  Open the second window, drag to the size you want by making a left click and drag the lower right corner.   You need to check the link for the citation.  We need more information to try to help out you.  If this only happens with Pogo games then you need to contact Pogo support, because this may be a known issue that they have a patch\fix for.  One thing I can say, it is to check that your Java is updated to the latest version.   Four things are needed for the transparent icon backgrounds:

  (1) Control Panel > system properties > advanced > Performance settings > VisualEffects - check "use shadows for icon labels.
  (2) make a right click on desktop-> rearrange icons by > lock Web items must be deleted.
  (3) If you have any web content on your desktop, transparency won't work. To search for web content: display properties > Desktop > Customize Desktop > Web - make sure that all check boxes are clear.
  (4) wallpaper must be an image file, not html. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!
