  Aid works when you open it locally? If so, something's wrong with the progress of download or the configuration of the server. If it doesn't, try to build your output again.

  There is no refresh button in the navigation toolbar in Firefox 4. When I go to add a customization, I am not offered a refresh icon. There are only 17 icons of your choice. The 'help' on personalization shows many more options.

  In Firefox 4 default stop, Go and Reload (Refresh) the buttons are combined and attached on the right edge of the address bar.

  When you type in the address bar, it will show the Go button. When loading a site is it shows the Stop button. Sometimes it shows the button reload.

  If you want separate buttons, right-click on a toolbar and select Customize, you can then drag the stop or reload buttons and place them elsewhere. If you place them in the order 'Reload-Stop' on the right side of the address bar they will be together again.   I tried everything the sytem advised through SafeMode etc... Also, I tried to reload my OS - last updated through the windows update site. However, he did not - probably because all updates from MS, which means that it would not load from the DVD.

  It's a whole new system customized with MS Vista 64 bit, Office 2007 Untimate, Asus MB, 250 GB HD ATI video card. I used Vista for almost a year and had no problems until today. All of the original software.

  I found myself communicating directly with Microsoft and they were able to get my system up and running without losing me data. Hooray for Microsoft!

  My system is back to normal and I am assuring you that all my files are backed up on DVD.

  Since the installation of version 29, I had this problem where the three boxes are missing. It happens sometimes that I start FireFox. I can right-click in the min, max or closing of FireFox and area. I never had the problem before. I have an i7 processor and on Windows 7.

  The boxes are not visible (i.e., they show a ToolTip if you hover and work if the click in this area) or whatever should not happen at all?

  You can check for problems with preferences.

  Delete a possible user.js file and files numbered prefs-# .js and rename (or delete) the file prefs.js to reset all the prefs by default, including the prefs set via user.js and pref which is no longer supported in the current version of Firefox.

  I suddenly can't open one of my docs of numbers. I get a msg "'name of the doc' document is not valid. The index.xml file is missing.  I literally had the open document this morning without problem, closed, tried to reopen and now I get this msg... all in the same session of the computer. It began not after an update or anything like that, right in the middle of a session of the computer.  You seem to affect all the docs of numbers.  I can't open an any of them now.  I am running OS X El Capitan Version 10.11 and numbers 09, Version 2.1.

  The case usual this message, it is that the document has been opened in numbers version 3.xx, which converts it into a new file version that uses the file index.xml internal requested by Numbers ' 09.

  You have 3 numbers installed on your machine? This file has already been opened in this application?

  The file was saved to iCloud or opened by the iOS version numbers or numbers for iCloud?

  Recommended 'cure' is to open the file using the 3 numbers, then save as... or export to format Numbers ' 09. As a result, remember numbers to quit smoking (v3) - menu numbers > numbers to quit smoking; by clicking on the red light closed the file, but doesn't end numbers. So avoid open numbers files by double-clicking on the file itself.

  Instead, start Numbers ' 09 (v2.3) and open the file in the application.

I have re-installed the latest report of Trusteer and restarted Firefox for several times, however, he is still missing. The report of Trusteer is a security software required to connect to secure Web sites Bank like RBS, NatWest and HSBC UK etc. and it also validates web security for Paypal and eBay by report of Trusteer on Firefox icon, that's why I need.   Make sure you have the latest version of installed Trusteer.

  I do not have my favorites on hand, but I do not remember the program Trusteer causing sometimes serious problems with Firefox, (some versions may even have been on the blacklist and blockedby Firefox).

  I am trying to open a 'Numbers' file, which is stored in Dropbox in the cloud.

  I know there are some discussions about this already on this support group but they all suggest to back up files in Time Machine. I use Dropbox for years with no problems, but today I tried to open a file of numbers in Dropbox and received the message: "the index.xml file is missing." I have 2 other computers and an iPhone 6 and the file opens on them perfectly so my problem is with a single computer.

  I tried pulling the file from Dropbox on the desktop of another computer and then send this file to me as an attachment. I opened this file on the computer sends me questions, drag the file on the desktop and when I tried to open the file, I got the same message.

  It's just strange that it will not be open on computers.

  Any advise?

  Hi Tony,.

  This is somethng that occurs when you try to open a file of 3 numbers to 2 digits ('09). Make sure that you leave 2 numbers and then try to open the file of numbers 3. That should do it.

  I recently rebooted XP on my Pro M10 and now I get the message in the Modem Properties: Diagnostics: Query Modem - "the port that the modem is attached could not be opened. This is perhaps due to a hardware conflict. Check the Device Manager to verify that all devices are functional. As far as I know, the device displays the modem (COM3) Manager works OK. But it's not!

  Before starting the discussion on the modem can you please be more specific with the term reloaded? You reinstall the unit using the recovery CD or Microsoft full version CD?
  It is very important because after the installation of the recovery CD, it should work properly because the image of Toshiba includes the correct driver for the modem. Otherwise, you should try to reinstall the modem using the right of the page to download CD Tools or Toshiba driver.

  I had the same problem - reinstalled windows, updated with service pack 3 and wireless tab was not visible. I couldn't view wireless networks. WZC has been launched and running. I tried several suggestions on different threads, but none seemed to help.

  Finally, this helped:

  Click on "View available networks" and then 'change advanced settings '.

  Under "Wireless network connection properties", click the "Advanced" tab

  At the bottom of the Advanced window, I had a link to the installation network connections (I am not able to find it now - so don't know the exact name) and click on it. He took me through a series of steps where I clicked next/ok. Finally, after finishing, the wireless networks tab is appeared! I don't know why!
