  Thanks for posting the sample data, I'm unable to reproduce your problem. As Hoek said, it is because of duplicates in your data. You can check the link above to understand the issue.

  I tried again since my last email with the problem where I couldn't find the program once it is downloaded, and alongside the race/Save little was downloaded files. I clicked on it and watched the sp54931.ex download in a folder "view and track downloads. I then told run this and asked that my administrative password. I thought here goes while I'm waiting for a response from you, nothing to lose to new and low and here is the update for the new Version HP Support Assistant downloaded correctly. Since then, I had a glance in the desktop program and there is no warning, everything is up-to-date.

  Yes, I just do the same thing. You will need to download the upgrade with the extension pkg (not the image file that I kept trying to do). The file is: IPS - K9 - 6.1 - 1 - E2.pkg under the security software, software updates.

  Once you have this file, put it on an FTP server, or place the file on the local client that you use to connect to the IPS with IDM. You will need to go to the update of sensor in the IDM and either choose FTP or local update path and point to the file. Sensor recharges when it is made, but you don't won't restart ASA. It will take about 5 minutes, and then you should be able to reconnect to your sensor with IDM.

  So if your table contains almost the same data after the operation of loading/truncate old statistics may be sufficient.   The tab looks like the image below? If so, did you not as a Java Update. Have you downloaded the update of Java on the Java site or elsewhere? It was expected that some less honest people would provide false updates to Java. If it looks like the image below, follow these steps:

  1. With all browsers closed, in Control Panel > programs and features (or add / remove programs), if you see "Default tab" delete (you have no default tab 1.4.3 in the list of add-ons/prefs you have submitted with your question)
