  Please navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash. Muse launch and sign in with your Adobe to activate ID.

  Try running the Muse of the applications tab after signing in. If the problem persists then please let me know what operating system are you using and I will tell you more troubleshooting accordingly.

• Why can I no longer updated my Site created with the Muse?

  I had Adobe Creative cloud for a few years. I also have a Web site (http://www.amazineasheville.net) created with Muse and hosted by Adobe.

  Meanwhile, I could easily make updates and publish them on my site.

  Suddenly, three or four weeks, I no longer can get my updates of the website published on my site. Instead, I get the display options on a site that uses a businesscatalyst extension. I can't post to my actual website address.

  No matter what selections in the menu of Muse that I choose, I can't have my updates published on amazingasheville.net. Since June 19, I couldn't update my real site, just the version Business Catalyst of it, which is not visible to the public.

  What has changed? That's happened? What is going on?

  I don't have a site program that does not allow me to make changes easily!

  It had to do with the folder on the server. The Options menu after I clicked on publish showed a certain folder, and told me that I should just leave this entry blank. That seems to make the difference.

  Nancy, I think you were on the right track on the problem.

  There is also a new update (I remember correctly, it's dated July 20) dreaming that I saw for the first time today and applied, and which also seems to be involved in the solution. The person who called me Adobe said there have been some problems with the Muse that resolved the last update.

  Please, try the following steps:

  1. disconnect Muse by going to help > log out. (if you see the option to do so) and leaving Muse

  2 disconnect from the creative Application of cloud. (Steps are mentioned in the link disconnect, sign in |) Creative Office Cloud app), then quit the Application in creative cloud.

  3 Rename the folder "OOBE" to "OOBEold".

  MAC: (This file can be found at Finder > go > go to folder > enter ~/library/application support/Adobe > press return)

  Widows: (This file can be found at C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe )

  4 restart the Muse, sign in with your Adobe ID

  If this does not set the uninstall issue Muse and Creative cloud application from your computer using Adobe cleaning tool. Use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. Once applications are uninstalled, re-install. first install Creative cloud from the link below, then Adobe Creative Muse from the 'Applications' tab in the clouds.

  If you use BC, then you can directly publish the site of BC and then make it direct to the admin site.

  After that add the domain and GoDaddy, use BC nameservers and point the domain to BC.

  I use MUSE as the underlying design for a Web site.

  The MUSE model has a nice contact form - button is nice, States of changes based on mouse actions, completion/submission has recognized... that is awesome.

  But - it is not functional as a "subscribe" button for a newsletter...

  The shape of e-marketing BC is perfectly functional - and gross air compared to the rest of the site.  Button is a plain area, does not change state, there is no indication that you're clicking something until the subscription is actually entered.

  How can I use the MUSE form as the basis for the subscription to e-marketing?

  Yes, your best bet is to change British Colombia an act/look like a Muse. It's really very simple, because it's just really CSS style you need to change.

  There are at least two ways for it to work (or are very difficult, but would be difficult to explain in a forum without writing a CSS Tutorial).

  1: just rename the ID and Classes of your BC one to match your Muse one.

  2: copy your Muse styles to override the styles currently defined in the form of BC.

  If you use Firefox and you have Firebug installed with some basic knowledge of CSS, this can be done quite easily.

  You can do this by going to the page of the Muse and choose to buy the subscription (see here) and then choose the plan menu drop down of "at least" (screenshot).

  When you check out you will see the following notice and therefore, you will need to cancel the subscription when you do not need more.

  I would like to summarize, you don't waste time. Order form the Muse worked on the smtp Protocol, you need two things: 1) if traffic is important, you will need your own SMTP server.   I just downloaded and installed Adobe Muse CC 2015.2 Release and launch, by clicking on my latest project under 'Récent', I got an error message stating:

  "The file ' / users/username/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/Projectname/1-3-1.muse' seems to be missing." You want to remove to open the recent item? »

  Adobe customer service tells me that it is because my .muse file was saved in iCloud of Apple and the error should be there because there is no local version of the file on my computer. However, except .muse files, other documents stored in iCloud from Apple are available and this problem occurred immediately after the upgrade of Muse, which seems more than a coincidence.

  I have a HTML of my incomplete project export but informs me that there is no way to recreate the Muse of this document, it seems I've lost weeks of work with no way to recover.

  Does anyone else have this problem? A bit of luck to solve? Also, any thoughts on a solution without having to recreate my project from scratch?
