  I have Vista Home Basic Edition computer 530 dell inspirn.   When I right click pass a space with my Wired dell mouse that he jumps 2 03 places.  This happens with maps, photos and Internet games. even if I try to increase the font size by using the sign to expand it.  He did for a while but deteriorate.  I checked for updates on the mouse driver and he said everything was working ok. the mouse is compatible mouse microsoft HID. someone at Dell told me that it was a software problem, but does not tell me how to fix it.  Please help me if you have any sugestions.

  When you say that you right-click and it moves boxes do mean it that the mouse seems to be clicking several times whenever you click it once?
  It may just be a bad mouse or key clings. Maybe it's time to buy a new mouse or try a different mouse, to see if there is also this question.

• The mouse jumping around corner on its own (TX2000 tablet PC)

  HP needs to fix or replace my HP TX2000. The mouse cursor keeps jumping to the bottom right of the screen on its own.   I just bought a Dell Studio laptop at new years 2009 with the Vista platform.   I had nagging problems with the mouse driver and the touchpad pointer that were completely related software.  These questions were returning back over the months and months.   I've owned about 10 PCs since 1989 and I've never had a bad result like this.   My wife and I have lost 20 to 30 hours of our time looking after him.   This could have the Vista operating platform?   I suffered so much that I made my decision to seriously consider the range of Apple computers.   At this point, I lay the responsibility for the drivers who did not also work on Microsoft and Dell.  20 - 30 hours can go a long way in learning the OS from Apple.    I am a professional project management and professional engineer and can't believe that something as basic as the mouse driver and the driver of the Touchpad was a goner at the launch of the computer screwup.   I guess that the validation of test have been ignored.  I have never been madder with any computer I've owned.  I learned a lesson from this.   Do not trust Dell or Microsoft in the manufacture of new products.  As far as I know Apple users don't get treated this way.

  Sorry, but I really cannot speculate more what happens - or go - with your computer without being able to see the machine. It's the first time, you mentioned a bluetooth mouse and that you have installed the drivers three times. Certainly a bad image would not apply in this case. There are probably other things that pass only someone actually looking at the machine would be able to discern.

  For some reason any my A300 worked just perfect and all the drivers Toshiba disspeared.
  So I have no more function keys, press the start/stop utility and so on.

  I managed to install again but synaptic touchpad driver, didn t turn off.
  I disalble and now the mouse pointer jump around like a wink on the active guides. It's driving me crazy!

  To use the control of Toshiba and the FN keys buttons, you need to install the VAP (value added package) and the Flash Cards Support utility!

  ·       You are using a laptop with a touchscreen?  Chances are good that you accidentally touch the touchpad while typing, and that moves the cursor.  Go to start / Control Panel / mouse and see if there are controls for adjusting the sensitivity of the touchpad or to disable the touchpad while typing.  Go to the web site of the manufacturer of your and download the latest device drivers, firmware, and software for touchpad you and your mouse (if you also have a mouse - you may have to go the manufacturer of the mouse for these drivers, if she did not come with the system).  New updates can offer options that did not exist before like the ones I mentioned.

  OK, I'm not sure how succinctly describe the problem since it is composed of so many things that have actually made my computer useless. I think it's a virus, but my virus scan did not come with something useful, so.

  Last night I watch Youtube videos and edit some pictures when I noticed that I had to type on the touch pad repeatedly until the computer responded. Then it stopped working completely (IE I could still move the mouse pointer, but couldn't click using the touch pad). I switched from windows to look for a solution on the internet, but when I clicked on the address bar of Google Chrome the cursor started ahead of his own, as someone has pressed the space bar - but I was not.
