  What version of Premiere Elements you are using and on what computer operating system is running?

  You cannot import a project file (.prel) in another.

  For now, generalize choice

  a. export your Timeline (your intro) content to a file saved on the hard drive of the computer. And then import that

  file in new projects by using the new project add Media/files and folders. See publish + Share/computer/and the other

  choices here to generate this file intro for later use in other projects.

  b. you can set up what is called a dummy projects - this is a project with nothing other than the intro file. And, at all times

  you want to use the intro, you open one of these saved dummy projects and add your media sources.

  A lot of things to discuss. Please fill in some details more and then we can refine the answer for your particular situation.

  Is it possible to move files from one folder to another on a network using the Action Wizard, I want to be able to move files to another folder, and then run OCR and other actions.

It seems that opening the RTF creates a significant change, and the wizard of the Action will not continue without registering or by deleting this change. I tried to add additional save steps and looked for some kind of action 'close' which would ignore the opened file. But without success. How can I make this work? I don't want to press 'Cancel' 1200 times in the course of an hour, once a week.

  Add just a drive backup with the PDF Optimization option enabled, but no actual command selected under it. Who must convert the PDF non-fichiers to PDF, save and then close them and move on.

  Please follow these steps to solve the problem.

  1 - Go to tools and then type 'Manage Action', then find the action that you have created and select this action and click Edit > under preflight check, uncheck "Ask user" and click on save, close the Action Edit tab.

  2. in the right pane, under action, click on save, choose "Save to Local Folder", select the location and click ok.

  Then, run the action.

• How to remove the comments of several files with the Action Wizard, without losing the OCR?

  Hey everybody,

  With the help of Acrobat DC Pro.

  I used Action Wizard previously to remove comments (or more specifically, highlight) documents.  I created a custom command using 'Delete hidden information' and not selected everything but 'delete comments '. However, my files keep losing OCR, I did after I do this.

  I also tried to use the 'Sanitize' tool to delete comments, and it's the same thing.

  Is it possible to automate this process in a way that maintains the OCR?

• the action Wizard happened to xi acrobat?

  In acrobat X , the Assistant of the action was available in the File menu, it is not there in xi acrobat - seems the only bulk through action is to open a pdf first, goto Tools/action Wizard and then manually add them (without drag / move now) in the window. Its a big take back. The only way to get there now is through one open a PDF file. Any suggestions?

  I didn't know that you were using the Mac version. The term is also the menu, including the file menu bar and display menus are different parts.  Not being is not a teacher, but the incorrect terms a look in the wrong places. The screenshots are a big more... we know now what you know.

  I have the version Windows of Pro XI.  It seems that tools do show that in a document, unlike the Windows version.

  In this case, the Menu bar hide the menu Tools probably because there is no element of submenu.

  I have Adobe Reader 9.5.2 on my Mac and I see that the MacOS version only allows toolbars in an open document.

  So it seems that programmers XI decided this menu item tools/Tool sets do not go to show that if you open a document. I don't know if there is a setting for that. I'm hoping that a Mac guru can weigh on that because I don't know much on the side of MacOS of Acrobat.

  I did an action descriptor for a tool of perspective (using CS6) truncation. He received corner points and the midpoint. When the action is executed, the user can change the corner points and selection of crops. The value returned by executeAction is stored under a new action descriptor. Despite, this action descriptor is empty and no key. I was expecting to hold the keys with the new corner point values.

  OK, never mind, I found the embarrassing error.

  The problem was this:

  I thought a little that the variables in the table would be initialized with the values given in the table. However when I remove the second line and initialize variables with starting values before assigning to the table, everything works fine.

• Variables FM renamed and duplicated after save in XML format

  I am also a problem where formal economy docs as XML results in the duplication of work and renaming of variables.  For example, in a given document, I have the name of the web service inserted as variable 4 times throughout the piece. Once I recorded in XML format, the variable is renamed fmvar1, fmvar2, fmvar3 and fmvar4.  Then, when I open the doc once again, instead of having 1 variable in 4 places, I now have 4 variables on 4 sites.

  

  Is that what I should wait, because there is no way to tell the XML doc (or FM transmit this information) it's the same variable, used in 4 places?

  You don't mention the name of your variable to FrameMaker. I suspect that it contains a space or other special character that is not allowed in an XML name.

  FrameMaker writes XML variables as entity references General. If a variable name is a valid from MXL, default name, it uses the name of the variable in the name of the entity. Several references to such an entity can occur. If not, he names the variable fmvar # where # is an integer. In this case, you are right that it generates a different entity for each occurrence of the variable. I also find this proliferation of general entities to be a bug.

  You can change the default behavior with a rule of read/write in the form:

  "twowords" entity is variable fm "two words";

  In your case, so you have at least 3 choices:

  1) live with multiple entities

  (2) rename the variable to something that can be used as a name of entity

  (3) add a rule r/w for each variable in any document that causes this problem

• Acrobat Pro XI Action Assistant - How can I get the Action Wizard to look in another folder?

  I am trying to automate PDFing reports. I have 25 sites per day who need reports created. All files are currently implemented in folders with a unique ID of the Site as follows:

  Site 001

  Site 002

  Site 003

  In the folder of each Site, there are folders separated for the components of the report Site 001\text Site 001\figures Site 001\tables. Each folder in the Site has the same set of subfolders, and documents in subfolders have the same names. For example Site 001\tables\Table1.xslx and Site 003\tables\Table1.xslx both exist, etc.

  I was able to create an action that adds tables and Figures in the text in the right places, but he always seized table and figures of the Site 001. What causes my reports for Sites 002 and 003 is filled with tables and figures Site 001. Assuming that my work pdf is located in the folder \text, is there a way to have one base folder folder level of the Wizard Action find and open the \tables file in the appropriate folder in the Site?

  By example, if I try to add the Site 002\tables\Table1.xslx to a document in the Site 002\text\Text.pdf is there an easy way to do this automatically back to the right place?

  It might be possible with a script if file names are always the same.
  However, you will have other problems with this approach because that when you run an Action on a folder it treats all its subfolders automatically and converts all files not PDF to a PDF file... So, you will probably need to select your files manually, instead of simply select the folder where they are.

• New case in the action engine has a radical effect on execution speed. Even after it is deleted.

  I use a motor of Action to collect, analyze, and write data queued in for use elsewhere in my program. Data packets are 67 bytes long and arrive at 1 kHz, so the speed of execution is important enough.

  In its original form EI was an average of 80-90 uS by running and had no problem keeping up. Adding a box empty to the structure immediately slowed down execution of EI to 440 uS by iteration, even when the empty case is never called. Embarrassing question is that after the empty case is removed and control the enum back to its original state, the runtime remains to be 440 us instead of 80.

  The four original cases were intact. All the world run into this kind of behavior before? I know that LabVIEW much changing helpful code in the background - change the representations of data, moving around the benefits of memory buffer... - but I can't understand what could happen in this case.

  If you want to play 'spot the difference', I enclose my AE for channel 1 (duration of execution 440 uS) and channel 2 (running time 80 uS).

  Comparing them side by side with buffer highlighted benefits I can't find those 260 uS.

  (I know it's a lot of queues. I can't be helped; the project requires data signals 11 1 kHz to draw at the same time, for each of the two channels.)

  As I understand, you are dealing with different sizes of table stored in the shift register. Check your section Initialize - in a VI you initialized with 1000 elemenths and table in an another VI with 5000 elemenths. That makes the difference:

  Is your printer but simply not listed first?  If it isn't...

  Most often when a device does not work, it is because the driver is damaged. Re-install a new copy should help

  I'm trying to use the Action Wizard in Acrobat to open PDFs MultiPage and their output in JPEG format. It works fine, but will not let me set the DPI for the JPEG? They come out of 200 DPI, but I need 300... I checked the preferences, but I can't find anywhere to change this setting. Back - does anyone know how I might be able to do this?

  My goal is to be able to open multiple pages pdf files and save each page save a JPEG file. I can do a Photoshop action. because it opens only the first page. It's narrow, but only if I can change the DPI.

  In fact, I had 300 DPI images to work off Acrobat... I just had to make that the default on a document open... then when I ran action, it's default to the last used setting

• Action Wizard xml import into form

  I created an action in Acrobat XI the wizard action by batches of files xml export of pdf forms which were filled. However I can't see a way to create an action to do the opposite in the action Wizard: import of xml files of batch in a corresponding empty pdf form (the form fields and xml corresponding already perfectly). Import an xml file into my blank pdf form works when I go to forms-> form several options-> import data, find the xml file and fill it the form perfectly. Then "Save as" with the name of the xml file, but with extension pdf, of course and I'm done. This process takes about 25 seconds for a file. The problem is that I have to do this 700 times. I thought to avoid the step of "save under" with a directory containing 700 xml files and Virgin 700 pdf forms with name matching (Jean - doe.xml and Jean - doe.pdf, etc.), but still, I do not see a way to build action.

  Any ideas or advice you have are greatly appreciated. I thank very you much for your time and help!

  I have just recorded an action and give it the name "SNOW." After clicking on the 4 lines at the top of the action panel so that I can save the action and pass it on to friends. I find that the option 'Save Action '.... "is greyed out! I also find that the action that I have saved is displayed in the window of default actions, but I can't find the file "ATN" anywhere.

  Until you actually save the defined action in which the action was created, the action is only recorded in one of the preferences files. It is always better to save your action in rather separate action games that just leave them in the file. In this way, if your Pref trashing, you will lose all unsaved actions.
