the mouse pointer / cursor issues

Hello everyone!

1

Hey, I want to customize my mouse pointer / cursor with an image of the hand.
and it looks like this:
DEFAULT cursor = open hand.
on something = hand clikable closed with a finger on the right (such as the default on any link html cursor)
you press the button of the same as the previous, but turned a few degrees = mouse

and I get this code to add the slider of the image:

onClipEvent (load) {}
Mouse.Hide ();
}
onClipEvent (enterFrame) {}
This ._x = _parent._xmouse;
This ._y = _parent._ymouse;
}

onClipEvent (unload) {}
Mouse.Show ();
}

so I add this code to any key:

on {(press)
tellTarget ("' / cursor" ") {}
gotoAndStop ("down");
}
}
on {(overview)
tellTarget ("' / cursor" ") {}
gotoAndStop ("over");
}
}
on {(deployment)
tellTarget ("' / cursor" ") {}
gotoAndStop ("default");
}
}

and a button with the size of the film, at the bottom of all the layers with this code:

on {(press)
tellTarget ("' / cursor" ") {}
gotoAndStop ("down");
}
}
(release, releaseOutside, flipping, deployment, dragOver, dragOut) {}
tellTarget ("' / cursor" ") {}
gotoAndStop ("default");
}
}

is there an easy way to do it, as in css?

< STYLE TYPE = "text/css" >
{body
cursor: url ("default.cur");
}
a {}
cursor: url ("hand.cur");
}
< / STYLE >

  • Where are the mouse pointer/cursor themes stored and can copy them to another computer?

    I have my own theme mouse and custom cursor, with a complete record of pointers favorite that I have used for several years. It takes a long time to copy on every new computer that I use and set up.

    Is it possible to copy these themes of pointer and keep them with the custom pointers folder, save me time setting them up again?  Or are they kept individually in the registry?

    You can try to save as part of a Pack, but I do not think the themes compress and store cursors internally as they do with wallpapers.  Unfortunately the only way I know to do what you want is to export the registry, but that only works if the new computer has the cursor files stored in the same exact path.

  • the mouse pointer and cursor of dysfunction, cannot type, cannot connect to my user account?

    OK, I'm not sure how succinctly describe the problem since it is composed of so many things that have actually made my computer useless. I think it's a virus, but my virus scan did not come with something useful, so.

    Last night I watch Youtube videos and edit some pictures when I noticed that I had to type on the touch pad repeatedly until the computer responded. Then it stopped working completely (IE I could still move the mouse pointer, but couldn't click using the touch pad). I switched from windows to look for a solution on the internet, but when I clicked on the address bar of Google Chrome the cursor started ahead of his own, as someone has pressed the space bar - but I was not. This makes type impossible because there were huge gaps between each letter. I turned the computer off and back on (thanks, ICT courses), but the problem has not disappeared - only now, the mouse pointer disappeared sometimes still. It was getting late so I turned it off again and fell asleep.

    This morning as I began it upward there was noises Eman that makes it usually when I plug / unplug power. I tried to type in my password... and couldn't. The capslock wasn't on, I of course did not forget the password from one day to the next, but I kept receiving error messages and could not open a session. Even worse, when I tried to switch to an account that was not protected by Word, he kept jumping to the mine after maybe 3 seconds. I finally managed to click the icon of the second account and logged.

    The touchpad still don't click, when I open Chrome and clicked on the address bar he reacted as I clicked with the button right referring (so I couldn't type) and the mouse pointer always disappears randomly. I did a Norton quick scan and it came with 22 'risks' that he apparently 'fixed', but the problem has not yet disappeared. I would be v. grateful for a quick response, as the laptop is actually not mine, but my father (who keeps valuable most of his photographs on the hard drive).

    EDIT: I opened it in Mode without failure. the touchpad works now, but randomly on the keyboard keys have stopped working. Others come with a random combinations when I press on them, for example. "you" instead of "t", "p"] - when I press on «-» I can't even reinstall the keyboard drivers, because I can't type in my admin password.

    Also I do not know what topic to put this in so if it's wrong, please let me know!

  • The mouse pointer does not hide when you type, even with the box checked.

    Hello everyone.  I turned on the check mark in the properties of the mouse "hide the pointer during the strike".  However, the mouse pointer does not hide when typing, but instead remains visible all the time.

    No one knows why this happens?  In previous versions of Windows, the pointer should simply disappear when keystrokes are typed, and then reappear when the mouse is moved.  Is not the case here!

    Thanks for any information!

    Hello

    Welcome to the community of Windows Vista.

    1. what application you are working on when you encountered this problem?

    Hide the mouse pointer option allows you only to remove the mouse curzor of
    the focus in the working window so that the cursor does not cover the text or the pitcure you see.

    Make sure that the curzor of the mouse is placed inside the app as you type, as it does not hide the mouse, if it is outside of the application.

    Change the settings of the mouse

    Hi all

    I'm Using 8120.My application running on it. I opened the browser application that has the mouse pointer

    Is there an API?

    There is no API available that provides the position of the cursor in another application.

  • Second the mouse pointer to the center of the screen of Windows 8 (office and metro) - Sony VaioT Ultrabook

    After a few updates MSFT uncontrolled or without reason, the boot of Win8 poster now the gray circle or circle with the mouse pointer in the Center on the login screen of the touch screen. Try moving the pointer with touchpad shows second pointer, and the original remains flashing in the Center. By connecting to the Metro interface, the cursor of the Center remains in the Center, and it is possible to move subway tiles by dragging the screen.

    When you go to the office, the pointer to the Center rest sometimes, sometimes disappears; When there, open and close the Task Manager without doing anything he removes the unwanted pointer. When removing the additional pointer in the Center, office does not respond to tap and double tap. and does not show the rectangle of the area of selection, as he usually did. However, the touch screen digitizer apparently works as the key, and touch multi-touch show shadows in the points of contact. It also allows to scroll the text in the browsers to slide the touch screen. But the zoom and the valves do not work.
    I also noticed that a few seconds after that the Office will appear on the screen, the touchscreen works as he used before (look and work area selection), but they stop working after 3-4 seconds and you can only take account of the points of contact and scroll the text in browsers (no resizing)...
    Device Manager displays the digitizer as 'USB input device' USB\VID_04F3 & PID_0018; It is impossible to find the name of the vendor or update the driver. The device also creates objects of device HID four children. The digitizer can be stopped and restarted from the Device Manager; upon restart, the Center pointer appears again, or a white square is displayed. Touch the place goes the arrow-shaped pointer in the gray circle of key indicator in the center of the screen. Open and close the Task Manager remove the pointer from the Center.
    Sometimes, when you move a pointer 'true' with the touchpad as the arrow in the Center pointer is replaced by a helping hand or cheek two arrows.
    It seems that there is an application or a service that loads with office and seizes 'touch down' messages, do not let them be served by gui. However, I don't find anything unusual in starting programs or services; Virus scan shows that the machine is clean.
    I thought it might be a ClassicShell likely to interfere, but removing it does not change the behavior. Neither the removal of all the utilities of the startup list startup.
    It is a software problem, suggestions, which could bring him or how to find the root cause of the problem are appreciated.
    I saw a similar description of the behavior on the forums of Sony, but there was no resolution.

    FIXED! My laptop had this problem from day one.  I found a thread where some people had fixed it by going into the properties of the mouse and two enabling paths (shortest path setting was OK and barely perceptible) or by changing the standard display cursor to enlarged (or black).  But this does NOT work for me.  Here's what worked completely:

    I turned off the touch screen.  Who needs him--it was a stupid idea of Windows 8, in any case, and the compromise to solve this question "cursor ghost" was worth WAY.

    Go to Device Manager.  Under Interface devices, there are 2 lines for input USB device.  (If there is more, temporarily disconnect the receiver wireless mouse or another USB input device).  Disable the first, one in right-clicked on it and selecting Disable.  And the problem is GONE!  I hope this helps.

    Maybe the screen had a defect that makes act like an invisible finger relying on, or more likely, it's a Windows 8 bug affecting some machines.  In any case, it's a huge relief to see it fixed, because the cell phone was horrible, when this happened.  Good luck!

  • The mouse pointer on Windows 8 Start button jumps

    I'm trying to figure out what can I do to stop my mouse on my touchpad jumping the start button on the right side of my screen. It seems that whenever I have to swipe left on my mousepad click another field or something the computer thinks that I am actually drag the left side of the screen on my touch screen and pulls the mouse pointer on the start menu in the right hand. This causes many problems and is very frustrating.  I have looked through the questions and that you haven't seen something similar to this problem.

    Hi Ryan,

    Please help me by answering these questions:

    1. What is the brand and model of the laptop?
    2. Since you mentioned the touchpad and touch screen in your post, are facing issues with the touchpad and the touch screen?

    I found the suggestion provided by hosch250 responded on 14 December 2012 relevant to this question. Please check the same and tell us if it helps.

  • Change the mouse pointer to the location of the bearing

    I'm working on Excel/simulations for training, and at some point I want to ask the students to resize a column by clicking twice between the column headings.  When they do this in Excel, the cursor turns into a 'sign with the arrows on the sides' to signify that they are on the exact point.  I can insert a rollover image to this place that shows the correct cursor type, but it is display the image at that location, while the mouse pointer remains hand.

    Is it possible in Captivate 9 to force the mouse pointer to change the specific locations of flipping?

    If the output is HTML5 you can do it with CpExtra as explained here:

  • Zoom in on the mouse pointer

    Y at - it a possiblity to zoom to the current location of the mouse pointer? It would be great!

    Pressing Z will zoom in on the last place you clicked to zoom.

    Hold down the space bar and the cursor turns into the zoom tool, and you can click to zoom in anywhere.

  • keyboard shortcuts do not change the mouse pointer, unless you move

    Hi guys...

    I've just updated my after effects (V13.1.0.111), and now every time I have put the cursor on the main window of the video and hit a hotkey to put in place a new tool, the mouse pointer does not change.  It changes only once you move the mouse.

    It's especially frustrating when you use the camera tools.  So when cycling through tools "move", "rotation" and "orientation" by pressing C, you can't see which tool is active, unless you continually move the mouse.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    See you soon

    Yes, it is a bug.

  • Do not turn the mouse pointer in one hand. Why?

    Hello!

    Why, when I do a (adding an action to a symbol) button, the mouse pointer doesn't turn into a helping hand, when I put the key?

    And how to fix it?

    Thank you

    You can set the cursor of the mouse for a symbol or element by using the mouse cursor option in the properties panel.

    I think that the addition of that action will not turn a div for the tag button.

  • Tecra S1: Move the mouse pointer

    From time to time my mouse pointer moves slowly upward or sideways. This happens once anchored and when not docked. In the latter case, I have an external mouse not attached.

    This problem is really annoying, especially when you try to hit a box for example.

    Any ideas?

    See you soon

    seasack

    Hi seasack

    If you use the pointer internal (the stick between GH and B), it is very common that the ca of pointer starts to move.
    The reason is a bit technical but very understandable.
    The mouse pointer works like a small joystick. Means that it is that you push forward, down, sideways and so on. However, please check the HOUSE or 0-position from time to time. When you're not, this would be a normal position of the HOUSE for us but it doesn't.
    It is therefore possible that it may be wrong to believe that the position of the HOUSE is when you push forward.
    If you stand and do not change the position of the needle for (I think) 2 separate controls the position of the HOUSE, this position will then be the new post HOME until the next time he finds another.
    Actual cases is not that extreme, of course, but more normal cases are that you bend your finger on the pointer when for example reading something on the screen. The pointer can recognize as a small boost, and if you do go, then he could have a new position of the HOUSE and start to drift or it could be "heavy" feeling in a certain direction.
    The solution? Simple! Leave it on for about 5 seconds and it will go away.

    If you have this problem, even if your not even using the pointer, then I guess you have a hardware problem.
    Try disabling the internal mouse by pressing FN + F9.

    Good luck

  • Escape the mouse pointer when you press the space bar

    My tecra has developed a problem where whenever I press the space bar, the mouse pointer out of the screen and the mobile guard in the upper right or sometimes down left for about 30 seconds then stops. happens in all weather conditions of applications that I use an optical mouse or the touchpad

    Hi Dave

    I had the same problem. Initially, the mouse was mad for 30 seconds, but shortly after, it was worse. I switched the keyboard and now everything is ok.

    Of course, the pointer of the mouse was defective. I'm sure that in your case the problem is the same.

    Good luck!

  • Can not see the mouse pointer

    Whenever I go to a program like WoW or Media Center, my mouse becomes invisible. I can always click on things and move it, I can't see the pointer! I saw a question asking pretty much the same thing, but it did not help me at all the... I also noticed that I can not only see the pointer when I fullscreen, however I can't get full screen sometimes.

    Hi Roxas72,

    Turn off the mouse pointer trails and check if you are able to access the mouse pointer in Windows media center.

    (a) open mouse by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, clicking hardware, and then clicking the mouse

    (b) on the Pointer Options tab, uncheck 'Display pointer trails.

    (c) click on OK to save the settings.
