  Looks like you have a problem with the Fax to PC functionality on this printer. I recommend first of all remove the software on the computer completely and then put it back.   It seems that no matter how many times I save and update the profile, all the print settings (size of picture, sharpness, depth of bits, color management,...) store in the preset, all, but the parameters of the Epson driver, which must be selected each time.
