The content of the document is not displayed on the screen.  Only a white and gray page.

When I open a document, adobe, content does not show on the screen.  Only a white and gray page.  How can I fix?

Hi 89r0z62cap,

It sounds like this PDF was created from a scanned image, and you have the option 'display large Images '. Try this:

  1. Open the Preferences dialog box (Reader/Acrobat > Preferences on Mac OS;) File > Preferences on Windows).
  2. Click on the page and make sure that display large Images is selected under Page content and information.

Who should do the trick, but let us know if it isn't.

Best,

Sara
