So I went back to try a pull up the project and got every X / white clips. So now, I rebooted my computer with the video files I removed on the external hard drive and it still shows empty clips.

  The red Xs indicate that Movie Maker cannot find the original source files.
  If the files are still available... just right click on the red Xs and go to the
  current location of the files source and you may be able to restore the
  path.

  There should be no problem to combine vRO device and Windows vRO in a cluster.

  View functional-wise, camera and Windows distributions are roughly equivalent. They share the same files binary platform; the differences are mainly in the specific configuration/components (Linux vs Windows) OS.

  BTW, vRO 6.x is the latest version of the vRO server to ship with Windows Setup. From vRO 7.0, your only option to deploy the vRO server is to use the standalone vRO device or vRO grouped inside of vRA.

  If first is weird, restart your computer, open the first while pressing SHIFT + alt up to the Welcome screen.

• First stopped playing the timeline and clips

  Hey all, been working on a first Pro CC 2014 project over the weekend. Many worked yesterday... today, the timeline will not play, or only in the source window, video or audio clips. I have troubleshooted disks, directories rebuilt; permissions repaired; checked the audio material, etc., all to nothing does not. The media appear in both windows as well as online, I can see fine previews, but the reading head will not move when I hit the space bar or press the play button. I can scrub through the timeline. There are no ins or outings or markers in the sequence of Assembly. Has anyone had this problem recently on the current version of first CC 2014? I'm on a Macbook Pro 13 ", Mavericks 10.9.4. This facility has worked without problem since I went to the premiere in January, until today. Because, of course, delay. :-(
