  To better understand the issue, we need the following information:

  (a) what is the exact error that you receive when you import video into windows movie maker?

  (b) what is the file format of the video you are trying to import?

  (c) means the video sharing with each drive that you use or simply with a particular player?

  To clarify, you try to install a program (or download the program)?  What program are you trying to install? You get a specific error message?

  Hello!  These features are only available in the new version of Photoshop 2015.1 CC which was published on 30 November 2015.  You will need to update via the creative Cloud desktop application to get the last updated to recognize the type of file character 3D.

  Disconnect all external devices from the computer and try to restart the computer and check what is happening.

   

  Step 1:

  Try to boot to the desktop in safe mode and check what is happening. Only basic files and drivers needed to run Windows are started. If a problem doesn't reappear when you start in safe mode, you can eliminate the default settings and basic as possible cause device drivers. To start in safe mode follow the link.

  If you are able to boot to the desktop in Mode safe, it means that the third-party application prevents the computer from starting in normal mode. One: the disc that I use is an original disc out of the box so hsould have no problem. Two: the game has been loaded previously on the same computer without apparent problem at the time. It has been deleted (don't remember why) and when I tried to reinstall, the error came. Three: I did as recommended and updated all programs and drivers, nothing works. So my question is, how do I reinstall Halo 2 and what this problem will arise if I decide to buy and load Halo 3?
