if the problem is resolved.

  I suggest you repair Windows Installer

  a. Click Start, go to run, type "Regedit" and press ENTER.

  b. in the registry editor, navigate to the following registry folder:

  'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSIServer' by clicking on the sign MORE (+) sign.

  c. highlight the "MSIServer" folder in the left pane and double-click "ImagePath" on the item in the right pane.

  d. its value should be 'C:\Windows\System32\msiexec.exe V' (without the quotes). If this is not the case, change the above value.

  Note: There is a space between msiexec.exe and c I assume that Windows is installed on drive C.

  e. restart your computer.

  You can test your site Firefox Safe Mode? It is a standard diagnostic tool in order to avoid interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode.

  Help > restart with disabled modules

  In the dialog box, click on 'Start mode safe' (not Reset)

  I just noticed that some of the cats on the page of our cats from my site,

  www.freedomfarm.net, introduce yourself on Internet Explorer, but not on Modzilla FireFox.  In fact, they are listed in a table on the page with a photo and text.   I must confess that I cheated.  I copied the table code from another Web site that I liked.  But since it works on IE and some of them work on Modzilla, I don't think that's the problem... maybe well wrong.   If anyone has any ideas, what could be causing this, I sure would appreciate the help.  Thank you!

  I noticed inspecting the modal window that has the css for HTML, the hidden visibility value.

  

  I can manually turn off what it works as expected. I tried to put CSS in the page 0 to force the visibility, but it doesn't seem to work because I think the modal charges in a separate instance, away from the clutches of page 0 .

  I went into the widgets library > publications > white as my navigation bar. After export to HTML to display in the browser to see if all correct them... the navigation bar stood in Chrome and Firefox but not in Internet Explorer. It is the only thing wrong with my site until I'm ready to live. Do I have to use a tool of different navigation bar? If yes where can I find it?

  It may be a problem with IE blocks the content or preview, try to publish the site as a place to test and then check, check also with a newer version of Internet Explorer to isolate the problem with the version of IE specific.

  I use RoboHelp 9 and can't get my favicon.ico file to display in Internet Explorer 8. It works fine in Chrome and Firefox but not in ie.

  I also tried messing around with the file whstart.ico in the directory template_skin as w / 8 HR, but that does not work either.

  Anyone else know it or know a solution?

• My site does not appear on Internet Explorer

  I'm totally new to all of this, but I thought that I had an idea about what is happening so far, I've built a site that I love, and it appears correctly in firefox, safari and chrome, but IE explore does not display the .index page at all, it's just a white background. Other pages work fine, but no matter what with a contact form to get centered and is far left of the screen.  The url for the site is http://winecountrycarpet.com/ I would SO appreciate any help at all, I was pulling my hair out.

• Menu bar will appear in Internet Explorer 8

  I recently created the Web page http://sterlingfamilyfarm.com/index.html in Dreamweaver CC.

  I tested the site with http://Jigsaw.w3.org/CSS-validator/ et http://validator.w3.org/ and everything seemed good.

  But the menu bar does not appear in IE8... it's the display as a bulleted list instead.

  Also the footer is not displayed correctly (no Center, no background color).

• I can't see HTML in Firfox attachmants that do not appear in Internet Explorer. However, the attachments are visible when I have passed on the email.

  When I check the properties of attachments that Firefox can open (but IE), they show them that documents HTML Firefox. However, the attachment can be seen when I send the email.

  Attachments may be present or embedded (possibly ContentID cid: links) in a way that is not compatible with Firefox but will work with a mail program or IE.
