  I bought a Win 7 pro 32-bit provider. The full name is 'Win Pro 7 x 32 English 1pk DSP OEI SPI'. I have no idea to distinguish this license product OEM or full license.

  I bought a full copy of Windows Vista Edition full in 2007 but I have not yet used.  Since the recent availability of Vista Service Pack 2, I wonder it would be possible to combine or integrate service pack 2 with my Windows Vista Ultimate DVD disc to a new blank DVD disc?  In other words, I would like to create a new Vista DVD installation disc that combines my copy of Vista Ultimate with the new service pack 2. Thus, I would avoid the process laborious and tedious installation service pack 1 and service pack 2 on windows updates.  Or do I need to have a copy of Windows Vista with service pack 1 preinstalled DVD disc before attempting to integrate service pack 2?  Please note that my installation of Windows Vista Edition full DVD disc has no service Pack1 preinstalled.

  I know that this was possible with Windows XP but some kind I've read reports recently that it is not possible with Vista because service pack 2 is not a cumulative update and the service pack 1 must be installed before you attempt to integrate service pack 2.  Is this true?

  I would be obliged if anyone out there can clarify this issue.

• Impossible to install the language packs on Windows 8 or devices

  There are some language packs that I can't install it on my devices to Surface. Among them, Swedish and Portuguese Brazilian will not install on ANY device (I tried four so far). It is certainly a question that I was able to install several language packs to other regional settings on ALL of the aforementioned devices. Why is this happening? After downloading the language pack in the settings of > Panel > language an error is produced by saying: the language pack could not be installed. Please address this at your nearest convenience as I am currently working on a critical project, and this seems to be common for users of many parameters regional/language packs more I search.

  ·         You use a third-party security software?

  I'll help you with this problem. I suggest you follow these methods.

  Method 1: Place the computer in a clean boot State and try to install the language pack to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow the article How do I reset the computer to start as usual after a clean boot troubleshooting section to start the computer to a Normal startupmode.

  Method 2: Follow the steps in the article.

  Language packs are available for Windows 8 and Windows RT

  I've seen a few questions about this in the Microsoft Answers forum, but 2 / 3 times the official response was unrelated to the question asked. So, to be clear, I'm not talking about watching live TV, navigation in my TV guide, TV recording, or watch recorded TV shows. It's strictly about the availability of the property and to navigate to find full episodes on Internet TV.

  There are a few ridiculous clips ginormous and only a small handful of full episodes. I hate clips. In a busy life, they are the opposite of the useful. So, instead of going through every single show individually to see if it contains full episodes, I want a way to browse shows with full episodes. Is this a problem of training or an enhancement request? Is there a way to filter the full episodes only?

  I would also like to be able to filter my search of full episodes. It seems ridiculous to me if I want to just full episodes, I have to go through a long list of clips in the search results to find. Again... ask for the issue or the development of training?

  I'm also confused why some shows that have full episodes on the site of the network do not have full episodes in WMC Internet TV. I know it's a matter of content and perhaps not something, you can contact... is it be restricted by networks?

  All the content comes from the provider.  I hate watching the clips too and there is not much Microsoft can do about it. It is sometimes frustrating to go through all the clips to find full episodes. The only thing you can do is to provide feedback to microsoft to enhance the functionality of Media Center search to find full episodes.

• I don't have the language packs in my optional updates from the Windows Update - how to install a language pack?

  My hard drive crashed.  It was replaced and the outside company installed the OS for me.  However, I'm in a French country and they had no English operating system share so installed the french operating system without telling me.   I left it as it is that I had to install my other apps in a hurry.  Now, I want to change the language of the OS in English without having to reinstall the operating system.  The MS help Web site gives this page with instructions: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/install-languages-with-windows-update, but I don't get the language packs when I click on "View available updates".  How can I install the English language pack if she does not?

  Yes, it's unnecessarily confusing and convoluted but WYSIWYG, I'm afraid. You have that would be to buy an Anytime Upgrade from Vista Ultimate, (b) a Win7 Home Premium update (and then an Anytime Upgrade to Win7 Ultimate) or (c) a full-detail of a language version English version of any version of Win7... which will be probably much more expensive than buying a brand new computer with a version of English language of Win7 preinstalled (and good luck finding that in a French speaking country).
