• Power options in the control panel are empty - can't do anything.

  Recently, I noticed that the Power Options in the control panel is empty.  I can't create something or do something there.  Could something in Services.msc have disabled this?  Nowhere part that I should look at?  I cannot stop, restart, or put it to sleep.  Also when I start the computer (once using the hardware Reset button on the computer case) he does not remember my user name.  He asks me every time.  There is no password.  I just press ENTER after entering my user name.

  So I found the magic formula to use the command run and it resets everything back to normal.  Can't find it now but if you google it you can find.  You want to reset the Power Options in the control panel.

• The library panel does not properly

  Hello!

  I have trouble using the library in Photoshop CC Panel (and other applications that use the library panel as well). At first glance of the Panel library seems to work very well: I see my libraries, can create new sections and drop the items in the library panel on a work of art. But: I can not add new elements in a section of the library! If I drag and drop an element simply nothis happens (except the cursor changes to show that it can copy the element).

  What I've done so far to solve the problem:

  (1.) I've disabled and re-enabled Photoshop

  2.) I uninstalled Photoshop via the CC Panel, deleted the folder in the Applications folder and reinstalled Photoshop again

  Unfortunately, none has resolved the problem. Even after a clean and fresh Photoshop installation, the problem remains the same.

  After digging a little further, I found a newspaper named "CC PHXS 16.1.2.log library panel" file which shows the problem I guess. Photoshop starts was recorded as:

  I assume that the application has some difficulties to run the adobe scripts... but how do I solve this problem?

  After two weeks of trial and error, by myself and support absolutely useless Adobe in the forum as well according to the cat , I found the problem by myself. This is a problem in the functioncall evalScript! As soon as a volume bearing the name of 'Library' is mounted all evalScript calls like $.evalFile("/Library/Application Support, Adobe, CEP, extensions... ") no longer works. Someone remembers that the volumes are mounted at ' / Volumes ' so a volume called 'Library' has a mount path as "/ Volumes/library" but - hey - research from Adobe on this volume even if the absolute path in the script is "/ Library/Application Support /...» ».

• Can't access "Show all downloads" via the "library" Panel

  Top of page where you can click to see the progress of your downloads, there is the option «Show all downloads»

  When I click on 'Show all downloads', it shows me the 'library' with only one option. On the left hand side, I see the option named "all bookmarks". • Error in the library panel

  I have some libraries CC that I access through libraries Panel in Photoshop. It has stopped working on my main machine and gives the error:

  "Sorry, we could not initialize the Panel.

  This, however, works in InDesign. It works very well in Photshop on my secondary machine. I have not been able to find any documentation on the problem and do not know how to get the Panel works again. A screenshot is below.

  I had the same error and the solution is a kind of strange but works:

  Open Adobe Extension Manager and choose Photoshop CC 2014 in the left box. Now - and this is curios - disable the 'CC Libraries' extension (V1.1.5). After the restart of Photoshop libraries works very well. I think you can try this - if it doesn't simply re-enable the extension again.

  I did it on two my OSX systems.

• Can I see the complete folder structure in the folders in the library panel?

  When I view files, if there are no photos at a higher level in the folder, it is not displayed.  Can I change the view to show the complete directory structure without worrying if there are images above or not?

  Yes, right click on the top folder existing and choose Add a Parent folder. You can repeat this process until the full hierarchy is displayed.

• Favorite Menu works, but the library of Favorites folder is empty, no import bookmarks or save new bookmarks.

  I can see and use the previously marked pages to a bookmark in the bookmarks bar. However, the Favorites of the library folder is empty. I can't import or restore bookmarks to it, and it will not save new bookmarks. In fact, 'add bookmarks' lists all records in which put new bookmarks. I tried trashing Firefox and download a new version. Did not solve. I searched the troubleshooting resources and assistance only I found suggested opening the profile folder to delete maybe corrupted files as places.sqlite but could not find such a file or files on my hard drive.   One possible cause is a problem with the places.sqlite file that stores the bookmarks and history.

• History has not disappeared, but new pages do not stick, and library/Sidebar are empty

  I think it happens started when I upgraded to the 4.0 RC version and then downgraded back to 3.6.8.

  When I open the sidebar of history, there is nothing there and I can't find anything with a search. Same thing with the library; the history section of the library is completely empty.

  There is even no pages visited in the current session. It's only permanently white.

  HOWEVER!

  The address bar AutoComplete feature still looking for my story. Pages visited during the current session are also listed in the AutoComplete... but only for the duration of the session. They are not saved.

  In addition, frustrating, AutoComplete does not appear unless at least one of the matches is saved in my story.

  My Favorites are working very well. These are my lists recently closed tabs and windows; If I have a page, close the tab and restart Firefox, it won't be in my address bar autocomplete, but it will be in my recently closed tabs.

• Hide / disable the front panel

  Long story, long:

  I created a little utility like a VI.  The utility accepts command-line arguments, reads a file, outputs (using .NET) on the console, and then must close.  The front panel is empty, and the program is expected to completed in a fraction of a second.  In fact, I bet that "demand" fresh General takes longer than the actual program.  I would have coded in another language, but I can read only the cluster in a binary file with LabVIEW.

• Media Center: Will not add folders to the library

  For about a week now through yesterday morning, I had several video files put in place in Media Center: specifically, two folders on local and network disks several (five or six) on records.

  Last night, I went to the video library in Media Center, and it was completely empty. Records and all video files are always accessible through the browser and the network as needed, so I go to Media Center and re-add the same folders. Return to the video library. It is empty. I will go back to the library settings and all defined records are previously selected is no longer! So I go through and add them back. Only to make them all disappear.

  I do this several times, including the second to the last test where I waited in circles and looked at the gauge progress and a total number of 300 + video files displayed. But the library is still empty and not setup all files as added!

  So my last try: I remove all other music and image files and add just a video file. And still no videos!

  I already rebooted once and now I am at a complete loss as to what could be the problem. The files are a mix of .avi (xvid, for the most part), .mkv and .ts who worked before this question last night.

  I said that I should leave the Media Centre, stop the windows media player network service, and then remove windows media player db file. I did all this, restarted the service and then media center, added a video file and guess what? Still no file (or folder) in my Media Center video library.

  What is happening here!

  Well, I did a few experiences more.

  In Windows Media PLAYER, I wasn't able to add folder to library video (via organize) it is. However, I was able to add folders to the library in Windows Explorer. I could then drag and drop the Windows Explorer video library in WMP. However, none of this has changed the fact that the video library in Media Center remains empty and I can not add ALL the video files via the parameters.

  In the meantime, I have two choices, I can browse my multimedia files via WMP which is not half bad but I prefer reading via Media Center. so... currently, I navigate through Explorer Windows and Media Center set as default player for all types of video file in the video library of the Explorer.

  However, I would really like this work all through (some) Media Center :)

  I wonder if there might be a corruption of the current library which is not resolved by simply removing the CurrentDatabase_ # .wmdb as suggested earlier.  You see the question even if you plan to display this content in Windows Media Player as well?  If so, in Windows 7, there is an option to rebuild the library.  This is done through Windows Media Player tools > advanced > restore library... menu (an open area along the top or bottom of the drive to find this right click menu).

  Library items are created in the Muse:

  Start by creating a new folder using the icon at the base of the library panel.

  Select the design elements you want to add to the library

  Select the folder you created

  Click the Add selected items in the library (the page icon) Panel

  Alternatively: you can click on the selected items and select Add to library > [your library folder]

  If you want to share or add items from your library to another instance of Muse:

  Select library items.

  Click the export at the base of the library panel (left arrow)

  Select the save location

  This will save the items in a file .mulib

  To import:

  Double-click the .mulib file you created, or click the icon into the library panel.

• In the library grayed out paragraph styles

  I have a few paragraph styles in my library that have been created in Illustrator. In Photoshop, they are grayed out and cannot be applied.

  How can I get these styles of the library to work in Photoshop?

  

  Paragraph styles are simply not one of the types of library that supports Photoshop. Note the bottom of the library panel in Photoshop and Illustrator, you will see a different set of icons representing the types of items that you can add to the library from a document (and so who can be added in a document).

  For Photoshop, these are:

  Graphics, Style of character, layer Style, and foreground color.
