This happens when you share for imessage apple ID.

Settings - message - send and receive - delete or clear the apple ID.

  • Acrobat: PDF text disappears on the iPhone mail application

    Hello world!

I am facing a strange problem today.

I created a document of quote on Adobe Acrobat, with fields to fill. This doc is made complete by the commercial officers, locked and then mailed to clients and prospects.

Our process is simple: we fill the doc and then sign to lock. We "save under" the doc and then send it by mail to our customers. I tested it for weeks and on computers laptops, everything is ok, it works perfectly.

But today I discovered something really strange: If I want to read one of this document received by mail on iPhone (mail app)... the content disappears...

    > > This is a test on laptop : opening the doc, everything is OK.

    > > Now, it is the result of when I open the doc even on iPhone mail app... My sign is still there, but all the text just disappeared!

Someone has an idea to help me fix it? It is a real problem for my business, because only if customers receive and open this doc quote on their iPhone, they'll just see... nothing! : O

    Thanks in advance,

    Best regards!

The problem is that the default PDF Viewer does not support forms. What you can do is to flatten the form fields before send you it, which converts fields of common page elements, which will be visible in the email app. More information on flattening, as well as a free JavaScript-based tool can be found here: UVSAR: tool for selective flattening for Adobe Acrobat 8, 9 and X

Pulling content out of the iPhone may be difficult if the course through third-party program. Pulling content that is simply there as a reference to an Exchange Server account is still more difficult, especially when you actually do have permissions of table of contents more.

There are many media extractors out there in the desert. No which one I met that go up to extract emails from an iPhone. Accounts Exchange wear protections than other accounts because they are intended for the use of the company, so extract the content out of one through your iPhone while the service is not truly connected will be a little difficult. You may well be able to transmit emails individually by changing the 'From' address to another email that you currently have on your iPhone. He cannot transfer your Exchange e-mail as it is right now, because you don't really have access to send anything from him.

If you are looking for an easier way, perhaps join your old company and ask if their IT Admin or the person they have to manage the messaging service to create an archive for you and who to send your way. Companies can be a bit skittish about sharing this content with employees passed, but it is worth it.

  • Send text enlarged to the recipient of the mail from the iPhone

Is it possible to have an iPhone mail send enlarged text that one bad lights recipient will see their mail for Mac?

I know that in the accessibility settings, the text can be expanded, but this large does not go to a recipient and is just for the user look at an iPhone.

To test, I sent emails to myself and it was not showing text enlarged on the Mac. Opening the same sent mail on my iPhone, the e-mail has been extended but then if I went to the accessibility and off text expanded, the same e-mail back to normal size.

No it's not - the recipient will use the accessibility feature you mention

  • Mail works does not properly on the iPhone 6 more since the 9.3 upgrade

It is an old bug in an older version of IOS, which seems to have returned.

Basically the links in the emails no longer work. So URL will not activate safari. Have you tried many different emails, have shutdown and restarted the phone. Of course closed the mail application. Nothing gives. Yet, everything works well on my iPad pro, which also runs from 9.3.

The full version is 9.3 (13E233) on the iPhone.

Full version on the iPad pro is the same.

Hello! The problem has already been solved. Update to iOS 9.3.1 is already available through iTunes or live.

  • When you use the camera of the iPhone APP to send an e-mail, there is no saved project and I lose the message.  Is this normal?

When I use the camera of the iPhone APP to send a photo by e-mail, I find that I lose the message when I change to another application.  Basically, no project is not registered anywhere.  Am I missing something simple?  Ex: Open Camera APP, select the image for the email, and then try to open the calendar, and then return to the message to add more content... where he?

I had never tried your method before, but after testing three times, I got the same results as you did. However, if I manually saved the project (press Cancel, then save the draft) in the camera application, it was recorded in the messaging application, when I went there. If I use the photos app to send the photo to go, I can start the email, launch another application, return to the Photos app and the email is always on the screen.

IF you want to send a picture with an email, do not use the camera application. There is no need to do so. You can use the messaging application or the photos app in order to attach a photo. You have access to all your photos in an application.

  • My password changed in the e-mail application does not recognize my iPhone 5 s.  It allows me to send an email.

I have an iPhone 5 s (purchased nine just since more than one year) with fully updated iOS.  I use my email address from Comcast with the mail of iOS application.  Recently, I had to change my password for my Comcast address on my laptop.  Then, my phone, I deleted the address and its info. from the application, and then reloaded the address with the new password. When I tried to send an email from my phone, the app said that the password was incorrect.  So, I deleted the email address again, and then again he returned with the new password.  It would not always send messages.  I then reset all the settings on my phone, reinstated the Comcast address with his new password and my phone will not send the mail from the application, which indicates that the password is still incorrect.  What should I have to do in order to make the app function properly again?

    Thank you for your help.

Your user name and password of e-mail appears in two different places. First to receive mail that is listed in the account for incoming mail and then send mail, which is listed in the section SMTP or outgoing mail. When you go into settings > Mail and then select the Comcast account, if you access the SMTP server, is there more than one list? If you attempt to delete an account and then add it back, sometimes it may create multiple lists in the section SMTP server. You will need to select the e-mail account, and then select the account, go to the outgoing mail server section and click on the SMTP server section. See what is listed for the primary server and then see if something is listed under other SMTP servers. If nothing else is listed under another heading, make sure that the backend says 'ON', tap on the primary SMTP server, make sure to go there and make sure that the password is changed, use SSL is on and authentication is set to password. The port of your server for Comcast IMAP should also read 465.

  • How to recover password of e-mail from the iPhone?

    Hello

I have set up my email on my iPhone. However, I accidentally deleted my Outlook email account, and I need to set it up again. Is there a way I can recover my password from my iPhone? I use https://webmail.logix.in/index.php to access my mail.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you

The iphone does not store passwords of accounts in a way that can be recovered.

However, you can go to outlook.com and use the forgot password link to reset your password.

  • Mail application drains the battery on the iphone 6 (iOS 9.2)

    Hello

Since the 9.2 update my apple mail app drains the battery really fast. It has 3 accounts (outlook, apple, imap) and tried to extract emails not to push but did not help. When I check in the menu of the battery in the last mail 24 hours with 2 min on screen + 2 min backgroud used 17% (this is equivalent to Facebook 28 min 45 min phone used only 9% or + 22 min back). I tried other email applications, but for me, this one is pretty good and does not want to use another app for something I already have. Is there any solution for this or should I wait for an update of the software?

    Thank you

Have you tried force reboot the phone by holding down the button sleep and home for 10 seconds, until the Apple logo comes back again?

You won't lose data, but it can cure some problems after installing new software.

For some users, deleting the mail account and adding back once the phone reboots worked, especially when you use an exchange account.

  • Any way to go back to the old mail conversation view?

Just upgraded my phone to iOS 10, and new mail conversation view is not usable. This might work for personal emails, but for work when I have maybe 10 to 20 emails in a single conversation, it's unmanageable to have to scroll all the way. 1 on 20 may have an attachment you are looking for. I'm very likely going to have to use Microsoft Outlook instead.

Someone at - he found a way to restore the 9 mail iOS conversation view?

Apple, please take this feedback from someone who is a strong supporter since the original iPhone. The new view of mailconversation is a big step backwards in usability.

    Thanks in advance.

Apple will not see your comments here. Back to Apple goes to their site of comments here, http://www.apple.com/feedback , and then click the area on the matter.

Regarding the threading, if you type on see more in the lower left corner of the mail, it will show everything that the thread. If you look in the upper right corner of the screen, you will see Done. Tap on that and it will return to the last post. If you are simply looking at the Inbox, there will be an arrow to the right of the post office, blue, double-chevron. Press on and it will show all messages for this particular thread and the head of arrow will point down. Tap it again, and the wire will collapse.
