  1. don't you make changes before the show?

  Try these steps and check the result.
  Step 1: Check if a non-Microsoft program is the cause
  a. open the article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353
  b. method 2, follow steps 1 and 2, and then restart the computer to see if the problem persists.
  c. If the problem does not persist in the boot, then follow step 3 and step 4 to find out which is the origin of the problem, and once you have found the culprit, uninstall the program and check the result.

  Note: Don't forget to follow the steps in the steps to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state"" section.

  Step 2: We also recommend you scan sfc (System File Checker) to see if any system file is missing or damaged. To do this, try the following steps:
  a. Click Start, click Run, type cmd and click ok.
  b. at the command prompt, type sfc/scannow and press ENTER.

  Note: You will be asked to insert the Windows XP disk, if a file is missing.

  I need to change the EXIF artist field in the original camera JPEG files.

  With LR I can change the creator metadata field. I can then "Save metadata to file" or "Export" files.

  "Save metadata to file" modifies the IPTC and XMP fields, but still empty EXIF field.

  "Export" fills the EXIF artist field creator - it's good, but re-compress JPEG images - it's bad.

  Is there a way to manage the field EXIF artist without re-compression?

• Unable to run the system restore, or any audio file...

  I am unable to run the system in normal mode or safe restore.  When I try to run rstrui.exe a pop up box appears and wants to know what program I want to run this file.  Also when I go to my control panel I can't open anything even not my add or remove channels I get an error msg saying c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe - application not found - even when im in safe mode appears the same box... help would be appreciated... :-)

  It sounds like you lost the file association for .exe files.

  I've been editing PDF for years - like, downloadable forms. Two weeks ago, I bought a new form for my business. I sent it to the printer to be printed, and the printer said it could not be opened! I opened just to use it, and Adobe said I have to pay 15 $par month to buy the version so that I can modify it. I get all sorts of messages like "upload to the clouds" that I never had before. It's like a new form of Adobe has been installed that I don't want. Can someone hold my hand through this?

• Help: the difficulty to create a PDF file

  When I print a word to PDF document, it is not open in acrobat, even if the small Distiller icon in the bottom right corner the screen.    Also, when you view the file in a folder, a microsoft word icon appears next to him.  I have called the people of Adobe and have saved my Creative Suite a couple of times, trying to correct the problem.

  Just updated Camera Raw 6.4.1.145 - in preferences, it seems that the option 'automatically opens all JPEG files' is not retained when you exit the preferences page. I know that I can still open via "Open as... JPEGs "Camera Raw, but has someone at - he found a workaround to automatically open files. I hope that Adobe will fix this in the next update!

  I assume that you use the application overview.

  I can't find an answer to back up everything, but a workaround could be while the file menu options are visible, press the option key

  and the point of the window will become close, if you click on that dialogue will ask you if you want to restore the changes or save

  pressing Save will close the image with the changes and then move to the next image and so on.

• Our InDesign seems to have lost the ability to open/modify a PDF file. Any idea on why this might have happened or how to fix it?

  We had to install InDesign CS6 recently on a Windows 8 machine and after using the program for a few days/weeks successfully, the user pointed out that it can is no longer open / edit a PDF file. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how can I solve this problem. If I uninstall and reinstall the program I'll be able to use my existing license?

  InDesign has never been able to open or to modify a PDF file. Illustrator can do it, somehow, but unless the PDF file has been created in Illustrator and contain the original Illustrator file information, it is not a good idea.

  PDF has been designed as an end-format and is not really intended for further editing.

  The iPad does not support USB keys. There are some wireless flash drives that can be used, but not the classical records. I suggest you transfer files to a computer and their synchronization then back to the iPad via iTunes.

• Computer hangs during the transfer of 16 jpeg files.

  Recently, I replaced my Toshiba Satellite M40 PATA hard drive and reinstalled Windows XP SP3.  Subsequently, I find transfer more than 16 jpeg files (approx. 1 MB each) at the same time causes the computer freezes.  I have to shut down the computer and restart and sometimes the computer is 'always' Hung/frozen after restarting Windows (mouse move no keys, ctrl + alt + delete work does produce no action) which necessitated my stop down and restart the computer again.

  This problem occurs during various methods of transfer-to transfer pictures from my card SD using the scanner and camera or Nikon transfer software, trying to copy and paste pictures from the SD in an empty folder, and the problem occurs even when I try to spend more than 16 images from a folder in another.  I tried to transfer images from a folder with the computer in safe mode and the problem occurs when I try to transfer a little more than 16 images at once.  (my SD card, has about 60 images on that.)  There is no error message or any other message - the computer simply crashes.

  I did not have this problem before reinstalling XP.  There seems to be no limit to the size of the transfer that I could perform. I can't wait to find out how I can remedy this problem.  I am familiar with writing code, check the registry, etc, but I'm good enough following the simple procedures.  Thank you for your help.

  The file association seems to be incorrect.  To rememdy this...

  Right-click on any jpeg and select 'Open with' in the menu.

  From there, you should have several options, select Windows Picture Veiwer or anything that makes sense on your pc.

  If it opens correctly, close it, and then right-click again.

  Rather than choose the same program, at the bottom you should see "Choose program" click on it and select the application that worked, then check the box that says "always use the program selected to reopen this file type."

  OK out of there and you should be good to go.

  I have a batch of a software suite that creates multiple JPEG files every morning. The final product must be a single PDF, prefer it to order a certain way, but not completely necessary. I tried to do it thanks to Excel, but it was very awkward. I'm trying to implement through Adobe Action Wizard and can create the file I'm looking for, but I can't find how to automate in a batch file that I can task in Task Scheduler.

  Currently, I run a file backup all export to PDF and JPG. I then insert page for each PDF in the order I want to insert Pages using the. I can't understand how to automate the Action once it is implemented.

  These are designed to run early in the morning and the PDF picked up by different software and sent to before the start of the day.

  Any assistance in the automation of an action would help enormously.

  I think you should forget Acrobat. Batch jobs need under license for this software. Acrobat is not. Software Adobe for the server might cost 100 times more.
