    Hello

    This is my site:http://www.prismicblue.com/shiro/

The problem is that the graphics are stretched larger than the original size of the graphics in Internet Explorer.

Can anyone help please do stop.

It displays fine in Firefox and Chrome.

I'm a Web design newbie, so if it's something really complicated please explain as simply as possible.

I made the page using CS6 and a fluid grid presentation if that helps at all.

    Thank you

Looks like your browser is zoomed in a step or two.

Hit 'Under control' in Internet explore and see what happens. If you look to the right, close IE and reopen it. The setting stick?

  • Model site Web created in PS displays do not correctly in Internet Explorer. Any ideas?

    Hello

I was wondering if someone could help me with creating photoshop templates.

I cut out my site, centered on the table, she produced in Dreamweaver and added a background and banners rotate but the site doesn't load correctly in Internet Explorer (before I even did). The cells are not properly aligned.

I too tired, validate the code, but he says that it is not valid HTML.

Does anyone else have this problem?

My website can be found at: https://DL.dropbox.com/u/4966582/intranet/index.html

    Thanks in advance

Photoshop is for images only.  Do not use the actual exported code on web sites.  It will not work in the wild.  Why?  Because the code is not good & the tables are too rigid to contain something other than the image slices.  When you try to change this provision in DW or any HTML editor, it collapses and produces unsightly gaps between the slices.

The reason why it doesn't seem right in Internet Explorer is because the code is not a valid document on the first line type declaration.  This causes IE to display the page in Quirks Mode.

Export HTML in Photoshop is really only for quick comps show a customer before starting to build the website with HTML and CSS code.

Although that written for Fireworks, the tutorial into 3 parts below describes how to transfer your comp to a CSS layout design in DW.  If you're stuck on anything whatsoever, feel free to post questions in the forum of general discussion DW.

  • Tables displays do not correctly in Internet Explorer.

Hi, I need a little help. I tried to solve this problem with a contact form that I put in place in the tables. I keep having problems with internet explorer, troubleshooting in general. The site is in sight at the moment, but I have no idea how fix the table line up side by side. It seems as if she doesn't have a table on IE but works perfectly well in Firefox and Chrome. Any help would be appreciated.

(* There is also a problem of positioning on the homepage when it comes to Internet Explorer but not in Firefox and Chrome, if you can help with this as well.*)

I put several bars of menus vertical spry on my page, they work as expected on all major browsers except IE: S.. .as usual. How can I solve this kind of loading the home page right now?

    The file named index.html? lowercase?

This will work as a default filename on most hosts.

  • I noticed that some jpeg (RGB) images are not display in Internet Explorer 11, but they present very well in other browsers. In addition, the images used to display properly in Internet Explorer. No idea what is happening?

I noticed that some jpeg images are not display in Internet Explorer 11, but they display well in other browsers. I checked they are RGB images, because apparently some people accidentally use the CMYK format. IE is configured to display the images - I checked that also. The images used to display properly in Internet Explorer, and the images have not been changed on the server. The content was created using Dreamweaver CS6 and Photoshop CS6.

I tried to view the page on other computers running IE, and they also have this problem.

Any idea of what could be causing this to happen?

Thanks for looking in this people!

I discovered that prevented a few images to display in IE 11, while other images show. The culprit was Adblock Plus for Internet Explorer. Once, I disabled the software Adblock Plus missing images showed once again. Interestingly, I discovered that I could cause the same effect in other browsers using Adblock software. There is either a bug in the software of Adblock, or fluid network of Adobe system, which caused some legitimate images should be blocked. Whatever it is, they do not play well together right now. All images are stored on the same domain, and none of them related off site, so it's pretty weird that they have been blocked...

Anyway, the mystery is solved! I know people like to see a conclusion to these things as much as possible, so I'll mark this as resolved issue.

  • Why Tumblr images are not displayed, but they do in Internet Explorer?

Mozilla has already admitted that leaking memory prevents images from multiple sources. Well, if I open Tumblr, not all the images it displays. Some simply lead to links by saying: "Access Denied", and some have simply even a URL there; There is no indication that an image is there at all. The Tumblr Windows more than I have open, the worst problem, and more each page takes to load.

These problems do not exist on Internet Explorer 11 at the same time, looking at the same pages. Images load and display when an image is not available, a broken link icon. Something is very wrong with the image handling in Firefox 38, such a serious problem that threatens the usability of the program. When I can't get the images for books on page "Scary Go Round" of John Allison, but they instantly appear in Internet Explorer, then there is a problem quite serious here not adequately. I think you should look into this and quickly. Such, Firefox is broken, virtually useful. It is not usable for any Web page with multiple images.

I'm spoiled at the office, as the page load all 22MB in about 11 seconds (depending on the Network Monitor of Firefox Web Console - attached screenshot section). I don't know on a normal connection it takes less than a minute to download that amount of data.

I use the NoScript extension, so a few scripts that could possibly slow down to the bottom of the page are blocked by a load, including scripts of Radar data, scorecard research and Google Analytics.

If the suggestions in the response of cor - el do not help, could test you mode without failure of Firefox? It is a standard diagnostic tool to disable some advanced features of Firefox and extensions. More info: questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode.

Does not work if Firefox: Hold down the SHIFT key when you start Firefox.

If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Mode safe mode using either:

    • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > restart with disabled modules
    • Help menu > restart with disabled modules

    and OK reboot.

Two scenarios: A small dialog box should appear. Click on 'Start mode safe' (not update).

    Any difference?

  • Designs web Fireworks when using slices restores do not correctly in Internet Explorer

When I create web pages in Fireworks CS6 and use the slice then export the HTML, IE 8 and 9 makes the borders and misaligned pixels. But when I display the HTML in Chrome, Safari or Firefox html pages are rendered as I want to make it. I do something wrong and how can I get the html pages to display properly in Internet Explorer.

    Thanks for any help!

States are used for animations or create things like buttons from scratch. Use the pages to design the pages of your site.

In your place I only export Fireworks images and then to build pages in Dreamweaver with these images. Code HTML Fireworks is OK for prototyping, but as you can see, the HTML code that it creates is often not stable enough for web pages. If you want to use the HTML from FW, it isn't the spacers that cause problems. The problems are usually generated by the way the page is decided. To create the tables, sliced columns and lines must line up alongside and under the other, like a checkerboard. If the slices are staggered in the fashion of the brick, the table can be break. That's what you see in Internet Explorer.

    Hi John

IE10 even if he plays "catch up" on some features he surpassed all other browsers when it comes to typography, see - http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ie/archive/2012/01/09/css-corner-using-the-whole-font.aspx

    hix77-

You could get the same effect by using a transformation matrix of IE in IE8 and below, (but I would not recommend this). The other possibility is to use a transform of IE9 with the content property property (this property css insert text in the document) that way when you hover over the image that 'extra' text is inserted. But this is not a gradual slide in as the property of transition is needed for this.

The other alternative is to use slide-in jQuery plugin.

(I'll cause a disagreement now, then you have been warned!) -

IE8 is now on a decline in its use for private users, so if you're not targeting companies or professional users, don't worry about this browser too. Also IE introduced an automatic upgrade of the browser in its system of regular updates, (auto updates) users not on XP will have the most recent version of Internet Explorer installed for their system, (currently in Australasia, other regions in the fall of this year).

XP will be IE8, (using xp down at approximately 2% per month, currently 34 percent of the total, (Microsofts digits not mine)) Vista will be IE9, Windows 7/8 will be IE10, but illegal copies of windows are not these or other updates.

How can I get my navigation bar to align properly in Internet Explorer?  My www.breastcancerbodies.com site displays correctly on windows seen FIREFOX, SAFARI, OPERA, CAMINO and Mac computers, but using IE the navbar covers a part of the body of text.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You have this piece of code (see below) in the middle of your HTML pages. How he got there, I don't know, but it is there if you need to remove it. Go to code in Dreamweaver and make view scroll down the page until you get to it, just select and delete.

Install, update and run these programs in this order. They are listed in order of efficiency.
(Not all programs to detect malware, you may need to run them all to solve your problem.)
These programs are provided free for personal use, but some have limited functionality in "free" mode - but these are the features that you really need not to find and eliminate the problem you have.

Note: If your malware infection is bad enough and you're poorly led to URLS other than what is displayed, you may need to use another PC to download these programs and use a USB stick for transfer to the afflicted PC.
