  Unfortunately, if the file was last saved with a newer version, it is impossible to open with the old version.

  You can always work with the 32-bit version of Muse, create muse files and upload them to the server.

  Muse works with files only .muse, however, you can use applications such as Dreamweaver to edit HTML files.

  I solved it myself. The password I mentioned, the serial number that I had typed in a word processor and did a cut & paste in PSE11. After trying to do this several times without success, I found the old e-mail to confirm the serial number and found that my typing was in error, I had transposed 2 letters. I now have the right # and it works very well.

• The difficulty to restore my laptop to factory setting.

  I came home one day to find that there was a virus on my HP Pavilion Dv7 - 4009tx Enterainment Notebook PC and since I had important things backed up on my external hard drive I have much better just to restore my laptop back to factory settings, I find the best way to get rid of problems like this. (they rarely anyway).

  So I turned off my phone and then launch it and press F11, the window with three boxes popped up, I already knew what to do but the ability to set my laptop to factory settings was not in the first box where it should be, thinking that I made a mistake I looked on the internet and it said : this is how you do it. Confused out of my mind as to where the option went I tried the three other options available in the "I need help immediately" box and however the laptop has restored back to factory settings, but not completely, programs and software initially provided with the laptop were no where.

  I tired the other method to restore using the Restore Manager, option restore my laptop to factory setting was there to my greatest joy and I clicked it expecting it to be restored, but rather after the restart he come to a window with the restoration of the system and repair the start and a few other options.

  I'm really lost to restore my laptop to its factory originally settings as I had done a few times before. Nobody knows what is happening or what I'm doing wrong. My laptop runs only two years soon which means that it is not that old to have this kind of weird problems and I really need my laptop to do my uni work, I need to fix as soon as I can.

  Currently, I agree with the CC (LR5 and Photoshop).

  I run on my Mac Mini without any problem. I just bought a Mac pro that I would use as my 2nd computer/license. I finally found how and where installing CC on my Pro. However, when I opened the LR5, it says I have 30 days left by my trial. Could someone please advise where I went wrong please? Thank you.

  Re-download the package in the correct version. There is no way to change the language of the user interface on the trial in the case. Also check the settings of your system language. By default, installs broken will use the settings system locale. that cannot be replaced with a serial number when you purchase the product.

  Thanks for the help on this. I'm updating the community just in case someone else runs into this problem.

  It seems that I chose an option that I have not for when you ask for the trial.  So if the above happens to you, you will need to request a new trial and do not select the option of CALCULATING GROSS.

  I tried to run the "recovery" CD that have been made by the system when it is new, but nothing helped.  When he tries to start after running through the recovery process, it stops and displays the message "installing Windows could not configure Windows to run on a hardware on this computer."

  It seems to me that in the past, I could go back to the default settings by using some tricks which are on maybe the (hidden) disk partitions.  Someone knows how can I do this?

  Default I could also erase the disk, reinstall Windows 7 from scratch using the generic installation media (does anyone know where I can download only from of?) as well as the product key # on the sticker attached to the bottom of the machine.  Of course if I do that, I will need to also download the appropriate drivers to the machine (does anyone know where I can get them)?

  You can try ALT + F10 at startup too, if your recovery partition is still there.

  (check if the D2D support is enabled on the BIOS)
