  I took * several * Oracle certification exams.  I've never bought a voucher. Therefore, there is no need to buy one from Oracle University. I see no reason to separate me from my money until I'm ready to take the test.

  Have you tried a forced reboot? Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose anything.
