  Try to locate your data from outlook express:

  Click on start-> Run & paste-> %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities

  You will see the folders as {xxxxxx-xxxx-xxx-xx-xxxxxxxxxxxx} click-> Microsoft-> Outlook Express, you should be able to locate the DBX files, these are the outlook database files. Ideally, you should see inbox.dbx, Sent Items.dbx... check the size of the file.

  Now to get it back on outlook express, open outlook express-> click on tools-> Options-> maintenance-> the storage location.

  Click on change location, and then select the location that you have your data in.

  For the address book, see: click Start-> Run and paste the following:

  Address book with wab extension, these should reflect your Outlook Express user name.

  For some strange reason the ball, I have problems with the text tool. I usually select the text tool and draw a rectangle to start typing something.

  When I hit the key return to start a new line the cursor disappears leaving the red box down on the right. I can click that and start a new box to retrieve the cursor and start typing again. I'm trying to find a way to stop this and have just the cursor go to the next line.

  I checked the leader and that seems fine. text 12 pt, pt 14 leading. I don't know what to do.

  Laptop? What do I do? Could be that your return key brings a frame instead of a new paragraph break. Whatever your configuration, it switches to another and try again. Check your keyboard shortcuts for frame breaks and line breaks. If not a laptop, try the other return/enter key.

• Mozilla crashes when you try to load the addresses of rss and xml

  Whenever I try to load any stream rss or xml feed in the address bar (I tried four or five different ones), mozilla is trying to load the page, fails and then fails altogether. I tried to create a new profile to see if any existing modules or plugins were the problem and they do not seem to be as I arrived at the same result with a new profile as well.

  This happened yesterday when I was using version 9.0, I've updated since then to 10.0.

  It is not catastrophic, as the pages can always load in other browsers, but it's a bit confused. Any ideas?
