  You need to change the language in the AAM from Dutch into English before installing the software, once you change the language, and then install this will be in English.

  1. uninstall the Applications

  2. start Adobe Application Manager
  Windows: choose Start > all programs > Adobe Application Manager
  Mac OS X: Alias for Adobe Application Manager is located in your Applications folder.

  4. click on Preferences.

  5. next to language choose English (International).

  6. click on save.

  I too am a very frustrated Adobe user. I use a Macbook Pro with 10.10.5 as the operating system.

  My problem is the same that many other people, I am unable to upgrade Creative Cloud Desktop to the 3.8.0310 version and still get error 1002 to the 2% mark. I have tried virtually all the "stuff" in the book, those recommended by Adobe and those blogs, and nothing works. I have even directly connected to my internet provider, without going through my wi - fi modem and using their connection broadband.

  Up to what Adobe ceased to provide Direct download links, I was able to update my software. My problem has always been that Creative Cloud Desktop will put not to date to the next version, and what happened on my first Mac as well.   I use 11.1.1.6 ADF and JHeadstart 11.1.1.4 and I would like to add content in the tab home JHS-generated, more precisely a dashboard with a few tables, a graph and a URL data control.
  
  Should I leave JHS generate on the Home tab, manually add the dashboard and the content in Jdev and then customize the homepage of velocity model somehow to keep the dashboard?
  
  Or should I stop the generation of the Home tab (such as referred to in the question of Application home page and build my own tab?) With this approach, I guess I would need to create another tab among the modules of application even I used for the other tabs.
  
  In both cases, is it possible to use the JHS generator to specify and produce content in a dashboard? The chart in the tutorial example invokes using an overflow area that doesn't seem appropriate when I don't need the associated table.

  Just off the coast of the generation of the homepage as explained in the post of your refrerred to.
  You don't need to create another tab, the Home tab is always generated, only the content will be generated is no longer.

  JHS could help generate content of dashboard, but that all depends on the type of content you want to put in the dashboard.
  For example, you can create a page of a dashboard that contains 4 workflow as a region, these workflows can be built using JHeadstart, and then you drag and drop on you af:panelDashBoard - showDetailItem.
