  I'm having serious problems here. My CD/DVD-ROM drive is not detected and will not answer. I can ONLY open the drawer at the beginning of my computer laptop startup. The drive does not appear in my computer and the category of CD/DVD-ROM does not appear in Device Manager. Therefore, the "uninstall/reinstall" is impossible if the computer behaves as it has never been this drive now or never. Previously, I was able to use it as there was no problem, but someday, it's simply not there.

  Insert your memory card into your Media Player...

  Reach... Start / computer...

  What is the memory card show as a drive letter? (if your Media Player)
  has several slots, there will be several "hard drives" listed... the
  SD card will be one of them)

  If_Yes_right click on the drive letter correct and in the menu... Choose...
  Open... now you should see the directory of the memory card or to explore.

  This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

  Step 1

  The goal of this step is to determine if the problem is localized to your user account.

  Select the feedback connections* and log in as a guest. Do not use the Safari connection only 'user comments' created by 'find my Mac '.

  While signed in as a guest, you will have access to your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you use them for the first time. Do not be alarmed by this behavior; It's normal.   The missing scroll bar is caused by the position: fixed; and top: 0px; rules.

  When you configure my Win7 64 bit machine, I transferred several programs and settings from my old XP machine, unfortunately including VPN client. VPN, never worked, so I uninstalled it. All installation attempts ended in a message "error 28000.

  Nothing not done, the message "Error 28000" still prevails.

  "Regedit":

  You can search for "Deterministic networks" and delete it.

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE\Deterministic networks

  Search with the keyword in the registry for the following subfolders 'Uninstall' or 'Components' and remove all related entries.

  Vpngui

  Vpnapi

  Cisco

  CVPND

  CVPNDRA

  Ipsecdialer

  Then run Ccleaner "registry cleaner", reboot the computer and try again.
