• TEXT tool does not properly

  Hi I use Ps CC in a Mac Pro. The TEXT tool in not working not properly. After I do any changes in the text (size, color, font... edit) just disappears! The cursor goes back and removes all the text has been select or rigged.

  I re-install the software. I have "reset tool" in addition, the text in a layer separated on high background & color. help your pls.

  Click on Apple icon go to system preferences-dictation and speech and turn off dictation.

• Clone Stamp tool does not properly (OSX)

  I have an iMac 27 inches and I have 32 Gb installed.

  I was previously using CS5 and had no problems whatsoever using my Wacom Intuos Pro tablet.

  I recently bought CC and right from the beginning I had these problems. Thinking it was me and/or software needing to be updated I rebooted and check for updates and then restarted once more. No change.

  I've heard questions like that and have experimented with not having all the music in the background and also tried the Clone Source method that some have found useful. I have found that nothing done.

  The problem is that when I click Alt/Option and click on the place where what I want to clone, the ScreenTip remains on the source image select and only after pressing the Alt/Option key does not change. It is so hit and Miss if the place you have chosen is the place you want to clone from. What you imagine is not an ideal way to try to work.

  For me personally, the clone tool is an important tool and use it to each project.

  I am weather wondering a connected usb keyboard would work better? Its strange as so far it so the only tool I have a problem with.

  Your system spec looks like more than enough, but I am a user of Windows, and not flash with the Mac.  There have been problems with OS x using Wacom Tablets systems, so try disconnecting the Tablet and see if it still happens with the mouse.

• Refine the matte Soft tool does not properly.

  Every tutorial I see online (like this: Adobe after effects CC: how to use the tool edge refine - YouTube ) on the use of the Matte Soft refine tool is striking just on a cut piece of film and it automatically gives a key more sweet that still leaves the small details like strands of hair in your shooting. However, whenever I apply it to my cut images, it gives me a strange halo around my person. Here's a screenshot to show you what I mean:

  Any help on what I should do differently would be much appreciated!

  PS I know that title that youtube tutorial say "refine Edge Tool" and not "refine Soft Matte", but he talks about it in the second half of the video.

  OK, so I just tried to apply preset animations > Image utility > key key light + cleaner + spill suppressor and everything seems to work fine. I really believe that something is not communicate properly on my system, but this workaround works fine, so all I guess.

• Tools does not properly

  Since I updated to 2015,5 most of my tools are not working properly.
  For example I can not move the layer with the tool move or use the free transform tool to resize them.
  My brush, Eraser, spot concealer and tool Quick Selection will draw only in strait lines.

  Agricultural tool, hand tools and tool rotation is make my document and I can not change the order of my layers.

  I tried to reset my preferences and reinstall Photoshop and adobe creative cloud, but this did not affect the issue somehow.

  Help with this will be greatly appreciated.

• Rectangle tool does not properly

  Hi, I have a question about the rectangle tool, I was hoping to get help. It seems to be limited to a height witdth report instead of allowing me to freely create a rectangle. I select the tool and try a line of text in the box but it not begin where I clicked at the beginning, then when I drag my mouse the rectangle is none like 'fluid' and appear to be limited by certain height width ratio.

  I can then adjust it how I want by clicking on the corners of the rectangle, but I have to mark a document with a certain rectangles and this path is not very effective. Someone has an idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks for any help you can give me.

• Brush the predefined tools does not properly

  I downloaded a few predefined which are believed to have textures of great but for the life of me I can't get the texture appears.

  I know that this is not a problem with the download itself, because I saw a lot of artists online use them without problem.

  (also: abr files work well, I am able to produce textures through them. that's just the predefined tools that don't work)

  Lets try to reset the preferences.

  To restore preferences quickly by using a keyboard shortcut:

  • Press and hold the keys Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) you launch Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

  Note: Using the hotkey, preference files for custom shortcuts, workspaces, and color settings will also reset to the default.

• Forms of Illustrator tools does not properly

  I restarted Illustrator several times and deleted the pref file.
  In addition, it is not the keys stick on the keyboard.

  In fact I solved the problem myself.

  There was a problem with my keyboard that I unplugged and plugged again and everything seems to work now.

  When you run the Recognize text command, you can select ClearScan for PDF output style. This then allows to modify the text in the PDF document. Right now, you probably use the searchable Image option by default when running OCR, which creates an invisible text layer in your document under the actual image.   I just edited a text for the first time with Acrobat 9 pro and then recorded and printed. I went to edit PDFs one another but when I select the tool to edit the text, nothing happens, it doesn't load the Fund, it will not place a brand/box around the text, it simply does not work.

  What is the solution for this please. It is very urgent.

  I think I understood. The problem happened when I brought photos

  I had edited in camera raw and I tried to write about them, it did not work,

  but when I started to save them I was able to use the new tool.

  What happened is that I was able to open the tool, but I couldn't see what I

  has been written.

  Does make sense? Sorry for my English, I tried to explanin the best I

  For example, I want to change the shape of rectangle to oval, press and hold on the shape of rectangle (default) will not give access to the other options of shape.  Or, for another example, the text tool will not allow access to type on a path options.

  Windows gives you integrated programs to open the image as png files.

  In Vista, use Windows Photo Gallery to open png files.

  In Windows 7, if you use it, you can use Windows Photo Viewer to open png files.

  If you have installed Windows Live Essentials, you can use Windows live Photo Gallery to open png files.
