  I've always wondered to this topic, so lets say go for a walk with only my watch and without my iPhone. Once I get home I synchronize my watch with my phone, all the steps I did without my phone will be on my dashboard health app or not? If it is anyway I can do synchronize?

  Yes, steps recorded by your watch will be shared to the health app automatically after your watch has reconnected to your iPhone.

  Health and fitness data from any other source you can add over time (for example, blood pressure monitor, scales, etc.), the iPhone and Apple Watch are grouped within the health on iPhone app. Combined data is reflected in the application of health dashboard, which also adjusts the results (for example, the number of steps) to avoid any double counting of data from different sources.

  If I create an action in photoshop to run a script named "test script", how can determine within the "test script" what name of the action started to run this script?  I am writing a script to resize my images.  The scale will be determined by what Action ran this script.

  Action names are 5 x 7, 4 x 6, 8 x 10

  Reproduced above action will run the same script, called "scale me."

  In "scale me ', the java code will determine that 4 x 6 started running" scale me. "

  "Level I" will go to the section in the java code to the scale of the image loaded into Photoshop for a 4 x 6 size.

  The reason for writing the code "scale me" in this way, is that I can keep only one script to resize my images.

  I don't know of all average direct to determine the name of the action that began a script. You can find the name of the action highlighted / selected with this code.

  But it is not infallible.

  A better solution would be to set up your script to make it recordable action. The details are in the script as "JavaScript"resource guide. It you have that in place any action that registers the script you will store the values used. When the action is played again once you get these the app.playbackParameters calues. Image and layers of export files are two Adobe scripts that use a javascriptresource section.

• An action that I recorded only works on the original image, but won't on others, I run it on that!

  I recorded a simple action in Photoshop CC on one of my photos, to create a border/frame, adding a stroke, reversing, use content aware to fill, then uncheck the box that gives me a nice little frame.

  I created it on a picture of ice on the foam, and he did it very well.

  I then opened a second image (and image of third and fourth different) and ran to the action, and instead to use the framework in the same position, he enlarged and went out of the image about 1000%!

  Action is very bad for the very first step will interpolate each image to 45,72 cm depending on the size of 30,48 cm at its current DPI resolution. Distortion of each image that has a different aspect ratio then the image you saved the action on. You need to go back to square one to think about your efforts.

  Okay, this has been driving me crazy since cc came out. I'd love to sit down with a programmer of adobe and to make him understand.

  According to what I read in these forums and other resources. Any time you load/save a brush, actions, style etc stores PS languages in the appropriate in the presets directory. I just loaded 20 actions in PS C 2015 and my actions directory is empty, even if I close and reopen PS, the action is in the list and works but it is nowhere on my hard drive. Any ideas? Please, because I want to copy the directory place to and external care.

  I know that you know your way around PS, but just to confirm, there are predefined settings that you saved and came a dialog box for you not only name the preset, but also indicate the predefined location?  As an action defined in the drop-down palette actions, either by the Manager of the pre-selection of savings? Have you tried to save a new and see where it was recorded as you saved it, and then search for then?

  When I save a GIF on my camera and try to send it to me or someone else, it is static. How to save an animated version? All the instructions I find online say just save on film. I know it will look like static when seen in the film, but it must play when I send it to me or someone else. What I am doing wrong?

  They work if copy you them from a source and then paste it to a text message. If you send a text to yourself, then the gif is "saved" in the text. You can go to the text and copy and paste as needed.

  I don't think that there is a way to save it to an animated gif. Can also download Giphy or some other app Gif

  As a side note, I use Giphy and it allows me to save Gifs to the unicameral bread. They do not move in the film, but when I add the camera to a text message, it normally works. Hope that helps.

• I submitted a problem (the No. URL window) and in the response email, I clicked on the link that says "no, this does not solve my problem" but when I tried to put the actions that I took (which were unsuccessful) I get error "Must choose the subject line"

I uninstalled HP Gizmo web printing which the Add box it says incompatible with Firefox 3.6.6 - and I still have no back arrow or window URL. I guess I'll have to go to the Chrome browser because I refuse to use MS Explorer. I enjoyed Firefox while IT WORKED, but if there is no window to the URL, it is useless.

  I was wondering if someone can help me.

  I am trying to send a record of file excel hyperlinks to PDF files I saved specifically for comments from people. However when the ER comment opens the PDF file and adds his comments when they try to save the file, it usually automatically save to the original file, it only will allow them to save as a new file name and a location. And to make it even more difficult to Adobe Reader 11 is not even open the record - as the path to the location of the original file, so the comment-er can not simply click on the original and save on top.

  Can anyone suggest how to set up a PDF file that people can add comments and then just hit save, using Reader 11?

  I found a solution, and it is not to use Adobe Reader to read and comment, basically.

  If I open PDFs through foxit, even a hyperlink, add my comments and just click on save, it save on the old file rather than force me to cross the Sava - like process (and I also have to navigate to find where the original file was recorded in the first place.)

• RESTRICT EDITING... Where can I enter the password that allows me to edit the document?

  I want to give my clients the opportunity to open, save and print documents without having to enter a password but I do not want to modify the PDF. Then, I limited edition by clicking on the tab 'Protection', and then click the button 'Limited edition' and entering a password.  It was working fine but now I have to make changes to some of the documents.  I scoured the internet for an answer, but I can't understand where the password that allows me to make changes to the PDF is supposed to be enterd.  I even went all try to remove all the safety devices of the document, but that only allowed me to edit the document.  Where am I supposed to enter the password that I created?  What is the point of the password so I can't get anywhere? How can I edit the document?  Thank you!!

  In order to enter the password to delete the security, select: file > properties > Security > security method: [select No Security]

  When you select "No Security", you will be asked to enter the password, and you can go on save the file now not secure, preferably with a different name.

  Please follow these steps to solve the problem.

  1 - Go to tools and then type 'Manage Action', then find the action that you have created and select this action and click Edit > under preflight check, uncheck "Ask user" and click on save, close the Action Edit tab.

  2. in the right pane, under action, click on save, choose "Save to Local Folder", select the location and click ok.

  Then, run the action.

  What I need is a list of records where the GroupID and component matching, and where they had a PNUM who were not all the same
