  If the message "Setup cannot find a previous version of Windows installed on the computer", you have an upgrade version that requires Windows XP Home Edition installation.

  If you assembled your PC yourself, this may happen because of the bad connection in your hardware.

  You can consult:
  1 make sure your CDROM /dvdrom is properly connected.
  2. the hard drive is properly connected, make sure that there is no loose connection.
  3. Insert the CD of Installation of XP and reboot the PC to check again.

  Is the usable hard drive prior to this install attempts or you install a new copy of XP into a new PC?

  Well I don't know what fixed the problem, but I have turned off my wifi on my phone and turned off my bluetooth on my phone and tried to connect to my pc.
