  However, I am able to move any layer with the help of the keys on my keyboard. (it happened also in Indesign)

  You run Photoshop CC 2015 (latest version) with a Tablet Wacom (drivers day)?

  If this isn't the case, so it could be other drivers of conflicting devices. See the mouse, hand tool works do not at all!

  Please, go to Preferences (Ctrl/Cmd-K) and edit Photoshop CC 2015 file associations in the tab "file type Associations. Because you deleted the app folder rather than uninstall it, bridge is still watching for Photoshop CC 2014.

  Using Photoshop CC (2015) on 2013 mac pro with el capitan, there is a shift of the major user interface when you try to switch between the modes of the tool (ie. Hold down on the wand to switch to the Quick Selection tool or switch between the gradient tool and the paint bucket). There are a few seconds before the tool menu comes up and a little more before I can click on one. I tried to quit smoking bettertouchtool and magicprefs to see if those affected at all and there was no change. I'm not under any other external add ons. No thoughts/work around?

  Before that I installed Photoshop CC 2015 in Windows Explorer (Win 7 64-bit) I could open a photo with Photoshop CC 2014.  Now, I am not gave the possibility to open the picture with Photoshop 2015.  I would add PS 2015 to the list of options without removing the current options.  Sometimes, I want to open the picture with the Windows Photo Viewer.

  PS CC 2015 reinstalling solved the problem.

  My H/W is Dell XPS 13 / 9350, i7/6560U, 16 GB of RAM, Intel Iris 540, win 10 Pro (x 64) Ver.1607.

  I was running on Photoshop CC 2015 until recently updated to 2015.5 CC.

  I have had no problem of what Photoshop if running before the update.

  After the update I get corrupted photos photos 2 and 3 out of 10 when I run the Batch of sharpness.

  
  (the rectangular size is the same, but color, opacity or numbers vary from photo to photo...)

  This corrupt trend occurs more frequently especially if I run another photo, navigation program.

  The funny thing is, if I have smart sharpen with legacy checked above trend does not occur.

  But then I can't use function 'Noise' because it disappears if "Legacy" is ticked

  It also completely disappears if I uncheck the GPU or OpenGL in preferences, but there

  about 5 times as long to do the job.

  FYI, I have the latest video driver from Dell.

  If someone out there have a smart solution, it would make my day!

  Just updated Photoshop CC 2015 through creative application of cloud on a Pc Dell with Windows 10 x 64, Nvidia K2000M graphics card.

  The central part of the screen is now blinking/flashing; I can barely take the menu command (menu is ok band) and when I open a new or existing, flashing file disappeared, BUT cursor continue to change arrow to hourglass, and everything is very slow (also another operation in Windows or other programs are strongly slowed down)

  It is impossible to work!

  Driver nvidia updated to the latest version (354.42); considers that the use of the NVIDIA processor AND/OR graphics card integrated via Control Panel Nvidia

  Checked/unchecked "use graphics processor.

  Uninstalled, rebooted, used the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe and reinstalled

  None of these combinations works!

  The workspace start seems to be the cause.

  Go to the Photoshop preferences > General > uncheck show the splash screen > restart Photoshop and check again.

  Unfortunately the GUI for setting this place has been withdrawn, "from the version 2015 Photoshop CC, extracted active feature is is no longer available.

  .. but the good news are, you can always configure the active generation manually.

  You can check some old settings to export manually here:
  Using Photoshop | Generate the layers image assets

  But here's a quick reminder on how to get there:

  Name the layers/groups you want exported with an extension.

  "Select - use .png '.

  'Group.png '.

  Create a new empty layer to set your options. Depending on how you name the layers, you can change the size, add names to files, set the jpg quality, all sorts of settings for various extensions. The example below will display them 100% and a second series to 200% with a @2 annex x.

  'Group.png '.

  Then you just turn it on
  File > generate > Image assets

  It will create a folder in the location of the DSP with the property that you specified.

  If you do not turn off your generation, it will continue to re-export and update files automatically as you make changes to the document.
