    I am relatively new to ADF and JDeveloper, and so I hit a problem I can't deny.

    I have a tree table that looks like the following...

    I want to do is when I select the node from top of the line/parent (line 1) page I would like child nodes (lines 2 and 3) to choose from in the same mouse clicks.

    In the end I will be citing a listener of the property on a button, once the selection was made, to change the value of the 'Status' column in all three levels that have been selected.

    NB. each level in the tree above is derived from 3 views distinct, who are joined on the employee ID.

    Take a look at the documentation here: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/FlashPlatform/reference/actionscript/3/mx/events/FlexEvent.htm l #DATA_CHANGE . By default, bubbles is set to false for DATA_CHANGE.

    In any case, add listeners for events within an element make as is generally a bad idea. Flex will allow to recycle a renderer instance only element to display several rows in your datagrid control. What you want to do is rather to add an event listener in the parent who answers to a custom event, that leave you the room from your rendering engine inside.

    So in your parent, you should have:

    I think your problem is that resultC is an XMLList. Go to the parent company, you
    necessary to arrive at a SINGLE element in the list. Even if it is a list that contains
    a single element, which is not the same as a single element.

    You're almost there, you just have to do an outer join:

    Note: I have tested the above on 11.2.0.2 and it seems that there is a bug, if we add an outer join on the first XMLTable operator too.
    Normally, the first outer join is not necessary, in order to also test on your version without it.

    I have a question on the setting the positions of child nodes in a StackPane.
    I added 2 child nodes to a StackPane.
    For the 1st child node, I need to be always as big as the parent StackPane.
    For the 2nd child node, it should be as large as necessary to place a few small pictures and it must always be "anchored" to the upper right of the parent StackPane.
    2 childs nodes will be overlapping always.
    Is this doable with a StackPane or would it be better to use another class of component?

    Yes, you can do it in a StackPane.
    The first node of a subclass of component and ensure that it has an unlimited width and max height and it will completely fill the available surface of the StackPane.
    Use the static StackPane.setAlignment (node, Pos) method to position the knot 2.

    It works for me, in SQL * more. What are front-end do you use? Could it be stripping spaces? Just for the moment, try the padding with anything other than spaces (periods may) by the way of an argument 3rd to LPAD.
    I guess temp.sort_order is a VARCHAR2: is it? Display of its length.

    There are several reasons why you want to change the action with the filter node. For example if you also have a key value changed event, you could turn a right-click (that normally would be open the contextual menu) with a left click then immediately triggered the value change event.

    Similarly, you might have a change of value and double click even for a listbox control. Then, you could add a fiterling event mouse that would make a single click (normally not trigering a change in value) in a double-tap for some values, but leave in one click for other values.

    Im trying to explore and make sense of OOP.  Ive been learning as much as I can, but why cant seemt to extract data from a class parent child.  Ive put the child to inherit from the parent and creates an accessor parent to read and write.  I write the data in the parent class and then try to read data from the child's class.     Ok.  I think you have a misunderstanding of the works the POO here.  The idea with OOP is that you can pass the child object in the parent methods and is in any case on this object.  Your drawing should look like this:

    I configured a hotmail account for my daughter with the security setting for the family and I would like to delete the setting and the restriction that I have previous game on his hotmail account if she can add contacts freely without the permission of the parents.

    I've done an update on my setting under authorization parental permission/manage / my child in which account I deleted my child account but she did not reflect change of hotmail account of my child which again shows his account restricted with parental consent.  I even changed the year of birth of my child and see if it would be useful, and it did not work.

    We apologize for the confusion, in order to remove the restriction for the child's account, you must configure it on the web using the parent account. To do this, please follow these steps:

    1. connect to http://fss.live.com using the parent account.
    2. click Edit settings under the name of the child you want to remove the restriction.
    3. click on Contact Management, it is located on the left side of the web page.
    4. under management of Contact for the child's name , check the radio button next to the child manages their own contact list.
    5. click on the button Save to update the settings.

    If you want to remove the parental control completely on your child's account, please follow these steps:

    1. connect to http://fss.live.com using the parent account.
    2. click Edit settings under the name of the child you want to delete in Windows Live Family Safety.
    3. in respect of the accounts for the name of the child , click Remove the link next to the e-mail address of the child's account. It is located on the right-hand side of the bottom of the page.
    4. new instant message will appear for box and then click Delete the ID to remove completely the relationship on the account.

    Attached is a practical program that I wrote to learn about the legacy with LVOOP.

    I am using OOP for my request for data acquisition. I have different e/s analog and digital materials. I create a superclass named DAQ.lvclass. This class has four childs: analog in out analog, digital, and Digital Out. I am trying to invoke screws of the child of the parent class's class. For that I am throwing the class parent her child to aid "to a more specific class' function. But I get the below error.

    Honestly, I have NO idea on what you want to do.

    Inheritance of classes in EACH OOD (object-oriented design) requires to define common ground as the parent class. Children can add things like properties and methods.

    If you set children who have no points in common, you have made a mistake.

    If all children have too many different specific methods, your OOD is absent.

    Example:

    Parent defines the method A.

    1 child adds the B method.

    Child 2 adds method C.

    But method B will not be usable on 2 children while method C will not work with 1 child.

    It is an approach that you want to prevent. In any programming language oriented OBJECT. This adds unnecessary complexity leading to difficult to maintain the code, and it is prone to errors.
