  In windows xp, you know how if you press Ctrl-Alt-Delete twice, he has the classic welcome screen. How do you do that in windows 7.

  What you have to do is resize the icon for the alarm. In the generator of theme right click where it says alarm icon and click "Edit image" change the image so that the alarm icon is lower than the front. Save the image anywhere where on your computer. Click the alarm and to change the icon by icon that you have changed. Hope that works for you!

• VMware and rdesktop ubuntu has the same full screen shortcut keys

  I use vmware to run ubuntu 10.04. I installed vmware player 3.1.

  I use rdesktop in ubuntu to access my other machine with windows xp installed.

  rdesktop uses 'enter ctrlalt'as a shortcut to turn off the mode or full-screen. Unfortunately vmware also uses the same combination of keys as a shortcut to toggle the mode full-screen for the vmware window.

  So, if I start fullscreen rdesktop and try to get back to full screen using the shortcut "ctrlaltenter", vmware starts to switch between mode full screen. And only remaining vestige of the way is to restart vmware to review the ubuntu desktop.

  Hope you understand my problem. Is there a way I can disable 'ctrlaltDELETE' in vmware? I couldn't find any other alternative key combination for rdesktop exit full-screen.

• How do I get the normal home screen on the Mac Pro?

  Sounds like replacing the graphics card is a regular PC and not a Mac-Flash card. Only one Mac-Flash card will show a splash screen and allow the use of the Option, special recovery and other startups.

  It feels strange when I drag an app away (and especially if I opened it a folder) I always will be carried to the homescreen on the far left - open applications screen.

  It is not natural, boring and confusing - please put me back where I launched apps.  Whenever I want to open other apps, I have to scroll and back to this folder.  Or please provide an option - out to where I have launched or released for open applications.

  Here's what I did: (supported bookmarks) Mozilla uninstalled completely - components-> iexplorer-> tools-> manage add-ons-> Google - by default-> deleted Yahoo. -> Installed Mozilla-> restarted 14.0.01 = NO MORE than YAHOO SEARCH!
