  So after hours of search and the attempt of bugs, I found a fix. My computer is a hp smart touch 610 if that helps anyone. But its seems like a LOT of people have this problem. There was no need to call Microsoft technical support (twice). They wanted to transfer me to a paid support. And HP had no number to call. I just posted in the forums where I also found this fix. So here it is... If you do not (my computer is never one) of the restore points for going to, then try this: press f8 repeatedly after you restart your computer. Click on repair your computer and then go to the command prompt. This reddit link was very helpful. It will tell you what to type in the command prompt. It took me a few tries to make it work. First the X for me was replaced by D (some people could be C or E). Important before you type the prompt type the drive first. Then I typed "D:" then enter first. Then I typed the command prompt. There are also spaces before each "/". It is very important. And the last thing that worked for me was eliminating the "\temp" at the end. He's going to do something and finish 100%. How I closed the command prompt and you click on restart. It restarted and the login screen was there! now everything works smoothly. If you continue to have problems, please read the reddit link.
