  I have a pretty simple question, if all goes well, it is not too difficult to answer. It isn't even a huge problem, but my curious mind can't seem to let it go.

  In Adobe to draw, I recently noticed a small triangle next to the value indicator when you adjust the size of the brush. I have attached a few screenshots, and you can see that it fades to depending on the size.

  No idea what indicates this triangle marker?

  So you can get it on your mind... The opaque triangle indicates the parameter default to whatever tool you are using (in case you want to return exactly); more you go from it in all directions, more it fades.

  Looks like the system size slider is set to another than Normal.

  Click on the Apple menu, click System Preferences and less accessibility > display define the size of the cursor normal and see if that solves the problem.

  What you done the configuration of the machine look like.  Adobe would be a version of Photoshop with a radical change like that.  Either you have a Bug or a Configuration problem or and install problem.  Try resetting you CC 2015.5 preferences and check the play cursor preferences...

  What are your settings of GPU acceleration?  As I understand it, the Alt right click size and hardness adjust needs acceleration GPU to be turned on, but I have a feeling Brush hardness is always set to easy when using fluidity.  You can still see the quick mask as representation of the soft brush when Alt right click, but you can't change the hardness.

  Is that you can change the brush size and pressure (framed in red in my screenshot) Alt right click drag left and right changes size and down to pressure changes, and you can see what is happening in real-time by looking at the sign on the right.  It works independently of your acceleration GPU (IME) settings, but you don't get the effect of soft red quick mask.

  

  Does this fit with what you see, or you are not able to change things at all?  If not, then I've always found that fluidity consumes system resources, if you could check the Task Manager > Performance tab to see what kind of RAM and CPU use is using the fluidity.  That's what I see after direction the lens above with a big brush continuously for 10 seconds.  Note This is on a fairly quick NLE System.

  Because there is a difference between the size of the physical FILE of a recorded file, and the actual size of the same file MEMORY use when it is opened in an application.

  Jpg is a file format of an image compressed with loss that compresses the image data when recording. When you open this file in Photoshop, it will be decompressed in memory, as Photoshop requires access memory of uncompressed data.

  Simple as that. Try to save as uncompressed tiff file. You will notice that the file size will be the same as the open in Photoshop.

  Lol but you can create graphs completely in Photoshop and import them into Flash. You can also very easily with the right button on a bitmap in your library and "Edit with Photoshop". Whatever you do, if you save it, goes-automatic update in Flash.

  Flash is not designed to create elaborate bitmap graphics. It is preferable to the vector, but none of those really all use the tool that is designed for it. Flash is generally what is used to take over media and mount it in an animation or application.
