The mouse doesn't click, keyboard malfunctions

Any help with this issue? Sometimes the mouse not to slam or slider will allow to highlight items in the overview. CTRL + Alt + Del > Task Manager sometimes helps, but not all. The problem is persistent with touchpad and wireless mouse. Often, when the mouse starts working again, he clicks when you use the left button. Keyboard malfunctions sometimes (bad result when press a button - like Ctrl or Fn is held down, but not consistent). The problem is not persistent when you use a peripheral keyboard compared to the built-in the laptop keyboard. Computer will lag a little rarely. These problems started after some recent Windows updates and I started to use a hub of Toshiba with my laptop. Problems occur when it is connected to the hub and when it is not connected to the hub.

Among the frequent errors in my event viewer:

Problem solving requires to determine the problem first.  This combined with your comments on the registry in your combined OP with your having cccleaner is all things related to my talking register corruption.  If you have run any sort of registry cleaner, or attempt any kind of editing the registry, which could possibly, but not necessarily, be at least part of the problem.

You seem to have a lot of abnormal symptoms, so it is obvious that something in the billions of instructions in the windows of the system is not fair.  If after completing all of the things on my list of things, you have these problems, you're either going to have to find another way to find those needles in the billions of possibilities in a haystack or to restore your computer.  I would recommend you back up any data you don't want to not lose because as you often encounter the symptoms worsen over time.  If using the system restore does not work, you could end up having to restore your computer settings according to the instructions in your user guide (which should appear in your Start menu).

When you got your system back as you, I invite you to buy an external hard drive, and a good backup 3rd party program. You can configure it to automatically do everything in time and frequency of your choice. External hard drives 1 TB are about $80 these days and a very good FREE backup program is the Easeus todo backup free that you can download from
http://www.todo-backup.com/products/home/free-backup-software.htm . Who can make you save a lot of time and frustration, the next time something like this happens. Sooner or later, it happens to all computers for one reason or another.

    Hi placebow,

Open the Options folder by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, appearance and personalization, and then clicking Folder Options. On the general tab, click single-click to open an item. (To return to the standard click, click double-click to open an item.)

The setting applies not only at the office, but also in other areas of the shell.

  • Suddenly V. slow start-up - how to remove the 'mouse Microsoft & detection (USB) keyboard driver?

OK, I have a common problem with starting my PC under Windows 7 64-bit. It was all pretty quick start for the last month or so that I had installed. Then it started to freeze for several minutes (anything from 5 minutes to 10 minutes) during boot to the Windows loading screen.

Since then, I tried different things so he can start normally once again, including the tings which should theorectically not affect him as they have all been there before this problem started and starting very well, this includes:

Looking at these latest material changes such as I added HD
Change the SATA disks on (I've got 3)
Get startup in MSconfig to use cores max (this is a quad core) & memory (4 GB)
By looking at the files bootlog (Nothing don't jump other than I apparently trying to load a couple of drivers twice - I have listed this morning at the bottom of this message for reference bootlog)
Recovering to a point a month before the problems started in the hope that it will be possible to uninstall the newer drivers that might be the problem, and that's where I noticed what I believe could be the cause, as seems to be the point where it went wrong.

I had added a Microsoft Mouse and keyboard and the WU offered an optional update from:

Microsoft Microsoft mouse - other hardware - & detection (USB) keyboard driver

After installation of this I'm pretty certain that the softstart right down, so I tried to uninstall it. Only I can't find a way to do it. Like when I do a restore of the system to a point before the driver install and the problem that occur, this is not the driver, that just seems to keep. I then uninstalled Intellipoint mouse and keyboard and re-installed mouse PS2 standard. At the same time, I removed my Microsoft Mouse Wireless USB keyboard &, all without effect. I restored my system again and I'll be back to what, according to me, the problem is who is the...

Microsoft Microsoft mouse - other hardware - & detection (USB) keyboard driver

But with no obvious way or to withdraw, I can't confirm that.

    Other notable points:
During the startup, the HD access is constant, so it works like crazy.
The keyboard will be insensitive to things like capslock or numlock if for the first six months of waiting, when NumLock is on and for the second half of waiting, when NumLock is off. I think that my default setting is for numlock off the coast.

  • Sony VAIO slow; most of the seeds of media and the mouse won't click

Recently (about two weeks ago) my laptop VAIO (running Windows 7) had suddenly gone very slow - I would like to play media such as music or video and it would freeze or stop and continue upward to play a second later, or the audio would sound like a broken record and repeat when I was playing one more game , my mouse cursor to move around the screen slowly sometimes and if I go to click on an element such as a button, I have to click several times to enroll, or if I flew over the button it would not give me the option to click.

I was on vacation in time, so I thought that I had picked up a virus or malware. I ran several scans and did a deep search, but nothing was found. I think that could get rid of all that he sunk slowly tried to restore to a previous point before some updates. That also didn't work, so I backed up my files and perform a restore to the factory settings. To make sure that it was nothing that I had downloaded before, I tried to use the media and the internet before importing all my files, but it has always run slowly. I played the video of the sample and it would from time to time to gel and could stop the video and keeps audio read, or vice versa, or it would just play and move only a few frames per second. After that, I thought that the material had something wrong with her. I took it to an electronics store and they ran a diagnostic, but there was nothing wrong with the hardware. After ALL this, I watched the drivers that were installed may accidentally or downloads at random, but still nothing. My computer has been defragmented, cookies deleted, etc.

My laptop is supposed to be in the game speed and relatively quick. I have a core i7, that kind of speed is very frustrating. My upload/download speed decreased as well, and I don't have any idea what could be wrong with it.

Really, I don't want to spend more money and go somewhere else like GeekSquad, or something, and it seems that it would be an easy problem to fix - I just have no idea what to do at this point.

(P.S. Sorry if this is a little difficult to understand, I'm not the best at explaining things, nor I'm super tech-savvy.) If you know what the problem is, try to make it easy for me to understand, please!)

I'm really sorry to hear about the issue on your computer.  There are several reasons for the slow running computer.  Please follow the steps mentioned in this article.
