  Hi all -

  I just got my T440s a few weeks ago and I love it. I just discovered a weird problem: both alt keys and the space bar don't work when holding the up arrow and left the keys simultaneously. I discovered this while playing a racing game. As holder until left and arrows, by pressing the alt key or the space bar to have no effect, and the laptop makes a sound 'blip '.

  All other keys seem to work all by holding + arrows left and rising + right arrow key does not change a thing.

  I looked at the ease of access settings (I have Win7 Pro 64) and turns off all filters, sticky keys keys, etc. I use the latest version of the BIOS, if that's any help.

  It's a little boring, so I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

  Will probably not not to be repairable. Recommend rebind the keys for a game of combinations work.

  I am facing a problem on my XP machine.  Here is what happened...

  I unplugged all devices and USB keyboard and mouse USB in order to move to another office.  Then I put everything back in place, then started my machine.  Mouse and keyboard not responding do not, so I can't connect it to resolve the issue.  Tried in safe mode without success.  My mouse and keyboard are made from Microsoft and are wireless.  Unsuccessful despite everything I try.  Any ideas?

  for example, I read a Web page, when I push the bottom of the keyboard Page, sometimes nothing happens.   Please check if still use the keys cursor to navigate through the pages is selected in Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Advanced > general and uncheck. This setting can also be turned on/off by pressing F7.

  Can be caused by a corrupt installation of Visual C++ (several versions can be installed-by-side; SxS) it lacks certain runtime components (Redistributable Package).

  To be honest, I don't find them not important, they're just the Toshiba Utilities:

  1 pc tools show you battery, hard drive, Cpu temperature
  2 Hwsetup to certain system settings.

  I do not use them and uinstalled as other utilities such as free Config

  Fax and scan worked until yesterday. At that time the shortcut would open the Fax/Scan window, but contacts, faxes archived, treat, etc., were not available.   I checked the modem and it's OK. After trying several things, I used 'Enable or disable functions' to turn off the fax and scanning, then restarted.   Please provide the exact point of the software & OS installed on your system. Also check if it is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check updates.

  Follow this thread to reset the Acrobat preferences:- How to reset preference settings in format Acrobat.

  You can check after connecting this scanner locally to the system if asked its connected on network & then look for the same thing.

  Note that you can work with two screens and drag and drop the image to display on the other window.

  I think you mean working temporarily with the window enlarged image without displaying all the tools and panels.

  My advice: take the time to read the above help and especially to look at ways to maximize this window if you are on Mac or Win.

  Set your preferences in the Edit menu to "allow the floating windows in expert mode.

  Use the "tab" on the keyboard key to hide or show your panels and tools quickly.
