the 7th gen iPod stuck not recognized in iTunes

I have an iPod nano 7th generation that I could not recognize iTunes (12.3.3.17) on my macbook pro 2015 El Capitan (10.11.4) would only appear as a drive on my desktop so I used the disk utility to erase it. Now it says use iTunes to restore, but iTunes don't always recognize it.
***????

Try to put it in Disk Mode

Put the iPod in disk - Apple Support Mode

Then plug it into your Mac with iTunes.  If iTunes picks it up, he may ask you to do a restore with a message on the "recovery."  You need to do a restore on it, even if not askedYou using disk utility, you have initialized erased when the iPod storage, so it does not it its storage aboard.  Depending on the settings of your opportunity for the clear, it cannot be partitioned and formatted correctly.

If iTunes does not pick up it in Disk Mode, try to restart your Mac, iTunes running and try again (in disc Mode) with all other USB devices unplugged (iPod connected to a port directly on the Mac seUSP).

  • 5 Gen iPod will not sync with itunes 12 in 10.11.2

    Hello

I had a timing problem, where the my iPod Gen 5 has not been recognized under Yosemite anymore. Upgrade to El Capitan - all worked ok until the first OS / X update for 10.11. Now, iTunes 12.3.1.23 as the iPod is not recognized.

I've tried resets and hard disk mode - nothing has worked.

To work around this situation, I ended up installing iTunes on a virtual 10 Windows on the same Mac computer. 10 Windows VM detects the iPod correctly and I am able to sync after that I added all the music and books audio to iTunes for Windows library.

But, I want to turn on my Mac and have the Mac with iTunes for Mac OS sync my iPod. He worked for many years without problems.

So, I want to come back under Mac OS, re-formatting, and sync as usual.

Anyone have any idea why the rMAc fo iTunes is not recognizing iPod, iTunes for Windows works?

iPod classic, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2), iPod Gen 5

    Information module,

the system log shows that these entries:

10.12.15 15:32:38, 701 SystemUIServer [812]: try to set a time of iPods, if I don't have any client user.

10.12.15 15:32:41, SystemUIServer 605 [812]: try to set a time of iPods, if I don't have any client user.

Bus USB recognizes the iPod correctly and Parallels virtual machine also. The instance of iTunes in the Windows virtual machine recognizes everything is fine.

Just iTunes 12.3.1.23 under native Mac OS / X 10.11.2 is not!

I did everything in the support pages, but he has yet to recognize my iPod. I tried different cables, ports, computers (it is taken over by other computers with the same iTunes), I uninstalled iTunes several times. I get a prompt my iPod on my laptop is looking to access the photos and videos of my iPod. I always agree (or allow the option says) I'm starting to think that it maybe that my computer can access only the pictures and videos on my iPod and that maybe why iTunes is not pick it up. I have movies on my iPod to my iTunes in sync but I'm really grasp what either. I used the same computer connection, iTunes and iPod for about a year and all of a sudden it happens. I have no idea why this is happening.

You can run the latest version of iTunes for your version of Windows, but you are not running the latest version of iTunes is available and it's iTunes 12.3. You must run Windows 7 at least. I'm not a Windows user, but I think 7 is newer than XP.

  • Solution: The USB floppy drive is not recognized during installation of XP of RAID

    Hello

This Solution is for notebooks Qosmio with RAID driver during (manual installation of windows)

I found the Solution to this problem,

[When you install Microsoft Windows XP by using a floppy drive USB on a player who]
requires a driver during the installation, the USB floppy drive is not recognized in all
installation. When Windows XP searches the driver of the second time, he will not be able to see
the floppy USB drive drive and prompts the user for the driver (RAID) again.
The installation will never reach this point. ]

    Solution:

This is a limitation of Microsoft, the Floppy Drive are do not appear in the file Windows 'txtsetup.sif.

Simply change the floppy drive in another brand and avoid Usb 2.0 external Usb floppy plus old 1 Try
Also note the back of drive sometimes they write (no bootable) avoid this also

I personally Test this and it does not work it is "IBM Portable floppy drive" drive silver
