  I love the "punks", but must take over your computer and learn some things about it to use it properly.

  For cookies, in Internet Explorer go to tools | Internet Options (or control panel |) Internet Options). Privacy and things together in the middle and you can adjust which sites to allow.

  For the issue of Windows Mail, you can have the database corruption so try to compact and repair the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUTil/), and then see if that helps any.  Try to restart also.  If you still have the problem, then look for the antivirus interference (disable e-mail analysis - see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3) and then delete your e-mail account, close and reopen WinMail and then add it back back.  Also, instead of using air streams is to use the file | Save as and save the unfinished on the desktop message when you dial the it.

  @Robban, just to make things clear, for CS6 serial key will not work with the installation of CS5.5, because both are two different applications. So, as Mylenium says, you won't be able to buy CS5.5 now as its not available for sale more.

  If you are unable to disable advance, you can contact Adobe customer for help.  But as I said, you can install up to 2 devices.  I think if you try to install on a 3rd device, your other 2 get automatically turned off.  So even if you need to format C, you will always be able to get up and running quickly.

  Is meant by perpetual license "to use for as long as your operating system can run it."   CS6 is almost 3 years old and is no longer updated.  It is what it is.  Currently, 4 versions of the currently available version of creative cloud.

We paid for the number of licenses with the cd, but somehow the cd got a perfect circle on this subject, what they call a laser burn and will no longer work. I contacted adobe but they say that they don't have the cs3 version to replace the cd or provide a download link. Can anyone help? I am new to the school and teachers are angry with me because the cd is unusable and we were in the middle of the put on computers until we could get CS6.   I suggest to install Windows 7 and then you can upgrade it to Windows 8.
